Great venue. Beautiful scenery, great acoustics. Just don't try to jog the steps drunk...if you do plan on getting drunk maybe take some elbow and knee pads...maybe a helmet too.
Breath taking view, simply amazing placecto visit. I bet it is a great place to see a concert.
Great venue about 30 minutes of the city. Only problem is shows can't go passed midnight for to neighbors complaining.
First time there and it was awesome watching the dirty heads concert.
Such a great experience
Beautiful place!! Great views, and a nice museum showcasing the performances taken place at tired rocks.
Great place to go walk around. Would love to come back and see a concert!
This is such an amazing venue for music and a great place to hike and see the beautiful scenery.
Colorado's premier outdoor venue. Music lovers should make a point to see their favorite acts here.
The sound quality is not what it used to be. But it still is one of the most magical music venues on the planet. Plow the neighborhood behind the stage and make red rocks great again!
The most incredible venue on the planet! A truly magical place.
Stunning venue with amazing acoustics! It was our first show, but we ll be back for sure.
The best place here in Colorado! It has beautiful scenery, wonderful music and lots of fun. You can hike and visit the amphitheatre during the day (if there isn't a concert or activity) Also there is a movie on the rocks and other activities beside music it rocks!!!
One of the most beautiful venues to see a concert or look out East of Denver!
Was able to take Family and visit, awesome scenery.
Such a cool place. If you want to workout here, beware that it is ALWAYS busy.
My dream was to visit this place..!! Wish to attend a concert here in the future.
Amazing rock structures! A nice museum. And I can imagine the concerts here must be quite an experience!
Pics from my trip up for Trevor Noah's show...it was amazing!!!! Laughed so much!!
Best concert venue on planet Earth! Nothing beats taking in an epic show at Red Rocks on a nice summer night under the stars. Something about playing Red Rocks causes artists to perform some of their best sets and play outstanding sets.
Even if you're not taking in a concert, go visit to take in the beauty of the venue. This place is also great for hiking and workouts.
Saw Brit Floyd here. An amazing venue and a fantastic band!
Great history. Clean facilities. Gave 4 out of 5 stars bc the sound has been messed up for two of my fav artists. Instead of stopping show and correcting, they let it go on which is not what we pay $100 entry for.
Place was nice the house crew was getting ready for a concert tourist and locals took in the views
Whether you are interested in music or geology, this is an amazing place.
Amazing venue with views to match. Will definitely be back!
The rock formations are absolutely magnificent. It is a must visit for all nature's lovers. The museum gives you an insight of all the famous people who have performed in the amphitheatre.
Wow!!! Speechless that's why I have to type this. Such a beautiful emotional area with the world's best music playing here.
Best amphitheater I have ever been to. Saw Third Days Final Tour. Unbelievable. Not a bad seat in the house.
An outdoor venue that doesn't allow smoking, a little over priced if you ask me
An other-worldly experience...between the magical feel of the venue, the incredible views, and the awesome sounds it is almost overwhelming.
My go to music venue for the summer. Definitely a spiritual place that borderlines as a church for the followers of americans greatest bands and musicians. Abundant trails for hiking when your not drinking the 8$ beers at the shows. I love this place.
Awesome place to hear music. Go in the east entrance for access to the lower seating.
Bring your hiking shoes and get ready for some stairs because this place is awesome to trek but it s definitely a hike up. Beautiful views and honestly I have to go back to do a video because it s not your ordinary cliff, the man made steps and stage make this place so unreal looking. I love when they mix nature with engineering. If you want to see some photos of it beyond these or you want to see our soon to come video of the place it s @downrightcoolplaces on Instagram and YouTube.
So beautiful that theater on rocks , good memories to enjoy it
Love this place, lots of people come to check out the awsome view of this place
Such a cool venue! Drove all the way from Utah to see Wadruna, and it was totally worth it. 10/10 recommend.
The best venue in the United States. Go for a full moon show on a clear night and you'll never forget it.
The best venue in town! If I can be there weekly, I would!
From the alternative rock to country music and ABBA tribute!
The biggest credit for an outstanding performance is the venue!
Love Red Rocks!
Not only was this the venue for my first concert, but a great place to visit all around. With numerous trails to walk and hike, plenty of road for bikers, and a great view of everything, it is a great place to visit just to get away for a while!
It's a great place to visit and exercise ... The loop around the trade center is perfect
I visited this place to take a chill hike, and it certainly delivered on that. There was ample parking and we had a short walk to the trail head. Nice, leisurely walk with some effort required to get back to the parking lot. Beautiful views, and lots of flowers and native grasses to observe.
The people were not friendly or helpful. We wanted to walk around and take a tour but they said it wasn't aloud. At least we could see the back side and the rocks were pretty
It's just great, the sound is impecable! This is my first time here and it's the top ten outdoor venues I've ever been to, full disclosure I've been to exactly ten outdoor venues in my life.
Beautiful place and fun to watch people workout on the steps.
Huge place with beautiful scenery! This place can fit 9,500 people. Went here during the winter to take in the sights and parking lot was huge. Haven t been during a concert but it still had a lot of offer. The hall of fame was very interesting as it still provided a great experience to see who all has performed at the amphitheater.
The sites were absolutely gorgeous to take in Also there was a wedding that day
Beautiful park. Nice place to exercise and stretch after a long drive. Be sure to wear sensible shoes, there are a lot of steps. If you are not going for a concert, be sure to check if there is an event. In the morning, we had no problems with access to the park or parking.
Great place... have to catch a concert there sometime
A must see if in the area.. I only wish I was able to get to see a concert!
What a beautiful place! If you visit Denver and dont visit Red Rock Park you missed the best part. Highly recommended!
Was fun to go to the info center and see the venue just before an event
Came for Elephant Revival from NC and it was beyond worth it. Amazing acoustics OF COURSE, but it actually was raining for the openers. they had a huge supply of ponchos in the gift that were actually reasonably priced considering the location. It was great to be able to continue on through the show although it was rainy and cold. The poncho saved my ass for sure.
Some tid bits on Red Rocks:
Are you a tourist and wanting to see the park? Check the schedule. If there is a show going on, more than likely you wont be able to see the theater. There is a showly nearly every night in the summer, so please check! It is best to come in the morning. That way you can see everything.
You want top parking for a show?! Come early. Staff has to direct traffic for flow and so on. If you are nice to the staff, they can be accommodating, but it is best to come early or just go where they tell you.
Also, tons of rattle snakes, so be careful!
Breath taking views! Terrific trails. Great place to visit or workout!
Went to the Raggee concert. A lot of people were smoking pot, so it smelled bad. They took my umbrella away at the check point and lost it. Somebody stole it from under their noses. The rocks are cool, and the accoustics are good.
There is no more magical venue on the planet. I saw my first concert on August 30th and I was near tears. The entire experience was incredible!
Go before 1pm on most days to visit the arena for free. Great place!
The rock formations in this place are out of this world. I have never seen anything so beautiful besides my wife. It is a place that the longer you stay the more beautiful you will find. The history of the place and the famous people that have been there is a stunningly amazing. If you go to Denver Colorado it is a most go to place
The greatest outdoor concert venue in the US, without question. I try to attend as many events here as I can possibly manage.
Very cool and unique place. I would recommend visiting as the view is absolutely beautiful.
We have never been to a show here but we have gone twice to climb and for the beautiful views. Ira a great place to take pictures and just take in the mountain scenery for free when there isn t a concert.
The most beautiful venue ever. Everyone should experience this at least once in their life.
Will never get enough of the views of downtown from the ampatheatre while watching a movie or concert! Amazing outdoor location!
A little hazy with some fire smoke in our area this night, but made the sunset more beautiful.
You are doing yourself a disservice by not having been here yet. Just go.
Such a beautiful setting....the acoustics are just wonderful. I have always wanted to go there and I will definitely go again...
The best ever! The Amphitheatre was so pretty. The views were amazing and the Trading Post Trail was awesome. A little challenging in the heat but definitely worth the experience.
Great place to hike. See the natural splendor! Bring water and a day pack . The hiking trails are great fun but maybe a bit too difficult for little ones. The gift shop has a music museum inside that is worth checking out. If you want to visit the actual amphitheater, make sure there isn't a concert playing the day of your visit our you may not be let in.
MOST AMAZING outdoor concert venue in the U.S. (the world?)!!! The beauty, acoustics, and just overall vibe here is unlike anything I've ever experienced. Seeing one of my all time favorite bands was icing on the cake (Vampire Weekend!) Just one caveat....BE PREPARED TO WALK....AND CLIMB STAIRS....A LOT. It's cardio & a concert! Don't say I didn't warn you, but it'll be worth it, promise.
Absolutely beautiful! One check off the bucket list! Bring your walking shoes.
Amazing place for live music, events, yoga, and hiking! Visiting RR is a must for anyone visiting Colorado!!
It's really cool to see such an iconic music venue. Would recommend to see if you get the chance. There are also a lot of dogs in the day working out and it's so much fun. Also the view of the city from red rocks is pretty cool.
One of my favorite places in the world for all the reasons anyone would go there... beautiful views, good exercise, one of a kind concert location... just perfection
Definitely worth checking out! We headed here for a couple hours from Denver and it was worth the journey. Such an incredible place just to be for a bit. A lot of people were working out and a lot of tourists checking it out. MAKE SURE you check to see if it's open because they close for concert preparation.
Great to get a fresh air beside the view. and some activities to walk , bikes. Uber or lift is just a click away. There a convinte store inside the building, theaters, coffee place or drinks can be found at the place
It's beautiful. Great place to experience live music.
Absolutely beautiful view. Great place to walk around and enjoy all the scenery. For out of towners- altitude did affect me here, bring water for hiking around.
