I had my phone in a waterproof pack on me, because i didnt want it stolen or lost, i wanted to make sure i had it. I waited 30 minutes in a line for staff to tell me I cant have my phone on me in the slide. Now my phone is turned off and i proved it and they told me i had to walk back down and put it away to get on any slides. I have never been to a water park that you are not aloud to have your phone or any device on you. Very disappointed, and disappointed in the attitude the staff gave me. No where near polite about the situation.

It happened to be very hot outside but it was as hot inside the facility. We felt like we were in sauna. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Besides that, 4 most popular rides were closed due to maintenance. The management should not have kept the place open for all the reasons above. It was a shame to charge $59 per person for such horrendous service.

Great experience, Check in was smooth and quick. The line to check in was getting bigger as the day passed by. If you want a room close to the water park you will have to wait until 4pm or even more. Or you can check in your bags and go to the water park and wait until your room is available. Rooms were cleaned and nicely stocked. You can bring your water or cereal if you want to save money. Theres a microwave, small refrigerator and a smart tv. So far we are enjoying it...

This place is awesome, my family loves it everytime we come here. An awesome.e experience and friendly staff everytime.

So dissapointed! I booked in Groupon two months ahead and excited for my kids to visit this waterpark since we ve tried great wolf and kalahari but two days before the check in date called and needed to move the date because of work since I m in health care. I want to move it day after I booked or even asked if we can have late check out since we can t change the date but the rep told us they cannot help me because I bought the ticket from
Groupon. I don t understand why they can t help me where in the fact we will be staying in the same waterpark??? I d stick to kalahari and great wolf anyways.

Would give it 5 but room service never cleaned our room.

This place is awesome. It's a great place to bring a family. There is so much to do here at the indoor water park. This resort has enough activities to cover all seasons.

We're had a blast on the rides... took off one star cause we had to wait so long for our room that one person had to sit out the whole day and pretty much wasted her day... if they would have told us it was gonna be 6 hours till we would get our room we would have got a locker but she waited thinking it would be quick since we booked so far in advance...I think they could have had better communication but otherwise it was a lot of fun and I would go back with the kids and next time I'll know to get the locker $8 for the small $12 for the big

Great time with the family! Rooms were clean and spacious. Water park facilitated fun for both a toddler and teenager. Highly recommend to families with kids 0 to teen!

I would have given this experience a 5 star because my 3 kids absolutely loved it...however I just called the lodge to book another stay because some descrepency with the rates changing on a daily basis on the website. I found this strange to begin with. Upon calling, I was tranferred to reservations but hung up on maybe accidentally. Called back..front desk transferred to reservations again. Call went back to front desk ...tried again. Finally someone at front desk said they cant do anything about it if no one answers at the Reservations desk. WOW. They just lost a family of returning guests. Im planning another destination for my family. Sorry Camelback but that one bad customer service rep just lost the resort a family of returning guests. Seems like she couldnt have cared less.

Water tasted weird but was a very fun experience for kids and all alike

Many slides were closed during one of the busiest weeks of the year. Service for food and drinks was terribly slow. We waited 45 minutes for wings, 25 minutes to order from the counter and when we got to one of the 2 cashiers they had working, she said she was closed. 1 cashier left and a line a mile long....the line to get in was also 25 minutes, to pick up bands, even though we had admission tickets. Glad we decided not to stay there.

Great place for a weekend getaway. Our kids had a blast and so did the adults at the swim up bar!!!!
Will be back again!

A pretty cool waterpark with waterslides and other rides. A really cool ride was this wave ride. You can do tricks like your on on a wave!

Very expensive, I would say overpriced. Windows are dirty hallways are wet.

Full fun family outing!!!! Best way to spend time with family in ANY season!!!

The heat shouldn't be on inside when the weather outside is 91 .. Overall the park was ok..Camelbeach is slightly better. But a long way before you catch up to Kalahari..

I have to say we had an awesome time. We celebrated my son's 10th birthday. He enjoyed every minute. Rooms were clean. The staff was very polite and friendly. The kids enjoyed the arcade and the rock climbing. The water park was great. The Venus Slydetrap was super scary and fun at the same time. It was nice being able to get on a ride with the whole family instead of splitting up. The feedback from my son was that " He had a blast, the rooms were great and he can't wait to go back". Definitely a must for families. Also my sister and I are planning to visit without the kids for a girls weekend.

It's everything you'd expect from an indoor water park. It's big, wet, humid, crowded noisy and there are long lines for the "cool" attractions. There are plenty of towels and a shower room. There is also a snack bar with overpriced items you'd expect in a theme park.

This place is wonderful the family in general enjoys a fun and pleasant vacation

Prices are way too expensive, the wave pool was not working, food not too great would not recommend coming here for indoor swimming!

Really love the experience friendly safe environment

Would like to give 5 stars after an amazing 3 days however we witnessed a very traumatic drowning life-saving drill the day we checked out and ruined the entire memory for us. Without proper warning the drill was carried out in the wave pool where my family of 5 was playing. Suddenly the guards begin blowing whistles and it was obvious their was an emergency. I tried to get my 3 children out amongst the chaos but not before the guard rescued what appeared to be a small, lifeless, limp child from the 6 ft section. From where we were standing we could not see that this was a drill. We were all frightened and sick over this experience and frankly my children are still upset over what they thought they were watching happen.

Very accommodating hotel, great indoor waterpark, hope to visit the outdoor one, great food, friendly staff. Totally recommend for a weekend of family fun.

I really like the park, the lazy river and hot tub area amazing for adults and the children's area is so cool. But some of the staff needs to go! Some went above the extra mile some said it's not my job, not my department, not my problem. Waited 30 minutes to order food and the food was ready I was so confused. Too bad this is a nice place but I guess a new company took over and doesn't promote great customer service. For the price the staff needs to be nicer.

This is a great indoor water park. It provides a nice contrast to snow sports in the winter. It has many rides, some genuinely thrilling, as well as a relaxing wave pool and lots of things for kids to explore.

Didn't allow me to take my baby's food inside, while eveyone is bringing pizzas, french fries, hamburgers. Their excuse -" You didn't buy it here". Very rude and cruel. That's because you don't sell it here!!!

Otherwise the water park is amazing.

Rides were good. I wish they had more stuff at the shallow pool for little kids.

Place is really nice, I recommend this place to my friends and family.

Went with huge group and all lived! Food is ok they serve alcohol and have a decent amount of things to let the kids do themselves. Cabanas are ridiculously priced bathrooms are clean

Just got here tonight, so far pretty good, except some unsupervised kids jumping into the hot tub, just waiting for a accident to happen.

Always have so much fun there! It s our annual tradition to go there in the fall. We should come there more often!
The most exciting ride for me was the Up the Stream one. Didn t get to try the Vinus Fly Trap yet. The Free Falling ones are a bit too much for me, but my husband enjoys them thoroughly.
