I'm a Senior who does not know much about computers and my old tower stopped working. I found this shop online and read some reviews then took my computer to them. They could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and had me spend a ton of money and for someone on fixed income that would of been a problem. Instead they took the time find the problem and got it working saving me hundreds. I can't recommend them enough.

I came in to get my laptop fixed and not only did they fix my problem but found other things wrong with it and they educated me on how to keep my computer clean and prevent things like this from happening again.

I had a problem with my Dell Laptop and took it to the department store I bought it from and they wanted $125.00 to fix it and would not tell me what was wrong with it. I was at a bike store and saw Apogee Computer Technologies next door and thought I would see what they had to say about it. The tech told me it would $75.00 service fee to fix so I approved that and told them to fix it. He said he would call me when it was done but before I could get out the door he said it was fixed and told me that it was free because all he had to do was make an adjustment to the operating system. I am still laughing cause he told me to come back when I have a real problem! Not only will I come back but I will send anyone needing computer repair to them. Jeremiah & Nicole are not only the most knowledgeable techs I have ever seen but they are honest because they could have just charged me the $75.00 and I would have never known the difference! Thank You Apogee!

My laptop had a broken screen and my desktop Windows was locking up... they fixed both of them in 2 daysand gave me a great price.

Spoke with Dave at this location. Had an issue with my HP Notebook computer, had a factory issue with a premature hard drive failure and HP's own software wont work to do a basic restoration because of something done from the factory. So after having this issue and finding out it's a known issue with this particular model, I gave up and took it to Dave. He charged me a far more than reasonable price, was very cordial, and took way more time and effort than he needed to get my notebook repaired after having seen that many people have written these off, usually the only way to repair these specific ones even for a basic OS Restore is by being forced to return them to HP and pay a ridiculous 'OS Reload' $300 fee when the issue preventing the installation was done on HP's end during manufacturing.

I'll be coming back to this place for any issues I can't fix myself on my desktop/notebook computers as long as it's there.

I went to my friend who set this computer up and he said it needed a technician to fix it. I found Jeremiah at Apogee on Google and glad I did! There were more problems that I thought. He fixed all he could and then helped me to order a power jack so that the battery now charges. The service was excellent and the price fair. Not going to my friend anymore.

I was building my own gaming computer at the advice of many others and had nothing but problems. I called around to local computer shops and liked what I heard from Jeremiah so I went down to see him and glad I did! He and his staff were very helpful and spent a lot of time with me finding the problems and educating me and in the end did not charge me a dime for the diagnostics and advice they gave me.

These guys were really helpful! I called in on a holiday when they were closed, but they opened the shop and serviced me anyways. They let me know everything about the environment of my computer and fixed me up for a good price

My monitor button was amber with a black screen. They let me know it's because the screen was bent & so the cord wasn't screwed in tight.

My computer crashed and I thought it was the end of the world. I called several places and got no where trying to get it fixed. Then I found Apogee and they came to my rescue. They fixed my MacBook keyboard for a bunch less than the Apple Store and I didn't have to go stand with the masses awaiting for one of their "geniuses" to quote me some unreasonable price. They help you buy the part you need directly online so then you just pay the labor. Again highly recommend.

My tech is still somewhere back in the 80's. I have no idea how the machines work. But it just wouldn't work. Matthew really helped me out. He saved me. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

I came to mount my new hard drive on to my laptop, since I wasn't able to open it myself. We managed to mount the drive with a drive mount we fabricated ourselves and it worked! I couldn't be happier and my fresh drive is running just fine.

With something as sensitve as laptops and computers, I'm incredibly grateful that Apogee Computers took care of my needs. From helping me get good deal on a new laptop, to taking care of a busted old one, I'm really grateful for their help. Plus they have student discounts!

A family member installed Linux on my laptop and I had a horrible experience with it.. I called several techs no one was willing to help. Thankfully I came across Apogee Computer Techs!! They fixed it quickly and got me back on Windows! They also explained how to run performance cleaner once a month.. very kind and great price! Will definitely be bringing our other laptop in and we will be referring them to others!

I left my husband's laptop to have the keyboard replaced. He needed it for a trip in a few days. The staff was WONDERFUL! They ordered the keyboard and installed it quickly. Very efficient!
However, the owner said the original $65 quote was the discount if I post a review on Yelp and Google. Otherwise, the cost would be $100. That made me extremely uncomfortable.

I took my Lenovo laptop in today and met Jeremiah. He cleaned up my desktop and it really increased my speed. I thought that I had another issue as well but it was a simple conflict which he rectified.

Apogee Hooked us up, ended up having a very minor issue in my wife s Laptop, since it was a quick fix the guys didn t even bother to charge us, excellent customer service and very reasonable computer shop, anywhere else would have charged us a minimum fee to even take a look at it. Excellent service and extremely fast turn around time!

My laptop would not turn on. I took it the place I bought it from and they wanted a service fee before they can tell whats broken. Kept searching Google until I spoke to a guy at Apogee and they do free diagnostics. When I got there I was embarrassed to find that the reason it would not turn on is because the cord was not fully connected in the middle. The technician named Jeremiah was very helpful and did not charge me anything and told me to come back when I have a real problem lol. Good to see honesty these days.

We received great service here. Jeremiah gave us some great information and education on the setup of the PC we brought in. This enabled us to make an informed decision on what to do with our PC. He completely rebuilt the gaming PC we brought in and now the PC works better than when we first bought it. I would definitely recommend Apogee to anyone who needs repair or who is looking to buy a computer.

Had data transfer from one computer to another in the past. They did a great job. Now I'm having my laptop repaired.

I walked in yesterday with an assumed dead computer, and voula, it was a bad power cord. No charge for anything other than a power cord. Great service and friendly people. Thank you very much for everything!!!!
