We went to watch the football game so we were there for quite some time. Our server Rich did an excellent job taking care of us. The whole time he got what we needed and he never acted as though he wanted us to leave so he could make more money on new tables. The food was great. We got the all you can eat chicken, shrimp and ribs. It was totally worth it.
Server took over 15 min just to get our drinks on a slow night. Then didn't know which drink belonged to whom. So he took it to the bartender who dipped a straw in one and declared it was the pricier one. Asked for water twice and still had to wait awhile for that even.
Good food. Very nice waitress, liked how she was so understanding with our large party
Our server Fanzonne was friendly efficiency was his middle name.

The worst food ever and service was even worse. Waited 20 minutes to even get our drinks and then another 15 minutes to take our food order. Our waitress never re-filled our drinks. The food was not warm. Asked to talk to a supervisor and 15 minutes no one showed. Paid the bill and walked out and did not leave a tip. I will never return to that Applebees restaurant. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Applebee's is always a go to restaurant. I took my mom the 1$ specialty drink was the twizzler straw drink..delicious I can't remember which margarita I had but it was so good lol. Food was hitting, vibes was good.

Waited 20min for our appetizer another 20mins for our food. When we got our food it was COLD was mad. Had to send both plates back waited about 10mins to get 1 back and another 5mins to get the 2nd plate. Didn't get the correct item back so waiter had to go get the right item. Top it off it was our ANNIVERSARY yes I know WHY there I question myself too. We should have went else where was VERY disappointed ruined our night. Expected BETTER manager took a good 30mins or so to come to our table and speak with us. That shows how much the restaurant is run but whatever nights over and CARRY ON! I hope nobody experiences what we did!!

Terrible! They advertise on line that you get 5.00 off 1st time on line order. When they don't give a coupon code & you call they tell you that you have to spend $25.00 to get that offer even though it is not stated that way. When I asked to speak to supervisor, Mariah says she will transfer me to her boss, Alex. Next thing I know, I hear dial tone. New to area, so next time I will order through Coco's or Olive Garden or TGIFriday's where I have never had a problem. Morale: stick with what you know!

3 stars for flavorful food! Only 3 stars for poor service; didn't get silverware until after served, my sizzling plate wasn't sizzling, my companions food was also low temp. and he didnt get butter and sour cream, which he ordered on his baked potato, and the portions were small. I'm still hungry. And, I usually dont need alot of food to be satisfied. This was my tiny sizzling plate. Sorry, forgot to take photo before I ate.

My go to for great sangria, that's right, applebees! The red apple sangria is a must! The food is okay. Service is usually good.
never over crowded waiter and waitresses are always on time and punctual with drinks and food never overpriced for the quality of food you did and a lot of TVs and a quiz game you can play at the table I recommend this place for a group of friends or just a night out with someone you care about or family's.
Had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, had the southwestern bowl, (yuk) still an Applebee's customer.
Did not get my order right. Tried to charge me for a dish i did not order.

The food and staff are fine it's the aggressive pan handling immediately outside the door that I didn't like. I believe the Manager should be asking them to move away from the door!!!

Terrible experience the waiter Juan walk by my table five times before saying hi,the manager had to come take order the food was cold took 35mins to come out I will never go there again. I work with customers for a living the staff need more training.
Sub par service who didn't have a clear understanding of the menu. Asked for a draft beer and got a bottle, also the fries were more than stale. Came here thinking service may have gotten better and came with a low level of expectations but they seem to surprise us every time we come with poor service and more poor food quality.
