We were greeted by the hostess. Seated at our table. Our server comes to the table never introduced herself not one time. We placed our order which included the monthly drink special she told us we couldn't have that because they had no liquor to make it. Strike #1. Second due to that inability I asked to speak to the manager he comes over and doesn't introduce himself. Strike #2. I asked him since you don't have the ingredients to make the monthly special can you give and alternative to that for example last month's special he rudely said no and walked away. Strike #3. I will never dine at this Applebees again. I'll go to another. The customer service is horrible. This location is very busy and for it to be out of liquor to make the advertised drink is unacceptable.
