It was Hot inside compared to outside which was much cooler!! My 2 month old daughter had beads of sweet running down her face. I had to leave several times to cool her off. The smell of chlorine was so strong my eyes hurt. Couple of popular rides were down. They shoul not charged full price of $59.

Great waterpark! Not alot to do with a 3 year old. But we still has a great time! Will return when hes a bit older!

We went to Aquatopia for the first time on 4th of July weekend and came back with Bed Bugs.
I couldn't believe it but I found a bed bug in my bag when I was cleaning the bag right after we came back.
Told my co-workers about the bed bug and one of my co-worker also found a bed bug after couple of day coming from Aquatopia.
I thought since its newly made, it would be cleaned but seems like they're not doing a very good job.
Will never go again to Aquatopia and if you do decide to go, make sure to take bed bug spray or powder.
You cannot trust them at all.

It was a nice day out for the kids. Kinda a pricy I thought but they had fun. I was not too happy with he food choices and the line to get foos was rediculous. It took over 30mins to get our food. I wiuld say that two great things about this spot is that there was free parking and there was a bar so we could enjoy some adult beverages while the kids enjoyed the pools.

That's the perfect place to spend family get away. We always go here on a weekday and it pretty quiet over here, no longer lines. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place

It was absolutely amazing! We took our twins here for their 7th birthday!! They are already asking when can we go back. The staff is amazing and professional!! Wynter at the front desk was welcoming and very positive! Greg on the waterslides was super fun and great with the kids, very helpful. I wish I had more names because everyone was very friendly and had positive attitudes! Will recommend to all family and friends!!

This place is awesom for kids of all ages even the adults the pictures do no justice it's a beautiful place with a amazing view and I love this place this time around was my second trip and I will be going on more

The rides were rough on my neck and wave pool was small and wimpy

For me i love it it the best and i went there for my birthday the people who work there are really nice it was the best

Out door water park slightly disappointed but the staff the experience even during covid amazing

Water park was nice, they close different attractions at different times which was disappointing.

The park was great and had rides for all ages. One slide was closed but it was not a big deal. My 4 year old went on everything she could being only 40" tall. We rented a cabana which drastically improved our experience. The food and drinks were great.

The waterpark is actually pretty good. My issue is with the bar staff and service. The bartenders and wait staff are extremely rude and appear to be racist. They served white patrons quickly but would get back to any minorities waiting if they had time. Not sure if it s par for the course but it was noticeable. I m guessing maybe they stereotype over tips? Still unacceptable in my opinion.

The blonde bartender stuck out as the worst and was actually the nastiest bartender I ve ever encountered. Definitely an experience that I could do without.

Bottom line if you re white you ll probably be fine but otherwise be ready to be treated like a third class person.

Great park with lots to do, much cheaper than Kalahari one. The only drawback was that after around 3pm they i guess added more chlorine to the water and everyone started to feel that...eyes turned rwd and bad smell.

It's always a great time at Aquatopia. We have visited several times and have not been disappointed at all. I love that there is something to do for all ages. Being able to hang out after check out is always a great thing especially being able to wash up before heading back home.

Great location. Waterpark was big enough for my family to have a good time at different ages.

Awesome place to take family...not crowded and definitely going back

The place was very fun and appropriate to go for families including small kids. Bathrooms were very clean at all times. The only thing that I don't like about this place is that they get your foods from you & you are obligated to buy from them no matter what. Imagine some people with high blood pressure or diabetes or even those people who want to eat just healthy will x out.

Favorite indoor park and hotel we have been there 3 years in a row

I've been there before. Had a good tume. This time not at all good. I had an email that said my room would be ready at noon. Nope. Had all my clothes in lobby and front desk said I would have my room by 12:30. Nope again. Took hours. So myself and family(3 kids) would have had to change in car in cold to do waterpark til room was ready, then go back out in cold to get our luggage to get to room. It doesn't end there. Got 4 free lift tickets and when went to redeem them, the only person(team leader) who could issue them was nowhere to be found for over 1/2 hour and then had to wait to get tickets issued. So over almost 90 minutes (with kids who wanted to ski) was wasted waiting. Never again

Service is poor, ran out of towels early in day and never replenished.

I went there to shop at Kohls. Area is good, plenty of spaces to park your car. It is usually busy. There is a big outlet right across the street.

It was an amazing time! There is not a lot of water slides in aquatopia but it is enough to have a great time. It is a nice family resort full of activities!!

This place is fun for all ages. I recommend just staying the night. Look for it on groupon for great deals. Also the pizza was delicious

Great indoor water park inside Camelbeach Resort. Due to the weather the days we were there, we decided to hit Auqatopia the day we checked out. If you're guests of the resort, you can use the park even after you check out. Our 2 kids, age 11 and 13 year old, hit the park as soon as it opened for the day which was great because it was very quiet. We went on every ride at least twice. They kids did some 3-4 times. We left the lazy river for last and we liked it better than the outside one at Camelbeach Water park up the hill form the resort. The water pressure was better so you really got to just kick back and relax and let the water push you around. We were in Auqatopia from 10am-12:30pm and we all felt that we really saw it all. Dont miss it. Even if you only have a couple hours, if you time it right, you can hit all the rides. Get your legs ready...the rides start high in the sky, so you gotta hike up about 50 steps for every ride. Phew!

I was disappointed on the first visit, racist people. No good service either nobody knows what they doing. A waste of my time

Lots of activities for the kids and great stuff to do as a family. The rooms were great, enough room for all the kids to be comfortable. Friendly and family oriented, staff was marvelous. The pizza and wings was scrumptious.

Last year never again to people of color dont come or bring your kids hear very racist as a black person I come hear so much time never again me an my kids are done i will not recommend to racist

Not my first and not my last visit to Aquatopia. Ideal mountainside indoor waterpark with all the offerings of a large outdoor waterpark. Great for all seasons in the Northeast, which can sometimes be frigid because like I said its indoor. Love the oversized hot tub.....

Vega good place to get away with family and friends

This place is awesome. Especially for kids. The staff are also very nice as well.

Iv been there a few times and it's a great place to take your kids. The place is probably run as well as can be expected for such a large busy place. It's a bit pricey and can get pretty busy. Also, the room I just stayed in was starting to look beat up. Stayed there a year or two ago and the room was real nice. They did seem to upgrade the arcade a bit and my kid loved it.

I could totally understand because of covid-19 there has to be some changes.but the place is run-down half the things are broken they wanted two nights and one day stay you can only use the park one day you can't use it to next. Not a good time at all.

I loved everything about this place it was an amazing adventure. We went after the outdoor part was closed for the season (the water park) but in a package I got with tickets for the 1000 foot zip line, our room and tickets for the indoor water park . We wer en't explained about the zipline tickets that you had to register your time frame and reserve it downstairs with customer service so we never did that and when we went to go we were going to be one of the last people to go on the zipline that day but we missed it by like 10 minutes because the GPS gave us the wrong directions we never registered that time frame and we waited for too long but the hotel still said that they would refund me the $80 for the zip line it's been like three or four days now and I still haven't gotten the refund but I'm pretty confident when I call back in I will

My family loved the Waterpark, however their were many rides closed due to maintenance. Unfortunately they were the most popular rides.

Sometimes great... But 1/2 of the time some ride is broken and food is poor quality yet expensive. Unless you get a good deal, just not worth regular price.

Great little indoor water park. Got 4 stars because the drinks are ridiculously expensive and I pulled 2 giant hairballs off of me after getting out of one of the pools ,freaking gross.

Good for day out or season pass. A lot to do in one day at camelback during winter.. indoor water park, tubing, skiing, wall climbing, arcade and much more.

Wasn't packed and the transparent roof allowed the sun to get in. Not alot of slides but enough to pass a few days. Ate off the resort as it was much cheaper and lots of options. Kids had a good time.

Love it. Very fun and love the lazy river. Love the indoor/outdoor hot tub. Inside is a bit cold walking from pool to pool tho. Makes it uncomfortable.
