Tortilla soup best I ever had.service was excellent.

I ordered it online, and when I got there I had to wait 30/45 minutes to get my food. Then when I got it, it was ice cold .

Raw chicken. Quarter sized chicken strip. Took for ever for refills.had to keep reminding them. Over chargered. Went back and forth about overcharge. Waited 40+ mins to get fresh plate with cooked chicken.and it wasnt even packed. Left Very disappointed.

I came around 11:30 I had the lunch special I really enjoyed it the service was lovely and the atmosphere was great ...oh and the food was delicious I had a really great experience thanx apple bees ..

So you pull in the parking lot and the waitress comes up to your car to take your order. Masks are worn by the workers.I called ahead and placed my order so it was ready when I got there. They were quick and the food was awesome!!

Busy busy busy. But service was still good. Didn't wait super long. Food was decent. It's what you'd expect of an applebees.

The $1 vodka and cranberry taste like colored water.

I've come to love Applebee's!! It's perfect. They always have a drink special or two or three. The appetizers are delicious and everyone is so friendly.

Staff was not diverse, which i kindah expected while i visited, however my server@ table 45 was persistant and polite.

Our server Alex was very nice and polite. This young lady should get a raise. She took care of us as we were family. My wife and our friend that they loved her hospitality. Tell her to keep up the great work that she does. We will be back more often and I hope she will be our server again. Thank you very much for making our visit wonderful.

Annie was a delight and a wonderful server. She kept an eye on us and if we needed anything she was prompt!

Felt like we were forgotten at our table. They messed up our order, and kept bringing us other tables orders.
waitress kept using table next to me for dirty dishes while she took orders, and left our drinks empty until we were ready to leave. The reason for two stars, food was decent. And they were open late.

For my first visit here in almost 8 months I'm extremely dissatisfied. We waited 30 for our drinks, our spinach dip came out AFTER our entrees, the table next to us received their food the same time we did but had arrived 15min after we did. We just spent $100 and would have been more, my food was disgusting, the shrimp was cold and the steak was overcooked and tasted weird. Apparently meant as joke but completely not funny considering the service, a server and the manager both joked about almost drinking our alcohol when FINALLY we received the drinks we ordered. So all said and done, I didn't get to eat. No lie so ridiculous I never go out and the one time I do get a day with my family and decide to splurge. So disappointing.

Good food and very good taste, they serve very well ...

It's affordable and I love to go on dates here. Their margaritas are awesome.

Come on it's Applebee's. Love the appetizer platter and drinks.

Shrimp wonton stir fry, great. Lot's of flavor, shrimp perfect. Corona's ice cold. Always great friendly service.

Good family atmosphere ,good food and excellent service

I have always gone to this place as a family and it was always a good experience, but last night I went in at 11:30 and they wouldn't take my order to go even though the sign outside says they close until midnight. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with this. I wasted my time and gas to go and they do this. From now on I guess I'll go to chilli's instead.

It was good kind of pricey but had a good time with my family and we ate like little piggies it was great ;)

Poor customer service. Waitress never came to ask if we needed anything. Forgot all about our food sk when we finally got it, it was all cold. All this happened while I was watching two couples argued like kids.

Wow! This place is busy! There was already a line at 5pm, granted on a Sunday. Glad we could pay at the table. Server was super nice.

We always go to Applebees either for happy hour or dinner.

Usually we love this applebees but last night we didn't first they messed up my order then my steak so chewy and cold then they forgot my friends food and his food wasn't even good and whoever our server was never once came back to even check up on us the whole time we were there I had to ask the lady who seats people for help and then they kept forgetting to bring my sons water so he sat there 30 mins with nothing to drink

Got my order wrong. Mixed drinks are made weak as hell.

Nice atmosphere and decent bar to relax at. They offer ample deals in case you're on a budget.

We dine here often. Just in the last 7 days we have come here 2 times to celebrate little things in life... But tonight something occurred that hasnever happened in my 30yrs of life. The waitress forgot to ring in my bf's food. The other 3 of us recieved our meals. On of which was a steak. He ordered a burger with and extra patty. THREE people other than our waitress asked us if we needed anything and all 3 were told yes, the burger. One of those people were a female manager. Finally after we are almost all eating the waitress comes apologetically saying she forgot to ring his meal in! We did get it comped after the male manager came to our table. I really dont know why it took that long to figure out the mistake and really don't appreciate the first manager not following up. When she was told she could have had enough time to get it out and he could have still eaten with us. It took all of about 15minutes before anyone even realized his meal wasnt rung in. Redlands has better servixe and this location has lost a customer.

Had bacon cheeseburger and fries was good service was a little slow.

The staff here is always so nice. The food is always good as well.

When we got there it took forever to get seated even though there was multiple tables open and there was no one to seat in front of us. Our waitress was amazing, but the kitchen still got my order wrong and the food wasn't really that great. The burger was dry but leaking grease like no tomorrow and the fries were too salty to even eat more than a couple.

I'm not trying to be that girl or just put hate on this restaurant, but this place needs some work to get better.

2 for $20 or 2 for $25 is best deal in town!! Food has so much flavor, good portions!!

My wife was served a hot lettuce based salad and I was served a cold burger. Will not be back.

Good food. Good service. Fun atmosphere. Family friendly. There are specials that meet most cravings. The prices are reasonable. The wait isn't too long.
