We dine here often. Just in the last 7 days we have come here 2 times to celebrate little things in life... But tonight something occurred that hasnever happened in my 30yrs of life. The waitress forgot to ring in my bf's food. The other 3 of us recieved our meals. On of which was a steak. He ordered a burger with and extra patty. THREE people other than our waitress asked us if we needed anything and all 3 were told yes, the burger. One of those people were a female manager. Finally after we are almost all eating the waitress comes apologetically saying she forgot to ring his meal in! We did get it comped after the male manager came to our table. I really dont know why it took that long to figure out the mistake and really don't appreciate the first manager not following up. When she was told she could have had enough time to get it out and he could have still eaten with us. It took all of about 15minutes before anyone even realized his meal wasnt rung in. Redlands has better servixe and this location has lost a customer.
