The view- breathtaking, the staff-impeccable, the experience-unforgettable!
I have been to many concert stadiums across the world, and i can say with little exception, this is the most beautiful ampitheater in the world. Every concert here is a memorable event.
Red rocks is a very special place.

I was visiting from Phoenix and everyone in Denver told me to do the hike while I'm here. I showed up and apparently there was a concert going on so it was very crowded and parking was a bit of a hassle. The hike was absolutely amazing. I saw deer and rabbits on the trails. It was overall an easy hike only taking me about 30-40 minutes without rushing. If you are looking to hike here I would recommend that you come on a day that there isn't any concerts going on as it does take away from the experience a little bit.

I love this place I come here all the time even when there aren't shows going on great views and cool Museum, all my favorite music music artists come here probably my favorite place in Colorado next to the National Park, and there's Matthews Winter Park right next door that has really cool Trails this area is amazing you definitely have to check out Red Rocks if you come to Colorado, it is the best place to ever see a show, I've seen many shows here and plan on coming back after winter time to see more, I think it's closed during the winter but you can still visit

While I've found most music venues reasonably nice, Red Rocks has one thing that I have found lacking at all the others - an audio engineer that actually manages to balance the sound levels so that I can hear the vocals. Cbine that with a stunning view and well maintained premesis, I would highly recomend seeing a favorite band here if the opportunity arises.

The overall experience was worth it! However parking and the lack of enforcement of rules within the venue was a real buzzkill. Also may not be worth the premium price you pay for everything including the tickets. It s definitely worth it at least once.

Best concert venue ever! Cannot describe the near-mystical experience of seeing a show in this place. As a person with mobility issue, very grateful for handicapped services too.

Very beautiful place. Can't imagine a cooler venue to check out a show. The landscape alone is amazing. Add a good show to the mix at the amphitheater and you have a winning combination!

One of the most beautiful place ! Lots of parking available in and around. Nice place to spend your time hiking and climbing the steps. This place is surrounded by naturally formed huge red rocks.

If you've ever thought about seeing a concert here, JUST DO IT ALREADY!!! This is one of the absolute best places to see a show! So much history and a beautiful location as well.

A spectacular and very beautiful and peaceful location. Be careful, walking down the amphitheatre is definitely much easier than coming back up ! You will see lots of exercisers here, and you will also enjoy some of what nature has to offer in a serene setting.

This place is AMAZING. The most beautiful venue. Be prepared for a bit of a trek from the parking lot, but once you're inside the set up makes it easy to get to concessions and the restrooms (which are large and clean). It feels like you're in one of the natural wonders of the world, the beauty of the rocks and the skyline are truly awesome

There is no better place to see a concert! This place is great during the day or the evening hours. The reason why I didn't give it five stars is they need to have more organized and better accessible parking. Other than that this place is not only perfect for concerts but also for hiking. If you ever have a chance to see someone play here, do not hesitate, do it!

Really cool venue. I love the fact that we were able to bring in non-alcoholic beverages. We've only been once, so I'd check the website before any event to see what you're allowed to bring in for each event. Food prices weren't as bad as I thought they would be for this venue. If you don't like the cold, don't go here during late fall or winter.

Amazing location, went during the colder months. It was nice because very few people were there. There are public restrooms and a gift shop. Those close after thanksgiving for the season. The loop trail nearby is a great hike. The trailhead is right by the gift shop.

Some people say this is the best concert venue in the nation I would venture to say that it's not. The fact that they built it and the Red Rocks in Colorado is awesome and the fact that overlooks Denver is kind of cool but Denver is completely flat and nothing inspiring about that view. The nature of the venue doesn't allow for what I believe to be could be a better light show as well as the fact that I didn't believe that the Acoustics were as good as some other venues so now I would not say this is the best concert venue it is interesting and unique and that it's built upon natural rock formations but I guess I was expecting more.

One of my favorite venues in the country. I beautiful natural phenomena. The sound here is awesome and what a great lineup of bands they have. It's always a pleasure to be in the Red Rocks if you get a chance to see a concert here do it

The rocks are positioned so that the music really flows well acoustically, plenty of room to dance, the open air is awesome to cool you down. Don't get trapped by smoke and a beautiful view of Denver. Possibly my favorite place in Colorado.

This was a great visit. We went to have lunch at the cafe patio with great views. We checked out the museum with detailed history about the original and the various performers. The food at the cafe was great.

We went to a concert by The Piano Guys and I was really impressed with the venue. The sounds was good and the atmosphere was outstanding. Parking wasn't too difficult. If you've never been here, realize that none of the seats have backs so be prepared to bring a stadium seat if you want one.

Today worth it - it's so much bigger than you think. And beautiful views of the rocks and the views. And there are some nice scenic trails as well. We didn't even get to go into the amphitheater because there was a show at the time, but that's okay because there was so much to see outside of the theatre!

Needless to say, I love this place. I m not sure anyone really can say anything bad about this park! The view is spectacular. My mom and sister loved it, their first time here. The park trails surrounding are nice for families and all walks of life.

I could not stop saying wow over and over while hiking the trails around red rocks. Pictures cannot do this justice, people who love to hike and see beautiful rock structures will love this place.

I understand why it's a privilege for musicians to play here. Incredible acoustics, amazing views and an awesome atmosphere to see a concert. The trek up to the venue is a little steep but it's definitely worth it.

We took the Winter Rocky Mountain National Park tour with this company. Our driver and guide, Mike, a former teacher, was most excellent. Very polite and knowledgeable, he did not stop giving us all sorts of information about the area. He did his very best to show us as much as possible. The scenery was just breathtaking. We were offered snacks and beverages along the way. My only complaint would have to be that the bus was small, cramped and seemed very worn. Not comfortable at all.

Breathtaking views and wide open air. This was my first experience with the Rocky Mountains. This area is very clean and well maintained. The museum beneath the Amphitheatre is well attended and full of very cool things to look at and read. Going through the years of people playing their first concert at Red Rocks was fun to find.

Beautiful landscapes, great for hiking some trails and taking in some great views. We enjoyed our long hike through the trails and were impressed by the cleanliness of the trials and now natural everything looked.

Absolutely. Beautiful. I went the other day just to go see since the world has cancelled concerts. It would be way cooler to see a show here, but even just walking up among it in the daytime is so magnificent. They have a yoga program every day called yoga on the rocks and they literally do yoga on the seats of the amphitheater. There are also a bunch of trails right around the amphitheater which take you up and get higher views also. Just an all around awesome place to spend time.

There's not much left to say about this iconic amphitheatre. I go to about 2 shows a year. Concessions are overpriced, but that's usual for venues.

When you get to your assigned seats you often have to shoo away people with general admission tickets. Just remember that when you end up confronting these people.

The museum is awesome and worth checking out, although it's been a little heavy on the Tom Petty and Prince.

Red rocks is all about the experience. The damn good music, the hype vibes, and yes, the long lines and waiting around forever. It's just part of it, and it is always amazing! Jeep on the Rocks was an awesome event.

Really beautiful hike-able mountain with absolutely stunning views! I went there during the march and there were some snows which made it even more fabulous! Highly recommend going during the weekdays to avoid the crowd

Amazing venue! We visited on a sunny October day and there were a few folks working out, hanging out and having picnics. We visited the beautiful museum of the Amphitheatre in the visitor center as well as the separately located Colorado Music Hall of Fame, which had a great collection of John Denver memorabilia and info.

Just came here to see the amphitheater but not for a show. Climbed all the way up and there was a warm up for the band going on so I got to enjoy a little music anyway. The visitor center downstairs has an interesting history walk of all the bands that have played along with a video about red rocks. Experience worth the trip but probably better seeing a live show.
