This place is right on par with Kalahari, which I was surprised because of all the bad reviews. The check-in process and customer service where actually much better here, and you actually saw managers paying attention. Our room was ready early, unlike at Kalahari. They have an indoor/outdoor hot tub and great swim up bar. The only thing that is a problem is that they close the lazy river all the time, but if do get a chance to go on it, it is one of the best, that is why they should keep it open longer. The Trails End restaurant was excelent, too. Can't wait to go back!
