Only giving a 1 star due to 1-one of us sat for 20mins with no drink while the others were served.2-again one of us sat with no meal for 10mins&the others were served&3-the servers served drinks to ppl without checking on who was paying the bill.
Eat here about once a month and food is good and the workers are friendly
Best experience. Staff was aware when our drinks need refreshing, food was good and it's the only place other than the outback that has great customer service.

Great neighborhood bar experience. Ordered the ravioli with chicken. Food is just ok. $1 Pomegranate Margarita was no frills but got the job done.
So disappointed. Used to love applebees. Quality of wood is terrible. Food doesnt come as ordered. On different occasions our burgers have come so well done and dry or way to rare. Wont be coming back

My family and I went for an impromptu dinner, we were seated immediately and our waitress addressed us right away. The food was great, but really made my experience wonderful was our waitress Dawn. She was very attentive and provided us with everything we needed. She went, in my opinion, above and beyond for us. My young daughter was treated like a person, she was asked what she wanted and needed and her needs were met. I will definitely be going back.
Everybody who is leaving good reviews, beware! As a server who works here, I see ants and roaches on several occasions and the response managers give are simply "kill it". Thats right..the same server getting your food. As a person who is very specific about this at home, I couldn't keep it back anymore. This place needs a full extermination!
Happy Hour all day Sunday. All the games on several different tv's throughout. Quick service and self pay station at the table. Not bad at all. Food eh it's food ya know
Our hostess Anne was fantastic and apologetic for not being able to return with our drink orders on time.
They have a very large selection on their menu the prices were decent the food was good the service was attentive had a great time with the family and friends

The waiter made our experience all worth our visit there. He impressed us so much I will even mention his name here and it's Stephan from Romania. He was excellent and I let him and the manager know it too.
The food was good a few mistakes on the order. But the waitress D. was very polite and fixed all mistakes, manager did come to apologize. Thank you.
Friendly servers but food takes to long to get to the table
Nice young gentleman at the bar who saw to our food and drink requests made us feel at home. My 2nd visit there in a few months and I will likely enjoy a meeting there again.
Love applebee's but today they provided terrible customer service to me and my children, walked out and went to a different restaurant, not looking forward to visiting this place again, staff didn't even bother to help us when we walked in but as soon as 2 other women show up they rush to sit them and instead of sitting us as well, they begin to help other customers...4 other families were helped before i jus decided to walk out, i did not appreciate me and my kids being ignored, very disappointed.
Everything we ordered was good. Excellent service as well.
Had a server who was not attentive, she never brought us our silverware or any napkins. Waited about 15mins just for her to return to our table so we can order beverages. Had to speak to a manager who was great and handled the situation but we also go double charged a previous visit and it was a difficult to resolve with their previous manager. But great food!

The food was pretty good but our waiter was Awesome. His name was Faize. He was cool. He was chill. His service was impeccable and he made it all look easy.
My wife and I are both Handicapped, so their handicap access is important to us.
Tonite we came in the entrance we normally use and sat down at an empty table. The hostess approached us and said we had to leave to table because there was a wait. Guess being handicap equipped doesn't mean friendly . We left, won't be back for a while...
Food was cold took to long and we got the kids meal long before ours. The kids where done and had to sit still well we tried to eat.
Ambiance was nostalgic, food and server was great.
Slow service we waited 1 hr for our appetizers and food, the waitress was really nice though

They have really awesome customer service, the food is great not to mention they have happy hour so it's really not that pricey here quality is great I can't complain about their food my favorite is the bourbon chicken and shrimp

This place really delivers the authentic Applebee's Grill + Barexperience. I tried the elote topped hot dog which was absolutely heavenly. The fries were also cooked to golden crispy perfection. The only downside was the bun to topping/dog ratio. The bun was a little too big for the contents.
I Love all the foods n desserts go there twice a month.
This location was not 2 busy and very clean. The service was good and so was the food, great for a inexpensive date night.
We had not been to Applebee's during the COVID-19 shutdown, until just recently. Tried to call in an order, but the lady who answered did not understand what we wanted; I decided to just drive to the location to verify the order from the menu. Well, the menu is entirely different, but there's no (evident) way to know what is on the menu without looking at it. But, how is that to be done in a phone call?
What we picked up was well-prepared and sufficient; by the time we traveled 3 miles home, it was only lukewarm. That's not Applebee's fault, but it is frustrating we had to "cook it again," before it was palatable. Honestly, we thought the order was too expensive, given we had prepare it ourselves, but Applebee's has to survivr doesn't it. We double-tipped the servers, because they are underpaid, anyway, especially with the shutdown.
We'll probably return after the shutdown, but in the meantime, fast food can't compete with home-cooked and Applebee's is marginal.
