Totally worth it! Get there early and tail gate with a tasty beverage of your choice.

Bring in food and make a mini picnic.

They had a few bands before the movie. A comedian. Everything was great.

I suggest a stadium chair. While the benches work, it would be nice to have something to leave back against after 4 hours.

Over all, my favorite venue. Totally worth it!

So besides the fact that this is a spectacular venue with phenomenal sound, the staff is the best. I lost my wallet here, and somehow was able to get it back. I can thank the wonderful folks, and kind guests enough!!

For sun rise or sunset, this park is incredible to see. As the sun comes up changing the clouds you can see a red orange light glow from the mountain tops around you. As the time passes you can see downtown Denver as the sun comes up. This place is also awesome for hikes, and concerts! I've seen Modest Mouse and Sylvan Esso there both shows were amazing! Definitely worth the trip to Morrison!

This was my first concert in Colorado since moving here and. It was just incredible! We got great parking, seating was great. We were all the way in back but it was perfect for us. The scenery was beautiful and lovely and. It was amazing. Visit whenever you can!

One of the most beautiful amphitheaters in the USA! Gorgeous open air stadium carved into the natural red rocks a few miles west of Denver.
We went there just to visit and take a few pics. Do make sure you check out their concert timings for that day and visit well before they close off the theater for visitors.
Great place to exercise and jog also and so many photo spots too.
The underground museum was great too. Did not know that so many famous bands like the Beatles actually played here!

Amazing concert venue! The sound is amazing. Seating is very comfortable. View is amazing. Parking options are good even for older attendees that are a bit creaky. Food and drinks are pretty good - a variety of choices.

Nice place. Road to Red Rocks is more scenic than the Red Rocks itself. This is famous for concert. Try to visit in early hours. During evening hours, if there is a scheduled concert at Amphi-theater, you may not be allowed till Amphi theater without valid concert ticket.

Stunning rock formations and expansive views of the surrounding landscape, right outside of Denver! Well worth the trip if you're in town visiting. We traversed the Trading Post trail, which is short and sweet. If you park at the upper lot (near the ampitheater) be mindful of potential closures for concerts. We hiked around late morning / midday, but upon our return, the path through the ampitheater was closed in preparation for an event and we had to take a short detour up the main road.

Of the dozens of venues I've been to over the years and 150+ bands I've seen, this has to be the best experience yet. Amazing venue, great sound quality, enough room in each aisle to rock out hard without disturbing others, and despite the immense size, still very intimate. I was in the third row for Spoon and the Shins! Behold.

Love Red rocks. ADA parking up top and bottom with shuttle service if you need it. Party bus or limo service was almost door to door witch is very hard to do at any venue. Beer is over priced so it's best to pre game in the parking lot witch is allowed just no bottles lol

This place has to be a bucket list item for music lovers, history buffs, athletes, artists and anyone else who appreciates beauty. On our visit today which was my 2nd time here we had a perfect 60 degree sunny day. There were athletes of all ages working the many challenges like running the aisles or climbing the hundreds of stairs around the property. If the stairs don't take your breath away than the amazing views will. Everywhere you turn is a new amazing creation of nature. The museum was a who's who of the music industry with names of every great performer from the last 100 years that did their thing in one of the greatest music venues in the world. If you are ever in the Denver area make sure you don't miss this amazing natural wonder.

This is my favorite music venue. The sounds, the views, the people, really just everything about this place is amazing. No one mentions the hike up but it's so worth it C: Hope to come back another day and if I'm really lucky I'll be seeing Atmosphere again

A beautiful venue that all Colorado concert-goers "must" visit! It's always a fun experience to see a show here, and some of my absolute favorite concerts were at Red Rocks.

Four stars because it's legendary and I love it. But I'm docking it one at least because it can be a bit of headache slogging through stand-still traffic, finding parking in the Wild West, hiking around in the dark, and paying exorbitant prices for drinks. Also there's a decent chance you'll get rained on.

But to see one of your favorite bands here, it's totally worth the hassle!

Best/coolest venue I've been to. Helped to have front row seats to watch my friend headline! 5/5 stars, would recommend. Why are you reading a red rocks review tho? Just go! I drove from San Diego to Denver for the show and wasn't disappointed. Afterwards, I went to the nearby rocky mountain national park. Also highly recommended!

One of the most beautiful venues in North America, and definitely in the world! So much to do and see here. Hike, eat, go to the museum or gift shop, check out Dinosaur Ridge or see a show. Just an FYI to the ladies....DO NOT wear heels! It's a trek from the parking lot to the venue, so keep that in mind!

This is hands down my absolute favorite concert venue. The rocks are gorgeous and the amphitheater is huge. There's always a great selection of concerts to choose from - lots of big name artists. Highly recommend visiting if you're ever in Colorado.

Just went in the afternoon and it's a beautiful place (and venue). Late afternoon is especially beautiful as you get the glow on the red rocks. There's a museum by the amphitheatre that's worth a look. I'd also go down to th stage, it's a cool feeling looking up at the stands.

Loved it, say MGK and he sold out! The sound was great, plenty of food and drink stands, way over priced beer but worth the experience. Love how you can sit or stand, would definitely like to see another concert here.

It's the Red Rocks Amphitheatre...Need anyone really say more? Perfect place for higher altitude exercise during days without concerts too. If you get a chance to see done of your favorite artists here, don't pass it up.

If you don't know Red Rocks, then you're in for a treat. As a concert venue it's basically unmatched as it's won many awards for the best venue in the world. It sounds great when you're there and artists are always super excited to be there and do huge shows thanks to the massive stage and huge atmosphere.

As a park, Red Rocks is fun for some short hikes to check out the rocks formations, just be aware that it's a popular destination and there are likely to be quite a few people there a lot of the time.

Also, you can go into the amphitheater area when there isn't an event as long as they're not preparing for one that evening.

There are many factors that make this the best venue to see an artist. Nestled in the mountains with Denver in the distance next to Green mountain; no seat has a poor view and the whole amphitheater has perfect acoustics. You feel connected to the entire group of 9525 people as you celebrate your favorite music. Most nights you get a gentle mountain breeze from behind you and if you're lucky, a nice moonrise over the plains. If this isn't enough fun you can come early to tailgate before making the trek up to the amphitheater. Parking is always free and plentiful.

Very cool intimate venue. It s a concert must see and even on the days off many people will walk around and check the place out. Easy parking when there isn t a concert and a cool place to check out even during the day.

The most beautiful Amphitheater I've ever been in. Great acoustics because of the way the rocks wrap around the theater! Seating wonderful staff is amazing and helpful, parking is plentiful and for handicapped goes all the way to the top for handicapped parking . You can park at the very top where the seating is and it's very close to the seating area and the staff will help you all the way :-) I love this place it's beautiful. It's a must experience!

There is no better venue in the world for right of the spectator or the musician to watch or play a concert. This place is phenomenal every single time I go I've been in many concerts here in the past two years and I will go to many many many more I highly recommend here very personal smaller venue there's not a bad seat in the house anywhere.

This place is such an amazing venue for a show! Day or night this place has some amazing views looking eastward. This amphitheater has a light grill restaurant downstairs, near where the bathrooms are located. They host special events and celebrations for rental available as well. If you are feeling up to it, come for a workout and try running the stairs up and down.

Amazing experience just touring the Amphitheater and hiking around. There are a lot of steps to the top but it's worth it! Be aware of any shows that might be playing, because I got lucky! Visiting the area and had no clue a band was performing that night, so as soon as I got the top around 3pm, they were shutting everything down and would not let anyone on the stairs back down to the parking lots. I got lucky to see the Amphitheater before they closed but not lucky because I had to walk around the entire park to get back to my car since they had it blocked off for sound check. Overall great experience though and can't wait for covid to burn in hell so I can see some shows here!

What can I say that has not already been said about what groups like the Rolling Stones and Beatles call the greatest outdoor venue in the US. Artists aspire to play here like classical musicians dream of Carnegie Hall. For those who don't know there are a few things to keep in mind. First consider taking a taxi or ride share or at least car pool. Parking is very limited. Wear comfortable shoes, you may have to go on a small hike to the venue depending on where you park. Be aware that many online only tickets will be useless if you have no cell service (Fi, T-Mobile and Sprint do not work, AT&T does). Don't bring an umbrella but backpacks are ok. Bring a Pancho, they often play rain or shine. Expect a show of a lifetime, this is an amazing natural stage that you have to experience at least once in your lifetime.
