Aquatopia Review

Perfect place to bring the family. Fun for children & parents alike. My family fully enjoyed themselves & all of the children were asleep before we even left our cabana. We love this place!!!

I was lost asked thus young lady that came out w a cart from a kitchen. Asked f directions N she saw all our items that we had..boyt 12 bags..KIDS THAT'S ALL I CAN SAY we had in our hands and without any hesitation ahe took our bags on get carry and escorted us to where our car was. Fantastic time. We been all over different h20 places never seen such kindness from any other place then this one.

Salty water .. never I have seen water park which uses salty water.. bad for eyes, hair & skin. I came from Texas to visit this indoor park.

This place is right on par with Kalahari, which I was surprised because of all the bad reviews. The check-in process and customer service where actually much better here, and you actually saw managers paying attention. Our room was ready early, unlike at Kalahari. They have an indoor/outdoor hot tub and great swim up bar. The only thing that is a problem is that they close the lazy river all the time, but if do get a chance to go on it, it is one of the best, that is why they should keep it open longer. The Trails End restaurant was excelent, too. Can't wait to go back!

This place is my favorite place to go to in the winter. This indoor water park has everything you can think of in an indoor water park. Extream water slides, outdoor jacuzzi, lazy river, baby pool, wave pool, and a secret treasure hunt, great for everyone. HIGHLY recommend.

This is the best water park known to man. From Hot tubs to caved themed lazy river they always have something to do. At night at aquatopia is the best because there is a bunch of party lights and Everyone is having a nice time and it feels nice.

First time here. Had a great chek-in experience - not all rooms have balconies and they switched us to one. Big, fun slides. Room was clean. Staff is always cleaning up in the water park and other general areas. Kids will LOVE it. Defitnely a place to come back to and stay for 2 days. (Of course all food, drinks will be expensive - I think that should be obvious to anyone planning a stay - but just putting it out there.)

This was a great place to go with my little boys. They had so much fun. It wasn't crowded when we went and was clean. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I just wish they had a pool to just relax in. They had a very large wave pool. A zero entry pool would be great. They had stuff for all ages from babies to adults. The poolside restaurant was affordable and convenient.

Great activities for the family. Doesn't seem to ever be enough chairs set up. Not sure if it's worth the steep prices!

It was nice. Some rides was long lines but it didn't matter because it was fast paced. Will come back soon.

Family had a lot of fun here. It was clean and the lines for the rides were not long at all.

Helpful stuff and front desk checkin was a breeze because of Matilde Soto. She helped with all our requests and even more! Resort has all that children and adults can ask for .
This was our fourth trip back and will be back in October,thanks to Matilde Soto's help.

They charging 80 bucks a very small back pack it not made of anything like leather.the real price on that backpack should be like only 18-25 dollars no more

The rides were great! The resort was clean. The food was was pricey. We had a good time.

The room was nice, The waterpark was absolutely horrible. It was unclean and rules are never upheld. The hot tub is an absolute no. Parents bring their kids in there and many of them swim around and scream, really annoying. Everything is also really expensive

Excellent place very good for the whole family I recommend it.

Largest indoor water park around. The kids will love all the many rides and attractions. Parents can feel safe they're lifeguards and staff everywhere! Even toddlers have a place to relax and enjoy. Extremely well lit, warm and down right fun. It can get boring after a couple hours if you don't keep busy.
The changing areas are large and comfortable. They offer lockers b/t $6 and $12. The swim up bar is simply my favorite. The snack bar is well stocked with lots of options and plenty of seating.
Make sure you and those in your party are healthy enough to go on some of the attractions as they can be quite intimidating. The hot tub, wave pool and lazy river are places to relax while being submerssed in water. Been there many times and it is simply an awesome place to get wet!

The staff was very unaware and had no clue on what was going on the changing rooms and a bath rooms with disgusting the atmosphere as far as bringing your kids here be where a lot of dog delts and the teenagers that frequent this place are pigs we had a problem with a couple of gentlemen in the hot tub making out with their girlfriends it was I'm gonna give it 2 stars I should give it no stars The young ladies present that it was to go there was kind of upset because of all of this so I'm not going to go into it

Clean, and plenty to do, unlike Cocokeys, somehow it was better ventilated. The water was warmer as well. They had multiple slides, a wave rider simulation, wave pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, and a 21 and over only pool with a bar in the middle. We stayed there in a 2 bedroom loft and it was very affordable. The room came with 12 bands and the bands are entry into room and water park. So you get to go to the park 2 days if you only stay one night like we did.

A great family weekend getaway place. It's great for family with small kids who can't go to big water park. Aquatopia have many areas for kids to play in and as well has slides and stuff for adults. My kids love going here and spending hours in the wave pool specially.

Great family waterpark! But they could use a few more places to eat, the food is good but the lines for coffee, lunch and the restaraunt are an easy 30-40 minutes long. The buffet is wonderful with no wait when it is open. The line for ski tickets is very long as well.

Nice accommodations at this uncertain time with Covid-19. Staff has been more than helpful. Hotel room was cleaned and the water park is very clean and many staff around making sure if you need anything.

This place is goldy locks water park . wolf lodge is for small kids, and kalahari is for the older teens and adults i feel. Yet auquatopia is just right. Water and atmosphere temperatures are just right. They also have great activities for kids. Our favorite is the pottery corner . This activity can go threw out your stay if you like . pottery prices are reasonable and they will ship the hole familys art for a flat rate of $10. Coffee at the cafe is great at the lobby . if you have a chance try there smores latte and chi . breakfast is great at horizions, we have done dinner on lazy days , which is ok. Neptunes food looks amazing.yet, I never tried it personaly myself . there is no buy back here. Drinks are strong but hardly ever made to discription . drinks that call for champagne have been subed for fizz water.vat the pool drinks are a little lighter and more of the frozen sweet kind also. Yet i never stayed long enough to check for buy back. Kalahari does buy back at lobby bar. We did do the 4th there which is celebrated on the 3rd at camel back beach which is free to the public .yet, if you stay at the hotel and get a room right in front of the pub and a balcony , you have a front row seat in your own room. We were lucky enough to get such a room . also the pub jad free activites ,games , sparklers, and activities for kids. Even a live band that was awesome . there is quiet time at the hotel from 11p-7a at the hotel. Mountain adventure is fun and affordable we did not have to pay to get in, it is adjacent to camelback park which is the outdoor water park/theme park . rodes are generally $10. Whish there was a flat rate band , but it as it goes. Now. There a luge ride. Be careful, this goes really fast and you can flip out . go on the blue ride first . this one you can go on with your child . here you can show them how to use breaks .show then how to slow down on turns . the girls were great here too and the guys . they take pictures of your adventures. We still have not done camel back but plan too this comong visit in 2 weeks. Oh by the way a prize that seems neglected is the candy shop at the arcade which has amazing fresh chocolate cover Oreo. The staff is awesome to my service dog . now lets talk about rooms . if your staying a few days, may i suggest the kitchen rooms which ate amazing . even has a separate powder room section and two bathrooms and the mountain view on this 6 floor is amazing . now the two rooms are just as nice . tho i do suggest leaving childerns room comfy , you will have to leave there door open . bunk beds room was a little of a challenge as my 9 year old is bigger and taller than most . top bunk didnt seem stable enough for him i feel. But other wise than that we found our just right price.

It is definitely the best indoor waterpark in the poconos as of 2018. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food can be pricey but it's part of the gig. Great place overall. They have everything a family needs to have a good time. The kids absolutely love this place.

The manager was very rude when we went to purchase our tickets so we ask for her supervisor or the corporate office number, to resolve the issue, and before we could do so one of her staff jumped in and helped use, special thanks to that young lady. Even after that, It was amazing, the family had a blast especially the kids. Things were a little pricey but hey what water park isn't. Also if your not a swimmer there's so much to do outside of the water world, but all inside the same building. SUPER FUN!!!!!!!. BUT BE SURE TO GET YOUR TICKETS FOR THE WATER PARK EARLY, CAUSE IT'S A HIT, AND THEY DO SELL OUT REALLY FAST.

Had fun as a group and the lines were never too long. The prices killed me when I saw them like the buffet but besides that very cool

Great water park with more waterslides than a majority of indoor waterparks I've been to. Plus the flowrider is a major bonus

It was all great, the water parks at Camelback resort were fairly clean looking & lines weren't terribly long. We stayed overnight at the lodge & the room was beautiful. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, & a balcony with a nice veiw. The kids had a great time at the outdoor water park, & arcade after dinner. The hemisphere buffet in the resort had really good food & a varied selection of tasty options for dessert. Would definitely go again.

Reminder to get tix way in advance.... couldn't go because of this hindsight... but did the arcade... the aquatopia looks crowded though with lots of kids!

Don t waste your time if you have little ones. There are only 2 slides for toddlers and the play area is a joke!! Half the buttons don t even work... Kalahari has about 15 slides for toddlers! After going to both Great Wolf Lodge and Kalahari (slightly more expensive) Aquatopia doesn t hold a candle to them. Honestly I d never go back here. The only good thing is the wave pool and that it wasn t that crowded. Additionally my son fell and had a bleeding injury to his face (not a major injury). He took it like a champ but we waited for nearly 10 minutes for someone to come to the door at the first aid office, even after calling the front desk. I think waiting ten minutes is long waiting at home if I called 911. Waiting ten minutes after telling 3 passing staff members and calling front desk asking for help is unacceptable. Especially on a weekday when there weren t many customers in the park. Go to Kalahari or Great Wolf.

Some of the restaurants are decent-ish. The rooms are fifty-fifty, the main bed area is a good size but the bunk bed area is pretty crammed. There is lots of activities in the resort such as lazer tag, an arcade, and a waterpark. I'm only giving it 3 stars because the bunk bed area (where I slept) was a little uncomfortable and crammed and the restaurant had an odd taste to the food.

Nice place, nice people, but the noise (pumps, gushing water and music) in the aquapark was too loud in my opinion.

We had a nice time the kids didn't what to leave I am getting my group together to do it again

This is probably one of the best water-parks I've seen. The only problem is its a little crowded

A kid drowned and was sent to the hospital and it took 1 hour for the workers to come ehile we screamed for help terrible

It is the best place in the world and I love it and I will try to go to it all the time it's kind of expensive but it's very fun very big and like the water slides are very fun

Small compared to great wolf or kalahari. Plus half the rides were closed.
