Get there EARLY! Or you'll be in line up the mountain waiting for parking when it starts. Make sure and bring an empty water bottle that you can refill that is polycarb or metal or a sealed water bottle. It's a little windy and amazing. the acoustic bounce off the rocks and create the most incredible theater experience you'll ever have in your entire life. Save the money for better seats down below because it's well worth it.
Be prepared because you're going to have to climb a lot of stairs So for the elderly part in the top or park below for VIP seats.

Best. Concert. Venue. Ever.

Best. Concert. Venue. Ever.

I prefer entrance 3 when attending an event, for parking in the upper-south lot. Be prepared to deal with traffic when leaving, though.

They don't allow umbrellas, so pack a poncho if it look like it might rain. Sealed plastic bottles and snacks are permitted, no alcohol. Smoking is only permitted on the steps. Food & drink is expensive, but expected.

Didn't see a concert here, just visited for a hour, walked around and took pics.. I imagine concerts must be amazing at this venue.. enough DVD's have been filmed here to show it's awesomeness.

My favorite venue by far. The sound is better than any other place you will ever hear and you are surrounded by some of the most beautiful geology and rock formations on the planet. If you haven't been to a show here, GO!!

Didn't see a performance and unfortunately it was close to showtime so didn't get to see the amphitheatre either... But the museum/info hall was cool. And obviously the natural outside features are worth the visit as well.

First get ready for a hike.....wear proper shoes. Although it's a hike to get into it is totally worth the view. We went to see Sam Hunt and we were not disappointed. Great views, sound, and facilities.

19: Kyd The Band and NF in concert. Cold but still a great venue. Tip: get there and park as early as possible, even a few hours before the show, otherwise you will have a long hike uphillto get in.

It is everything you ve always heard it can be. Just a stunning venue. Great sound. Great atmosphere. Gorgeous views.
I d go again in a heartbeat. The only downside is the parking is a long way from the venue, and if you re not from the area, the thin air makes it quite the challenge to actually get to your seat.

Was one of the best things I did on my visit to the Denver area. I walked the loop around the grounds which was beautiful, saw some deer and then went in to the amphitheater which is open to the public for free during the day. Amazing area, don t miss it!

I've been to a lot of music venues in my life, both historic and otherwise. For me, Red Rocks is the one, it stands alone. There are only two other venues I would now consider even close, both across the pond, that being Ronnie Scott's and Royal Albert Hall.

Hands-down the best concert venue I've ever been to. We had a terrific experience here when we caught a show in June.

It's quite a hike to the top, so wear appropriate footwear and maybe keep a small bottle of water with you that you can kill on the way up.

(There are special accommodations for parking and entry for those patrons who need them.)

Bathrooms are well-kept and lines to them weren't ridiculously long.

The views on the way up are worth the ticket price alone.

Definitely a must visit if you are in the Denver area.

There seemed to be live music at least 4 days out of the week.

The amphitheatre was like nothing else. Fantastic sound, beautiful views, and great food and drink.

Team Members at the venue were helpful and seemed engaged with what they were doing.

We arrived early for parking in the upper lot. It seemed as though parking could get "competitive" if the venue was at capacity.

I will definitely be back whenever I'm in the Denver area.

Even if it s a band you don t know, get tickets to a show just to have an amazing experience. So much natural beauty, it s breathtaking! It s obviously missing the intimate vibe of a small indoor venue (and crawling with people), but you gotta do it at least once. I also recommend the movie nights during the summer!

Such a beautiful place to visit. The scenery is breathe taking. So peaceful and serene. A great place to get some exercise. Walking up the stairs or following the trail. The museum is inspirational.

Beautiful day at Red Rocks! The staff was setting up for a concert.
Have seen many there, nothing like it! If you've never been there, you Must GO!!!

Impressive rocks and amphitheater. The stage is being fixed, so there is construction right now. Beautiful views of Denver. Ample parking since there was no concert. No food available at the theater area, if you are visiting without a concert going on. We spent about 30 min just enjoying the nature and human cooperation.

We are blessed to have Red Rocks in our backyard. This is hands down the best venue for a concert and a wonderful place to spend an evening with friends enjoying music and socializing. If you come to Denver, you simply must visit Red Rocks for a hike, to see the museum and if you are lucky a great concert.

I just hiked around the amphitheater and park in the off season but I can't wait to see a ton of concerts here this season! Definitely worth checking out if you are just visiting and want to see the space, but you might as well book a trip to see an awesome show here.

The legends are true and you won't be disappointed. We enjoyed a really chill tailgate, saw a phenomenal show, and got out of there much easier than anticipated. Thanks for a great night Red Rocks!

If you love music but you've never been to Red Rocks, it's a must add to the bucket list of venues for music enthusiasts. Great sound, no bad seats, amazing skyline views and beautiful surroundings. If you get the opportunity the 4th of July is unbelievable with fireworks across the sky. Only bad thing is unpredictable weather. I've been there in late June when the temp started in the 70's and dropped into the 30's burrrrr... and when its been 90 degrees of hot blaring sun. It's in the elements and can be windy as heck. Never go without a rain poncho as the storms can hit quick. I did discovered you can bring in sealed non-alcoholic drinks, a blanket and snacks. Cant imagine there could be a bad show even if your not a fan of the artist.

Stunning! I ve seen a fair share of concerts in my old age and this is by far the best venue! Arrive early and with some patience, you ll get a great spot upfront. Had the pleasure and privilege of seeing Greta Van Fleet here!

Great place to see a concert! But it is also an inspiring space to hike, run and get a good stairs workout ...go early if you want to run the stairs, you'll need to be done by 10:30

What a superb place to go for concerts! Great surroundings with the red colored rocks surrounding the amphitheater. The seating arrangement is open air that lends to it's great charm. The parking is spacious and doesn't feel crowded.

An essential music venue to see a show at if you live in Colorado or have the opportunity to visit. The acoustics are great, and the venue is beautiful. Only downside is that walking from some of the parking lots can be a trek if you aren't in shape.

Red Rocks is one of the coolest music venues I have ever been to. The scenery is awesome, music sounds really good in all seats, and it is just super unique. Red Rocks is a special place and I highly recommend finding something to see here. You will not be disappointed! Well, maybe the food could be better but it was not terrible.
