One of my favorite places in Colorado! The views are of course spectacular! I love hiking here. There are many different trails for all abilities. I also love running the stairs. I ve been to two concerts here and each one was a religious experience. By far best concert experiences ever! If you have the chance to see a show here do it!
The views are amazing and the Amphitheatre is great. However their website and info line need work. I tried calling several times to see if the restaurant had any events the day we would go and got no response. The website said nothing about the restaurant being closed that day. We went specifically to have lunch at the restaurant and turns out it was closed for an event...
Excellent venue, fantastic audio especially for (electric) acoustic performances
Just a self figured tour in an off day. Wonderful scenery. Recommended for anyone interested in geology and or music.
Beautiful setting. Loved seeing all the pictures and posters of artists who had played there.
Didn't even see a concert! We just visited and walked the trail. It was AWESOME!!!!! The views are breathtaking. Totally worth it!
What an amazing place to see a concert! I would like to add that the staff there were very helpful and accommodating for the handicap and the DHH as well.
Great place, great views. I was only visiting just to check out the amphitheater, I'd love to come back to an event sometime. You can see Denver in the background.
Amazing walking trails with some hiking and climbing spots. Amazing off lease enclosed dog park and more miles of trail then you can cover in 6 months of going. Beautiful picturesque scenery in every direction with an amazing veiw of the front range including Cheyenne mountain, pikes peak, and garden of the gods and everything between. This is the kind of place you look for when wanting to discover Colorado. Amazing scenic overlook of a beautiful reservoir as well. Lots of nature! Also an amazing looking bike trail but far too advanced for me.
An amazing spot to tour! We'd love to go back for a concert some day.
Beautiful location with lots of historical information. We enjoyed it.
This is one of the best places in the world to see a concert. The acoustics are great and the views are even better. If you sit up close, you get a better view of the band. If you sit near the top, you get great views of Denver while watching the concert. I also love that they don't charge for parking and you can bring in your own food.
Beautiful place, looks really cool when it's snowing. I've just been here visiting, and I'd love to see a live performance.
Nice place to take an hour out of your drive to roam around and see the historic amphitheater...and it's free. Unless you are a huge music fan, it's kinda boring. The views are amazing. Expect to be winded walking up all the ramp inclines and steps to reach the amphitheater.
Great place to experience any concert. It s nothing like it. It does bum me the shows end at 11pm and drinks cut off earlier and stupid expensive but it is worth going here once in a blue moon to see a show.
It's sooo amazing there! I love it soo much, and I'm very happy to be a local
It was Shpongle what do you think. The venue is off the charts cool
By far, the most spectacular concert venue in the nation. Maybe even in the world.
The most scenic, beautiful music venue I have ever attended. The Rocky Mountain vibe is tangible, as the amphitheater is build right into the rocks. The acoustics are amazing, as the sound can be heard perfectly, even from all the way at the top. It's a magical place that is hard to describe in words.
Wow. Brit floyd concert here at red rocks. My first concert at this place and it was a fantastic, memorable experience. Thank u
A bucket list venue for performers and listeners alike.
A must see at sunrise..along with a few other hundred humans! But don't let that hinder you..a most amazing place smd climb the stairs if you are in good shape!! A perfect venue for concerts..see you if you can!!
Fun place to visit, grab a workout, or watch a concert. Have always felt better after coming here.
This day was just exploring, amazing what a beautiful hike this facility is. Used by families on outings, fitness nuts running stairs, tourists viewing Denver of in the distance and of course all the awesome concerts that this natural theatre provides.
Amazing place. First time here and attending a concert. I will be back again and again next season. Just wow.
Beautiful scenery and amazing acoustics. This venue hosts all sorts of fun activities, from morning yoga, movie screenings, concerts, and all sorts of others. Parking is free too!
Beautiful theatre, but definitely a workout to get to. Lots and lots of stairs.
Possibly the best concert venue in America. Epic shows and clean bathrooms. The food establishments did serve beer but lacked real options when we went. Might be covid related because they had more empty stalls. Hands sanitizers were well placed around the areas.
Can't wait to go back for a concert here. Love the history of this natural wonder!
This place is simply amazing!!! Great place for a concert and for a good run or hike. Love it.
Great trails. Beautiful views. Plenty of parking available.
Great people that are super helpful to my handicapped wife. Great scenery. Great concery. Joe Bonamassa.
This is a great CCC site. In short it's a quick visit on a nice day. The music history is interesting and incredible. Take a moment to learn about the geology and the folks who built this grand American stage. It's a journey you wont forget, but if you expectation is for a large exhibit you will be let down. Plan accordingly as the weather changes quickly and bring water. If you are seeing a show be patient and courteous while arriving early.
Great venue. Arrive early though the seating is random.
Love this place! It gives me chills to be there. Great museum and being able to walk all around in the venue
Beautiful, scenic, and state of the art. I highly recommend seeing your favorite band or a movie here.
Beautiful place not far out of Denver. There is a trail that leads up to the theater that is a little busy with people. There is also other more secluded trails nearby that lead into the rocks.
Absolutely stunning. The natural beauty is amazing. Concerts in this venue are an experience to behold. By day, the opportunities to enjoy the beauty of the views while hiking or exercising abound!
I mean to be fair you have to love this place right? Because you're only ever going here to do something fun or see a band that you love (unless you're going here to work out at like 6 in the morning on a Saturday or something) and red rocks is just SO COOL. A natural theater out in the middle of nature and everything? Yes please.
Always a great time at Red Rocks. Portugal the Man was an awesome show and everyone around is always super friendly.
The beautiful gigantic boulders known as Red Rocks Colorado are truly red and much larger than you can imagine. This place is a geological wonder and it's perfectly manicured against the Colorado landscape swept by a gentle wind that couches your hair and skin as you explore the magnificent area.
Didn't see a show there, just to take a look. It is absolutely beautiful and really a work of art.
Very nice park near the city to get exercise or just enjoy the red Rock formations. Be aware that the amphitheatre is closed most of the time during the summer after noon. So plan your visit to see it because it is exceptional! There's a lot of people exercising in the stairs, so we did the same! Awesome workout in a beautiful place
It's a damn good thing this place is so amazing for a venue. Scenery is great and the acoustics are amazing. You can even hike there when the place is not booked for a event.
That being said, why does the staff always have such a terrible attitude. You are in the middle of such wonderfulness to just, enjoy your job and the people you have to come in contact with.
Great park for sightseeing views of downtown Denver in the distance, hiking, and exercising (this place is nuts with people running up and down the stadium seating during the morning hours!). One of the best places to see a concert on the planet and they even double use the venue to show movies in the evenings when there aren't concerts.
Oh, Red Rocks...how we love you! I do wish security wasn't such a pain, but don't we all?
Beautiful views, great museum and a natural stage - I didn't get to see a show here but I am sure it would have been amazing. The gift shop has some cool memorabilia as well.
This is clearly the best venue to see your favorite bands if they're good enough to play there!!
It's Red Rocks! I've been going to concerts for 25 years at the most beautiful place to ever see a concert. Spectacular every time!
came here with my cousin. I had never heard of it. but I guess it's pretty popular. Very pretty and a neat place to workout. It seems like a ton of people go there for all sorts of cardio.
Absolutely gorgeous outdoor concert venue. Also, the stairs are a great workout.
This place was one of the coolest concert venues I have seen
Love this place especially when there isn t some weird concert.
If you have to ask why Red Rocks... You have obviously never been to Red Rocks.
As beautiful and majestic as you have heard! Go at least once in your life!
Gorgeous place to walk, hike, meditate or just look in awe. There is wildlife abound. The scenery is nothing short of amazing. Several different well maintained trails to explore.
Probably the best concert location in the world. A bit antiquated in how they form lines . The food and drink are expensive... as expected.
Best place to sit is down low, maybe 10 rows back right of stage toward the big screen.
Amazing venue to see a concert. Parking was included in ticket price and was very smooth getting in and out. Concessions and facilities inside the venue are top notch. And the view...
Here for Punk in Drublic, always amazing to see a show here. I just had my knee replaced and I can't say enough about how helpful Tim H., the accessibility guy, is. I thought I would be stuck in my seat halfway up all night until he stepped in and lent a hand. Thank you, Tim H.!
Beautiful and truly mesmerized with this experience
Celebrated our Honeymoon here. Attended the Reggae in the Rocks Fest. GREATEST TIME EVER!!
Amazing venue to watch a concert. The angle of the seating is cut into the natural landscape, it's steep and makes you feel like you are right on top of the stage no matter how far back you are. The views of Downtown Denver as you walk around are also fantastic. The sound is great as it bounces of the surrounding rocks. There is also ample food and amenity options. Bathrooms are clean and accessible from almost anywhere in the venue. I would highly recommend seeing a show here at some point in your life.
This place is incredibly amazing and beautiful. I understand the word amazing is overly used but the surroundings of this place are worth to be seen.
Red Rocks is an experience. Attend a concert or just hang and take photos. Take Ina sunrise.
Can't beat this place! Except for the drinks are Expensive!
I got the pleasure of seeing Black Panther at Red Rocks, it honestly made me enjoy the movie more than when I saw it in the theater. The atmosphere, the sound, and the most engaged audience I've seen are some of the many incredible things that you can expect when you go to Red Rocks. 5 stars!
Parking can be a little tough on the weekend but it's a really pretty place. Lots of locals working out. There is some area for picnics as well.
Amazing venue for a rock show. My buddy jeff is now the lead singer of STP and this was by far their best show yet this tour.
Red Rocks is amazing! I can't say that I was fortunate enough to get to see a show in the amphitheater but the park itself is incredible. The natural beauty of this park makes hiking through it more and more exciting with every step. While my husband and I were hiking there was an abundance of wildlife, we were even lucky enough to see a fawn! I would highly recommend this park to anyone looking for an amazing immersion into nature.
It's a legendary venue with the acoustics to back it up. Great line up, friendly staff and great parking lot atmosphere. It's red rocks , if you've never been you should check it out during the day before concerts start. As much as a venue it is, it's also a landmark and one of the most beautiful places to spend a night with music. It's has a certain atmosphere that must be experienced to be believed.
We swung by here on our trip out west. The interior didn't even open for another hour or so, so we only took pictures from outside. I wish I would have not worked out that morning otherwise I would have worked out there. There were dozens of runners gallivanting up and down the steps there getting a killer workout with a beautiful view.
Great venue with fantastic views and acoustics and a great staff working it. Only downer was the parking staff. Not helpful and had to walk from the bottom of the mountain. No shuttles to take you up...
Saw NF in October. Amazing! The location? Absolutely gorgeous.
Amazing atmosphere!!! Seeing the history of red rocks was great too. It was a great workout walking all around the park as well.
