My daughter's HP computer crashed and burned and Apogee completely rebuilt my computer to a cloned environment. The computer now works better than the original. All done with high technical expertise for a fair reasonable rate. I highly recommend Apogee as they have an attentive, courteous and conscientious staff who get things done in a timely manner..

My laptop was locking up and Apogee was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I am going to recommend this company to other people who have computer problems cause it was a good fair price and very effective outcome.

After being on hold forever with tech support and then over an hour of trouble shooting they still could not figure out why my computer was locking up. I called Apogee and they were able to figure out the problem over the phone as being a heat issue because of the noise it was making. I took my computer to them and they put my computer on a work bench and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Had a bad fan on the video card causing it to lock up. If you need computer repair these guys have been in business for over 20 years and it shows.

Brought my MacBook Air here after it froze up at the home screen. They were friendly and honest. Able to recover my data and put it on an external drive which I brought in and get my Mac up and running. Honest guys who know their stuff!

My gaming rig liquid cooling system malfunctioned and I thought I was in for a huge rebuild. But after taking it to apogee, Jeremiah was able to diagnose the parts that needed repair and the ones that didn't. Now my rigs better than it's ever been. Good service, good communication, and good quality work. *EDIT* After years of this review being up I finally found it and can truly review. Jeremiah is an alright enough guy, but he will 100% pressure you into making a review on the spot when you go to pick up your computer. I tried to get out of it but he was very pushy. The long term quality of parts is not the best. After less than 2 years of use and spending nearly $800 for him to fix my gaming PC I had to completely rebuild again. Im still giving him 3 stars because he does decent enough work and its very hard to find a computer repair man who will truly give you exactly what you want without charging you an arm and a leg.

Worst business experience I have had in recent memory. Took my daughter's laptop in to get a new battery and replace a cracked screen. Simple right, well......
They had me order the parts (they chose/ordered but I paid) and parts were delivered to them. They ordered the wrong parts, never notified me the parts had come in, never checked the parts to the original to confirm delivery of the correct parts, now after they have sat on the parts for weeks, I have to return them and reorder the correct parts. I am still stunned by their complete incompetence and utter disregard for the mess created.
P.S. I have, since posting this revue, been contacted by the owner in attempt to rectify the situation and change my negative review. In light of my previous experience I chose to decline their offer and have edited this review accordingly.

Nice guys, but my computer has never worked well since coming to these guys. They replaced a hard drive and then reverted my computer back to an old operating system. Terrible. They didn't replace the drivers correctly, so I had to go back. (they, of course, tried to place blame on "something I'd done" to cause the problem before they figured it out and got the machine going again.) Two months later, the hard drive they replaced is now failing periodically. "No boot device found." Seriously???!!! Not sure yet if I'll go back or seek help elsewhere...

Our point of sale computer was down. We called they came out with an hour and got us back up and running quickly. Every other company we called said it would be a day or two before they could come to our location and fix the problem and that would have killed our business. My HP Desktop would not fire up and I took it to this store which my neighbor referred me to and they did an excellent job fixing it without having to replace any hardware or reinstall Windows. The head tech Jer is incredible, he went through it and cleaned and tuned it up and it runs better than before it had a problem. At the same he was training interns from a local college and apparently practices what he teaches to his techs, do it right even it takes extra time. It put a lot of faith in me when he said that. Once the job was done he spent time with me explaining how to prevent such things from happening again and how to keep it running good. The service fee was very reasonable. I really like this company so I am giving them 5 stars.
