Really good food and atmosphere, outstanding service, all staff seems to be involved in providing an excellent time for all guests. Trish made an extra effort to welcome visitors, and make sure they were happy and satisfied.

One of best places to eat out with family and friends. Fresh baked and grill worth the wait. All you can eat Appetizers all day!!

Curbside to go was HUGE disappointment for my husband s birthday this evening. Ordered bourbon chk & shrimp and sadly got served old shrimp, tasted fishy, instant mashed potatoes, and portions 1/2 of what picture showed, served in mini meal prep container. I could have served him instant potatoes and grilled on the Forman. $$ I could ve kept in these hard times. This place sucks!

The cooks don't know what they're doing, I ordered fajitas the rice was undercooked hard and crunchy, The shrimp was grey not pink and the steak was still bloody in the middle not even medium rare. Had them take it back for a burger well done and they took 20 min to get that out. Burger was cheaper than the fajitas but they charged me the fajita price.

I went online and seen that they had a promotional deal for two dinners. Although when we arrived. The menu said different, I informed the waiter and he had that manager come speak to us and was more then happy to match the price. We recieved excellent customer service. I just wish the food was better.

Too loud for me, had to ask for a refill on my coffee. Don't go very often.

I had the appetizer tray with wonton tacos. My tacos were pretty empty.

Over cooked rubbery chicken, spinach that tasted like it came out of a can and hard pasta. Im super disappointed. Ordered the brisket tacos and the sauce was sweet not spicy, and didnt feel like brisket at all

Wife loves their ribs and ate both of our fries. Our server was the best.

The sit in time was quick despite how busy it was, and food service is what made it enjoyable.

Wings were a hit, but service could of been a little better but overall 4 stars

I love I love Applebee's because of their strawberry lemonade boneless wings and chicken tenders

Our waitress Annie was amazing! She was very attentive and made sure all our needs were met in a timely manner.

The last time I went to this Applebee's thats on Highland Avenue, in Highland, they did really good service when I was there. When I entered the restaurant, they asked me nicely where I would like to go sit down at. And then when they took me to the table the server was there at the same time. And the server was really nice to me too. She asked me nicely what I would like and for me the server did really good service on the way she was helping me, because she gave me refills when she saw my drink almost done. And she was also helping me by asking me if I would like something else, while she passed by my table. So I will recommend all my friends and family to go to Applebee's restaurant too. For all the good service that they always have when I'm there and because Applebee's is my favorite restaurant.

Best baked french onion soup anywhere, a little slow with the refills of the shrimp on the double crunch shrimp all-you-can-eat special.

Excellent service, friendly host, love their lunches. Reasonable prices!

The menu shows a very nice presentation in reality my order was 1/3 of the menu presentation l will never order food again at Applebee's

The food was ok nothing spectacular. The drinks weren't anything to write home about. I had the red sangria wasn't very strong at all. Not much fruity flavor. One of the TV's was going out. The atmosphere was kind of ho hum, not very energetic when the workers look like they didn't want to be there.

I was forced to give Applebee's another chance because it was a birthday dinner...but the food is still not good. Our chicken tasted like hot dog.

Service was ok. All new serves and they messed up my order. Not their fault, cook must have been on automatic pilot. They get a pass since they just opened. Food; what I ate was good. Some changes to their menu so not the food I had been craving since ehat I wantwd was no longer on the menu. We'll try it again and we shall see.

Waitress bugged ... the occasional check, but Becca was like every 5 minutes!

My husband's fajita was still pink in the middle my chicken and my salad was cold some of the lettuce was wilted it was hair in my plate this was the sin Bernardino Applebee's on Highland do not recommend

Went for Happy Hour. Brisket Quesadilla & Chicken Wonton Tacos were really tasty. Server Annie was very accommodating and made sure we got our drinks & food in a timely manner even though it got really busy.

Love the service and the prices plus the food is delicious

Love this place, love the Perfect Margaritas and the casual atmosphere. The manager could maybe be a little less when it comes to sharing while socializing over the phone....but my bartender was professional.

Great service! I've always loved Applebees and this location is no different! Bar makes good drinks and the food was yummy.

The only thing I would mention is the fries. They tasted like they were sitting under a heatlamp too long.

Food was good but service was terrible had to get up and take my cup to be refilled at the bar, in witch the Manger was rude and said she'd get to it and then never brought it back. They weren't evan busy just to busy talking to some of the co workers and customers about the game instead of working.

Usually I go to the Applebee's in Sierra Lakes and Redlands but my last visit was at the one in Rancho Cucamonga our server was loud and unattentive and sloppy looking in appearance.The menu wasn't the same as the other locations I've visited. So I refused to order anything the managerna man in a turban approached me and insisted that I ordered something or he could loose his job. The nerve of them both

Worst Applebees ever .. it's like a bunch of children running it, I have been here almost 30 min and no one has even taken our order to eat only drinks!! Don't waste your time here!!

Food is always great but every applebees they turn up the air conditioning that I want to walk out. I have to bring a jacket like its snowing. Ugh.
