One of the most amazing places I have ever been. Watch the schedule because it closes to the public at 230pm the day of concerts. If you can, attend a concert here, the acoustics are amazing.

The red rocks are majestic and form a natural barrier from all sides. The place is beautiful with Denver at the backdrop. Very unique experience to watch/hear a performance in this place.
Hard to beat this venue! Great views, great atmosphere, great performer. Fun night!
Great venue big hike tho be ready and make sure who your with is ready also see way to many people get more drunk or messed up just from the walk up. Best place is Colorado to see a concert just went to #151 of 2017 Tech N9NE album release show amazing have to go see if you haven't
Absolute greatest venue for performing in the entire country!! The staff and crew that run the events are more than helpful and friendly! Red Rocks provides everyone with exceptional acoustics and stunning views. Hiking around the park is highly recommended. Best of the best right here!!!
No matter where one sits, one can hear the artist playing amazingly. The views one gets when sundown is magical. The only downside to Red Rocks would have to be the people that get to drunk, then decide to throw beer across amphitheater. Other than that , I had a wonderful experience seeing my first concert.
One of the most beautiful and tranquil massive geological points of interest I've ever witness. Phenomenal is the only way to describe it. Hiking is free too!
Beautiful place to visit, wish we were there for a concert
Beautiful but unclear directions around grounds and hard to navigate the parking and entrances at main gateways upon arrival.. very easy to get lost trying to figure out where to park and not adequate staff or useful knowledge for customer service dept. Overall loved the concert itself but very unsatisfied w rest of the experience.
Amazing place to visit. Great views and museum is free.
Beautiful venues and a jaw dropping beautiful amphitheater.
If there is a better concert venue anywhere in the world, I'd like to visit it.
Had a great time at the Tom Petty concert. Just could have done without the 2 seat jumpers invading my paid for a seat on their way to the front. :-) cute couple though! kind of wish I was more spontaneous like that, but for real get out of my spot!
Awesome experience and great park and trails. Helpful staff, great gift shop. Would return to do another longer trail hike. Careful about ice and mud in the winter months.
Amazing venue, gorgoues environment, great sound, wonderful food and drinks. Cheese Stakes for the win.
I mean it's only the best place to see a show...MY OPINION...and the hiking around the venue is amazing.
I didn't see a concert here but I am sure it would be a great time. Great place to stop and do some sight seeing or hiking. Also a small museum covers the history of this beautiful venue.
Was an absolutely gorgeous day. Went at 11am and the place was packed with folks running the stairs. Great big park with plenty of room for all.
If you never do anything in life ..go to redrocks
.were the Gods come down to hear music
Hands down the best music venue in town. Beautiful views, awesome acoustics and an atmosphere that can't be duplicated.
Very impressive arena. Hope to return for a concert.
Always a must visit while I am here. Beautiful to hoke or just sight see.
Beatiful place for hiking, driving, and going to concerts. But please listen to traffic control people when there. Please don't run through stop signs my friend got hit by a car who didn't stop. Common sense people. Be kind and respectful.
Love this place. Wonderful views and close to Lakewood for a quick after work trip.
I love running here on sundays with my friends for group workouts
Neat place. Several of the trails around the ampitheater are closed, but visitors can still see inside by driving to the top parking lot.
The traffic getting out after the concert was horrible and not controlled at all
Absolutely stunning views and otherworldly acoustics! We went to see an EDM band but I'm totally going back for some blues-rock next month. The tickets were very affordable too.
So gorgeous, beautiful sites, was sad shows are canceled
Best place in the world to see a show of any kind!! #303
Totally love this beautiful place!!!!
It s amazing to watch the concert here.
Awesome place to come visit! One of the best concerts I've seen, was here. Good restaurant too!
Best of the best venues. The music hardly matters because any night at Red Rocks is a good night. Movies on the rocks are fun too!
Totally beautiful and amazing place. A natural beauty.
An outdoor concert venue like no other. But you had better be in shape to get around.
The bench seating is plenty wide for people to get past, but make sure to bring some type of padding to sit on.
Getting into the parking lot was easy, getting out not so much. But after a great concert you can spend the 10 - 20 minutes talking about what a great time you just had.
It is at altitude, so make sure you bring some warm clothes.
Lots of vendors selling drinks and food.
Make sure you arrive early enough to check out their museum - amazing.
Red Rocks, a natural amphitheater overlooking the town of Morrison and Denver in the distance, is one of the best places to experience a concert. Bench-type seating, relaxed environment, quirky rock museum. Saw Tom Petty and Imagine Dragons - the acoustics are perfect. Wear comfortable walking shoes and go!
Some people say to never meet your heroes, that doing so could be disappointing. Throughout my first trip to Red Rocks the venue, staff and overall experience was phenomenal and surpassed all personal expectations. The show was pretty good, too.
Hands down an amazing venue. Just walking up to the ampitheatre will leave you in awe. The scenery is gorgeous and view from the top is amazing. Once the sun goes down the lit up rocks add to the ambience of any show. On a clear day you can see the city skyline in the distance.
Beautiful park for easy hiking and small museum displays. Visit early in the day, because the trail to see the amphitheater closes around 1 pm if there is an upcoming evening concert. The Colorado Music Hall of Fame had some interesting exhibits that included short videos. Most notable were the displays on the band Sugarloaf, singers John Denver and John Fogelberg, and bandleader Glenn Miller. The hall of fame is intertwined with the gift shop at the Trading Post at Red Rocks.
Wish the Lyft and Uber drops could be handicap accessible. I almost had a heart attack.
Must visit tourist site in Denver. Many locals go there to exercise. It s unique.
Red Rocks is the best concert venue in the world. I come as often as I can and you can t beat the natural acoustics and beautiful views.
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is an amazing venue for music. Simply go if you have never been! Also, Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a great place to run stairs and there is a great little several mile hiking/running trail around the property too. Check it out and enjoy the views!
What an absolutely beautiful place to watch the sunrise!! It's chilly, so bring a sweater. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! Nothing was open because we went so early but the whole place is clean & the staff answered all of our questions about the history of the mountains. Absolutely amazing!!
Love love love, what's not to love. Plus John Prince was playing. Worth going.
Beautiful venue. Amazing Jason Mraz concert. Lots of stairs or ramps to climb in order to reach the venue. Seats are long benches, not individual chairs so no back support. Lots of legroom to get in and out of your row and stretch your legs.
Such a great place you can do just about anything you want to there from seeing concerts to hiking to rock crawling to anything you want to do there's a place for it it's a beautiful Dynamite place
Very easy hike with some beautiful scenery. The ampitheater was incredible. Wish I could have heard an event being played. Overall both aspects, hike and ampitheater, are highly recommended
Attended the Chris Tomlin concert at Red Rocks and the sound was amazing. Beautiful scenery, seats were fairly comfortable and the concessions seemed reasonable.
What an historic place to be in. The Gurus of music and entertainment people gracing them for the happiness and enjoyment to the tunes of the naturally located Red Rocks. What an awesome feeling to hear the concert.
The view of denver at the top is great. Geat piece of history
For my first time being there is was so amazing view. I will be coming back to red rocks
What an amazing place, can't wait to see a show there.
Awe-freakin-some! Saw avett bros and it was worth the hike you have to do from the parking lot. We didn't know about the parking. (It sucks) so we had to hiked from the lower parking lot but the show and the amphitheater were amazing. Beer is 10 bucks tho! Ridiculous.
Breath taking. In both ways! Totally had to stop to catch my breath but making it to the top was totally worth it! I can't wait to come back, and hopefully see a concert!
Great place for pictures or hiking, especially during the winter.
A must do experience. Allow an hour to get in before and two hours to get out after concert
Amazing venue! Great sound quality and seating is not crowded.
Wow this place is amazing for a day hike or a walk down rock and roll through the decades. Very cool!
Best venue on planet earth. Words do not do it justice to describe a concert at Red Rocks. The view is awe inspiring and the acoustics are perfect. Do yourself a favor and go to a concert here.
The venue lives up to the hype. This place is stunning and the views will take your breath away. Big yes!!
Absolutely beautiful views+ smaller venue than I expected from photos. You need to be decently in shape to manage all the stairs required just to get to the arena, FYI.
This is one of the most magical venues ever. I cant wait to go back.
Bring plenty to drink and maybe a snack. Cool place to see, wasnt anything going on when I went thanks to Covid. But people excercise and hike the trails. Cool rock formations.
Nahko and Trevor hall were so amazing! It was such a great experience!!
This place speaks for itself! It is heaven on Earth! (:
Amazing!! Such a visual and sound experience, nothing I've ever heard. Going in and out weren't as horrible as I thought it would be. Overall a great experience.
Gorgeous venue. We stopped during the day and checked out the visitors center. Fun stop in the Golden area.
historically significant for music and geology. Make sure to go all day to hike the surrounding Trading Post Trail. Make sure to go when there isn't a concert/show so you can see the amphitheatre and the museum.
Simply the best concert venue I've ever been to. Saw Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin cover bands there this season, and I'd be happy to see basically anyone at the Rocks. Even watched Guardians of the Galaxy last year, amazing spot for a movie as well.
I want to start off by saying that all of the hype centered around this place is completely true. The acoustics in this venue are unlike any other. It's such a beautiful place to be and I feel lucky that I got to experience seeing artists I enjoy here. Every penny that you spend on a ticket will be worth it. The alcohol and food is somewhat expensive (where is it not today, though?) but it is pretty tasty at least. This is a venue that you have to experience at least once in your lifetime.
One of the most surprisingly satisfying stops in our trip to Denver. As a musician, I felt an awe and reverence for the place, was inspired by the scenery and pleased with the accessibility of the steps, stage and the bar was even open.
Nice place to walk around with friends and family. Some parts are beautiful but mostly a flat hike.
