Sucked ...food was cold....Ordered a hamburger came with no Vegs. Ordered garlic mashed potatoes no tasted of garlic any where ..the bread on my sandwich was soggie he'll. Only thing that was good was the soda .. never go a again.

We had a great lunch, our waitress was very tentative to our needs

Food was excellent tonight ribs and steak mashed potatoes coleslaw broccoli Also the service was excellent

On Wednesday my friend of myself went to Applebee's in Redlands. The service was excellent but the food was horrible I have gotten all you can eat which really wasn't true, appitized all you can eat but
It's another story when you get there. I was terribly disappointed in the shrimp and the riblets was not riblets they were just ribs no bone in it at all not what they advertised on the menu are you see what's on the menu. it's totally different than in Arizona the potion and the presentation my friend was really talking about it

This place is unquestionably one of the tastiest restaurants in the neighborhood. Always when I come there I am truly satisfied. They keep their very high standard service and the highest level of dishes they give. You can never go wrong with this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Very good food, enjoyed the atmosphere. Staff was friendly.

They need more customers service. You should have to wait that long for a table when they are not busy.

Last visit, take out ribs texture of dog bones. Yesterday, Chinese chicken salad with chicken texture of marbles with noodles unedible.waitress great.Done with Applebee's.

The wait was pretty long but when we sit down all we got all you can eat Chicken & ribs for under $20

Me and my dad went there for lunch. We sat at the bar and had a wonderful free lunch courtesy of Applebly's Veteran Day generosity!! Dad was U.S.Air Force and I was U.S. Army. The service was outstanding and every employee there was very nice, smiled a lot and thanked us for out service.

The food was really great. It was a pre birthday celebration for my boss. Our server Stefan was really punctual and attentive. He made some suggestions for drinks. The when he found out it was a birthday celebration. He proceeded to sing happy birthday in Romanian. Bravo. Will definitely be going back here in the future

Great place great service, Went for my Anniversary today

We came in not knowing was during the Happy Hour & they had specials! After we ordered we heard neighbor table talking about Happy Hour menu. We ordered 2 $27.00 & our spinach artichoke appetizer took awhile to come out. Both entrees, sirloin steak and chicken penne pasta, were delicious & large portions. The server was great!

Ordered the steak dinner 8 oz. I was disappointed. Looked plain simple and unappealing. I was correct, Don't order this dinner.

I always like stopping here, everytime I'm here I get my favorite person! Cassandra is always a gem when she works. It really makes my dining experience so warm and welcome. Thanks bunches.

This place gives fantastic service as well as delicious menu. One of my favourite restaurants in town. The food and drinks came out rapidly and the prices were affordable. I recommend this place.

The advertisement all-you-can-eat what a joke to me, I had shrimp the first time they brought it out the simplest stuff in the little bitty that's a joke I asked for the BBQ riblets there was no bone in themI had to server to take him back I didn't order anything else I was just disgusted with the whole thing . I will never go there again especially the one in Redlands.

My fiance and I love this place. They always have monthly $1 or $2 drinks all day long. You can't beat that ANY WHERE ELSE.

My Son n I Went on a Friday middle of dinner rush.. Was pretty crowded but we're seated in like 10 minutes.. Service was great.. On point..

At first service was slow, when Stefan took care of us our experience was a 360. He was knowledgeable on the menu and has excellent costumer service.

I understand it was a busy night... But the food took forever and my food tasted like dirty fryer. I had the Brewhouse Chx and my onions where burnt and it had no flavor. The sever was nice but he took forever to replenish our drinks. We are not going back.

Great service and the turnaround time for our meal was about 10-15 minutes! Our server, Annie, was very attentive and pleasant! We will definitely go back!

Their all-you-can-eat boneless wings, riblets, and fried shrimp with endless fries was delicious. I was in heaven with Texan sauce for my wings and honey bbq sauce for my riblets.

Happy hour only for us. Just the best time in my opinion.

Food here always excellent. My service is not I order ice tea didn't get it til I finally ask for it cause I never seen my server, then the sangria I wanted they didn't serve no more but was still in menu. IL be driving the extra miles and go to the Applebee's in Redlands, cause this one in Highland has gave me bad service to many times

It was Ty's first night and he was AMAZING. Not many waiters or waitresses can pull that off. We had a GREAT time. Thank you Ty. Keep up the AMAZING work.

Happy hr specials are the best for food and drink.....wait if u can....half price apps ....usuaully order a few different apps and 2 happy hr drinks....about $25 ...great deal and filling

I love this restaurant. The servers are all very attentive and when our server was busy, another server came and took our empty dishes and asked us if there was anything else that we would like.

Just save your health and money by staying away from this place.

Service was good. Host was rude but my server was great. I will be visiting again.

Our server esmeralda sucked made us feel uncomfortable, our appetizer took came after our cold food. Wings were also cold and soggy from sitting in sauce for a while, she came around only twice. Then she just stopped looking at us and passed our table without a word. The manager noticed all her mistakes and discounted our meal without us asking for it.

They are really slow . Service is not so good at this one.

Service is improving. Staff is getting more attentive. Alcoholic beverages are very reserved. They seem to measure everything to the last drop.

Our waitress was awesome. Don't remember her name but that's because of the pamagranit margaritas I had. Those were awesome

Seated pretty quickly but waited 30 minutes for the appetizer (which the waitress forgot) to arrive and another 30 for the food. There was no silverware at our table. I asked the waitress if they were short staffed but she stated that, "it's unorganized". My food (double fried shrimp & fries) was a bit too salty. I only visted because of a Christmas gift card.

Our server was amazing! She helped us with all our needs. Very polite and checked up on us to make sure everything was perfect!. Clean place. Room temperature was very cold! And we asked our waitress if they can turn it down a bit. And they did. The food was great! Accept our ribs needed more flavor.

This place is doubtless one of the most attractive restaurants in the area. Anytime I come to this place I am highly satisfied. They keep their high standard service and the topmost level of food they provide. You can never go wrong with this place. Highly recommended.

Good food just don't site by the bar area. The service sucked. I know he has to stay by the bar area. But just once he came by to give me a refill on my drink. So if you want your waiter to come by often better site somewhere else. Otherwise great food.

Went to Applebee's for a free Veterans Day dinner. Only outdoor eating due to covid-19. And it was cold and Breezy. There was a line but they told us to wait in our warm car and they would text us when our table was ready. Pretty good idea. The food was hot and fresh and service was efficient and quick. And free

Halloween at Applebee's was mad cracking!! Drinks definitely hit the spot!!

The chips tasted freezer burnt and the food tasted microwaved, ordered the artichoke dip and it tasted flavorless, worst food ever.

Great food and service! Cleanliness (of tables and menus) can be iffy but otherwise, a very good location.
