In my life, Red Rocks amphitheater park is one of the geological wonder that I have seen. When I entered the park, it felt like I was on some other heavenly body and my eyes freshened up with the red colored rocks which are dated to 250 million years. You can witness the power of geological forces and the result of battle between tectonic plates which lifted up sedimentary pre-historic rock layers.

Aside from the incredible beauty and acoustics, the ushers are amazing. Traveling with someone who needs assistance and sitting in ADA, they could not have been more helpful, and they have tightened up the checks on ADA so it really is for those who need it.

They are making everyone park on the streets before the parking lots are used. This creates a nightmare for drivers who assume they are getting into the parking lot, only to have to turn around in the middle of the street (where cars are driving) and find a spot to squeeze into halfway in the lane.

The staff working the parking lot was amazing, and helped many people park, and avoid hitting bumpers and other traffic .

Get here later or wait to park till they open the lots.

What a nice place pet friendly and we were able to take beautiful pictures and watch them set up for a show. Lots of people exercising. Free parking. Please note to check the times if a show is happening that night they close early to the public to prepare! We went and had to come back the next day because we went too late in the day.

This place has such a surprisingly different terrain from the rest of Denver. The red clay permeates the area, and it would be a cool park even without the amphitheatre.

The amphitheatre - and its history - however, make this place a must-see for any cultural and music enthusiast stopping in the Denver area.

Beautiful sights, beautiful sounds I'm sure, and great service in the Denver Music Hall of Fame!

This is a must visit.

A Colorado must, great music venue with the added bonus of a stair stepper workout to get back to your section. They have yoga and free workout sessions and the weekends too. Really beautiful views of Denver as well. Nice visitors center too!

OMFG!!!! This place will never get less than 5 stars! WOW! First time here and I saw Odesza! It was absolutely life changing - and this is NOT an exaggeration! I have never had a better time at any point in my life!

Beautiful and majestic. Spectacular venue for music and movies (summer on the rocks) alike. Great for souvenirs from their gift shop, visiting their concert museum downstairs, workouts, or just checking out the nearby trails.

Need a workout or just want to stare at beautiful rock formations not too far from Denver? Red Rocks is AWESOME! I go there to workout or just chill out when I don't feel like driving out too far.

I'm very sad to give Red Rocks this review. I have gone to soooo many concerts here over the years as I am Native to Colorado. That being said, every concert we have gone to in the past 2 years we ended up leaving early due to the horrible sound. Each time the artist would go on late due to "technical difficulties". When they finally did go on, the acoustics and sound was simply horrible. It didn't even matter where we were in the crowd, the quality was horrible no matter where we stood. I did hear that they had done a bit of reconstructive work and since then they haven't been able to get the sound right. Red Rocks, if this is the case, then you're making a bad name for yourself with not only your patrons, but also with bands. Stop selling tickets until you can get the sound figured out. Don't let this be the beginning of the fall for this beautiful world known Amphitheatre.

Although We didn t attend a concert here, we really enjoyed driving through and then hiking through and up to the scenic overlook. This is really a spectacular geological phenomenon that everyone should see. The summit is an easy hike although steep, paths are clean and wide, there are restrooms at the parking lot, and the views on the way up and at the top are really impressive. If you re not into walking or hiking, just driving through allows some breathtaking views and a pretty good overall glimpse of the formations.

What can I say, this place is breathtaking. We walked the long ramp up to the amphitheatre and then walked to the top of the steps. There was no concert going on, but you are allowed to walk the entire site in the off-season. Between the elevation and the cold air that day, it was exhausting, but well worth it for the views.

A great place to exercise when the trails are too muddy. Many out of town visitors don't realize that when there isn't a concert, you are welcome to go right in! Sometimes when it's snowy or icy, the upper ramp is closed. The trails around Red Rocks are beautiful as well.

A truly magical venue. We enjoyed the Shins with Spoon here recently and had a wonderful time. We were right above general seating and my only complaint is that while the concert was ongoing, people were still running through the aisles trying to find a spot to sit (even though we were in reserved rows). Our view was great from Row 27 seats 93 (a bit left of center). Parking was easy and price included with the ticket.

The amphitheatre here is unbelievable. Night time concerts with the red rocks right next to you and the city in the background are amazing. Day time offers a unique place to do a progressive, stairs based workout, if that's your thing. The visitors center captures the history of the events that have happened there really well. Probably my favorite place in Colorado so far.

Red Rocks is the ultimate outdoor concert venue! With the quality of production, the efficiency of the staff, the grandeur of the venue and location, and the people that attend the shows. It s safe to say that you won t find another place like it with this kind of proximity to a large city. Great drinks, great bartenders, clean facilities, great merchandise options, and views galore! You have to see it for yourself. Red Rocks is the Nations Best!

Beautiful property. We went on a day when there was no events. The monoliths that the property is built on we're quite breathtaking. I would like to revisit on a day where we could home the trails.

Best venue anywhere. If you are reading a review to find out if going to a show here is worth it... It is. Even music I am not that into is great at Red Rocks. It is a favorite place to play for many bands as well.

Absolutely incredible venue. Me and my brother came here in June of 2019 to see Nahko and Medicine for the People and Trevor Hall. The atmosphere and the stunning beauty of the place only further elevated an already transcendental experience. I will make it back here as soon as is humanly possible. Words can't even do it justice.

If you can get tickets before the scalpers get them then have a good time! Absolute disgrace that every concert here is sold out in an hour and then 1000s of tickets are immediately available on stubhub for twice as much! Fix this losers! You are rilling people off!!!!

Alright if you've never been to red rocks and you have the choice to, do it. It does ask for a lot due to the fact that it's basically a trail you have to trek up, BUT damn is it worth it. If you go to a show that's late at night you're gonna have not only a unique show experience but the view is incredible. Towards the stage and behind it the view of the city, its dazzling honestly. And behind you some incredible rock formations which are a wonder to behold on their own. I'm not kidding when I say it's a hike though, prepare for that should you be inebriated! Bring water and have a great time.

If you re in Colorado and have time, definitely come here for a concert, movie, yoga class, or whatever they have on. The venue is stunning, especially in the summer, and perfect for an evening with friends and/or family. One of my favourite things about Red Rocks is that it s very close to the city, but feels like it s secluded, private, and in the middle of nature. When the sun sets, there s a beautiful view of the city in the distance. The staff is helpful, the venue is clean, and the sound is very high quality. I would honestly come here for any event.
