Spoke with Dave at this location. Had an issue with my HP Notebook computer, had a factory issue with a premature hard drive failure and HP's own software wont work to do a basic restoration because of something done from the factory. So after having this issue and finding out it's a known issue with this particular model, I gave up and took it to Dave. He charged me a far more than reasonable price, was very cordial, and took way more time and effort than he needed to get my notebook repaired after having seen that many people have written these off, usually the only way to repair these specific ones even for a basic OS Restore is by being forced to return them to HP and pay a ridiculous 'OS Reload' $300 fee when the issue preventing the installation was done on HP's end during manufacturing.

I'll be coming back to this place for any issues I can't fix myself on my desktop/notebook computers as long as it's there.
