My laptop would not turn on. I took it the place I bought it from and they wanted a service fee before they can tell whats broken. Kept searching Google until I spoke to a guy at Apogee and they do free diagnostics. When I got there I was embarrassed to find that the reason it would not turn on is because the cord was not fully connected in the middle. The technician named Jeremiah was very helpful and did not charge me anything and told me to come back when I have a real problem lol. Good to see honesty these days.
