Very genuine business ! Brought my laptop in for free diagnostics and was given good advice to follow up with! Good people .

I recommet this company they takecare put my business on the top google website, good customer service, when have promblem with computer & website. It hard to fine good company like this.

If you like honest business, this is the place to go. They were exptremelt helpful with helping me get my MacBook Air fixed at a great price. I dropped it off and just theee hours later, it was ready for pick up.
They were so nice. I highly recommend them!

Don t use this guy... he wrote his own review using my cell as he does for everyone... he made me waste $700 on a motherboard that was not needed... he talks too much and does very little... avoid this guy... the reason he has 5 stars again is because he writes his own reviews...

My laptop Windows was locking up. A friend off mine referred me Apogee Computer Technologies. I am so glad he did! Excellent service. Jer and his techs are experts but they explain everything in simple terms that I can understand. I needed to get my computer back up and running quickly and they did it! In less than 2 days they had me back up in running after getting all my documents and reinstalling Windows and all my applications. I highly recommend this company.

Came in with my gaming laptop having a bad hard drive. Jer was able to recover all my data off of the bad hard drive and after replacing it with a new one restored all my files and souped up my laptop and it works better than when I bought it! Definitely coming back again for any fixes.

So my computer broke right around finals week which was totally scary. I took it to apogee computers to get it fixed and they did a wonderful job. He worked through the holidays for me and even gave me a 50$ discount because I m a student. I definetly reccomend this repair shop.

Jer and Justin worked diligently to resolve my issue. I came in with my M-audio keyboard and was able identify my lose type b female port. They typically don't work on musical electronics however they were able reattach the port in matter of minutes great job.

Apogee has the best technicianss in the area bar none.

He assessed, fixed up and cleaned out my PC. It's working as well as when it was new.

Came in to get data extracted from my laptop, I brought it in the middle of last month, they said it would be two weeks but when I called after the two weeks they then told me another two weeks. So I waited the other two weeks and still no word. I called back after an additional week (I wanted to give them a chance to call me) I guess they were having issues trying to extract the data from the laptop. Which I totally understood. My issue with that, is that not one person called me to inform me of anything that was going on. Mind you I m a student and I need to get this data extracted in order to fix my laptop so I could use it for school.

Now I called once again about two weeks after the last call, and they told me it was ready. So why wasn t I informed once it was?? Okay cool. I went to pick it up about a week ago. When I went in the owner struggled for about 20 mins looking for my laptop. And when he gave it back to me, he literally wrote on my laptop with PERMANENT MARKER?! Like I never gave them permission to do that, they could ve easily wrote my name on tape and stuck that to the laptop.

Now he said they finished the job but asked if I had a usb/hard drive to stick the info on it. Okay? No one said that I had to bring my own, so after about an hour of the owner talking my ear off about god knows what. He also, had my waiting while he was on the phone with his telephone provider, trying to fix an issue?!? My time is very important to me, and he literally was wasting me time.
He then said I could buy a hard drive from him which was 2 TBs and from what he told me I only needed 1 TB at most. He tried to sell me a hard drive for $129 but that only costs $79 at Walmart/Best Buy. Luckily I knew better and decided to go pick one up myself and I only paid $50 for a 1 TB of the same brand he wanted to sell me.
Now I go back and I waste another 30 mins of him showing me some things on the computer, and then he started to download. Now it s saying it s gonna be another 3 hours before it s ready. This was on a Saturday and 2 hours before they closed. And they re closed on Sundays as well, so I had to wait till Monday before getting the drive. Finally!!! After more than a month long process, I got what I came for!!!

Honestly, the only reason why they got stars is because they did know what they were doing, I ll give them that. But they re aren t mindful of other people s time, or have any customer service experience. I didn t appreciate that I had to keep checking in on my laptop because no one was giving me updates. They seem like nice guys but I honestly won t be coming back here again.

Oh ALSO, the owner basically demanded on two separate occasions that I had to write this review at the location. While I was still there? Like no, I ll do it when I have time. Not on your time, you already wasted enough of mine.

I received outstanding service that was above and beyond the standard. I went in for a power supply switch which was suppose to be a quick and easy job but my wiring was very tangled and the man here working on my computer took an extra 2 hours that he didn't need to take just to make sure everything was clean and put back into place working properly. They did this work promising no extra charge and I decided to pay them more any way for their outstanding service. I wouldn't recommend any other computer repair place as they have the skills, knowledge, and amazing service. Couldn't thank them enough.

Called in about a GPU cooling issue and was told to speak with the owner who went over all of the options along with the disadvantages for some of the more expensive solutions. This place is awesome and the staff is honest and upfront.

A couple years ago, I dropped my laptop and now the damage caught up today. After looking for qualified computer technicians around the area, I was lucky enough to find Apogee Computer Technogies. The technician offers water after coming in, and after determining the problem, I was offered a student discount in exchange of repairing the damaged hinge with expertise and quickness. I ll make sure to come back if I find another problem!

Came in with a battery problem. Jer helped me solve the problem with no charge. How can that be? Well it was easy and took only a few moments. But I would have been glad to pay him. Thanks so much! All future business will be with him.

Jer and his tech identified the problem right away, fixed it for a fair price, and saved me the expense and hassle of getting a new computer for at least a couple more years. Apogee techs really know what they are doing. My computer was a mess and they carefully checked it out and explained everything so I could understand it.

You can tell from looking at Jeremiah's shop that he really enjoys his work. Computer parts and test equipment are everywhere, along with a series of cool looking modified cases that would do well as an art display. If you bring in a broken computer or laptop, Jer will sit down with you and discuss the possible causes of the malfunction. He will then help you find the cheapest sources of any replacement parts that you might need. Once the parts arrive at his shop, repairs are completed in a timely manner. Jer will also build you a high quality custom PC, if you are in the market for one.
