This is a great place to go for lunch or after work for a bite with friends. Food is fresh, portions are very large and service is quick. The decor is a bit out dated and seating is tight, but the food makes up for the lack of ambiance. Great for take out too.

I've passed here so many times I can't even count and boy do I regret not enjoying this place sooner. I had Singapore noodles which were cooked to perfection. The pancake was crispy yet moist inside and the beef teriyaki was bomb

Best VEGGIE fried Rice with Tofu in Providence RI. Great Nime Chow. Also best fried chicken wings with lime, cilantro and hot peppers. The Staff is professional courteous and most are significantly respectful. The owner showed me personal consideration by approaching me to iterate that he appreciates all his customers. And I appreciate that and his extended efforts. In my view He is the epitome of professionalism and deserving of this review.

Not hard to find, but very difficult to park. Inside was packed on a Friday around 1:00 pm...and not at all easy to navigate because of the crowd. Extensive food selections, which were tasty and reasonably priced...portions were more than enough to share!

Some of the best food in the Providence area. I seriously bring all my guests from out of town here. Crispy chicken wings and nime chow are a must. Their soups are excellent as well, especially the green curry soup. Whole fried fish with ginger sauce is in our rotation too. The place now gets really busy on weekend and nights and the takeout wait can creep pretty high, but the wait is worth it.

I was recently introduced to this place by a friend... it is GREAT. great prices, awesome food, by far the best asian food I've had in years. The restaurant itself was awesome too, apparently it was recently remodeled. friendly staff, clean comfortable dining room, can't wait to go back!

The food is delicious, cheap and bountiful.
The restaurant is in an iffy part of the West End and is pretty old school on the inside, so maybe not the best spot for a romantic night out, but gets the job done. Also, BYOB, which is very nice.

I've been going here for almost 20 years (wow i'm old). This place has it's ups and downs just like every where else. To get the best quality of food and service you should go when it first opens and before the lunch rush. Going during rush hour or the dinner rush is a bad idea. Avoid the weekend nights also. It is way too chaotic and loud which translates into slow orders and mistakes (something I have little patience for when I'm tired and hungry). Also stick to what you know. While Apsara's has reasonable prices not everything on their menu is going to taste good so order what you know you like from other Asian restaurants. If you want to experiment save it for a buffet or see if your friend will allow you to sample from their plate. BTW--NEVER go out to eat with stingy and/or picky people. You won't have a good time and their negativity could adversely influence your opinion of the place. My fave order is nime chow, hot n sour soup or wonton soup w/green onions and beef teriyaki w/fried rice.

This place has been around for a long time. It s always something that people know about or frequent. It s not the fanciest place in the world, nor is it the most easily accessible, as parking can be a hassle if they are very busy. But the food is always consistent, and the prices are very good.

Most of the dishes are very filling, almost too much for any one person to finish. The best way to eat here, would be to share your food. Of course, if you don t like to share, that s fine, but expect some left overs to take home.

They have a good mix of different Asian cuisines available. Some pretty standard fare that you ll most likely recognize, as well as some things you may not, I ve traveled all over Asia, and there have been a few dishes that I ve not found anywhere else, other than their country of origin, at this restaurant.

The set menus they have for lunch specials are huge. They are priced very well for the amount of food you receive.

On of my favorites here is their mango chicken. I ve not seen it anywhere else in the area, and it s delicious.

Best restaurant in all of Providence! I have never, in the course of ten years or more, had a less than fabulous meal. The Singapore noodles with seafood is what I d want for my last meal. Nothing better!

Loved the food here. Have come here several times because of the great Cambodian food. It is always very busy. Food is perfect but the wait for it can be a bit long because of the crowd. It is worth the wait though because of the flavors. Staff can be very rushed sometimes because of the crowd. Would recommend this place as the best restaurant for Cambodian food in RI.

Love this place, the food is amazing and staff are very friendly.

To management, you need to remediate several issues that the restaurant is currently dealing with that is affecting the overall customer and employee experience.

1. Invest in technology
2. Room for Expension

Invest in technology.
PROBLEM: People who order through the phone make their way to the restaurant to have to wait their turn to pay this making their experience not so great

RESOLUTION: Provide the ability for customers to pay Via web; It s 2019. This will aliviate the woman in the front who works so hard and diligently.

Room to Expand:
PROBLEM: Folks that make their way to the restaurant wait on average of about 30 to 40 minutes to be seated. This greatly reduces customer satisfaction and has a direct negative impact.

Solution: Invest on providing the ability to have more room for customers by tearing walls and expand. This will alliviate wait time which we all know, we want things fast and easy.

The above will alliviate how hard your employees work thus improving employee turnover. As well as providing great customer service and attracting morecustomers.

Overall love this place! 4 stars from me

Great food. On a busy weekend is better to get takeouts if you really hungry. If not wait in the line the great thing about this restaurant is that you could bring your own liquor and beer which is amazing and the service is amazing also they treat you like family

I know the food is good and cheap but waited 70 min for a pick up order, When the estimated waiting time Was 40 minutes. People were getting in ahead of me getting seated at a table, ordering and paying the check before my order was ready. Awful customer service. Not a single word of apology. No good food is worth that. Will definitely not be going back again.

Rudely asked upon entering to use other entrance. ...

Rudely asked upon entering to use other entrance. Said ok and apologized. Then told again if not followed health dept could shut them down. The door I entered through said please wear your mask then the secondary door says do not enter with no info about there being a different entrance. so here s a suggestion. Why don t you put use other entrance on the outside door so you don t grow tired and frustrated of telling people who use the wrong entrance the same thing. Maybe then you won t be so rude to your customers because you would have given sufficient direction on how to enter the restaurant. I didn t even know there was a different entrance, so I was confused by the sign, hence my using the wrong entrance. Little note- if people consistently aren t following the directions it s because you have provided poor direction. Or hey maybe I m the first to do so and you re just rude everyday. Who knows, but I won t be coming back so makes no difference to me whether you change the sign or not.
