The manager was very rude when we went to purchase our tickets so we ask for her supervisor or the corporate office number, to resolve the issue, and before we could do so one of her staff jumped in and helped use, special thanks to that young lady. Even after that, It was amazing, the family had a blast especially the kids. Things were a little pricey but hey what water park isn't. Also if your not a swimmer there's so much to do outside of the water world, but all inside the same building. SUPER FUN!!!!!!!. BUT BE SURE TO GET YOUR TICKETS FOR THE WATER PARK EARLY, CAUSE IT'S A HIT, AND THEY DO SELL OUT REALLY FAST.
