I had a problem with my Dell Laptop and took it to the department store I bought it from and they wanted $125.00 to fix it and would not tell me what was wrong with it. I was at a bike store and saw Apogee Computer Technologies next door and thought I would see what they had to say about it. The tech told me it would $75.00 service fee to fix so I approved that and told them to fix it. He said he would call me when it was done but before I could get out the door he said it was fixed and told me that it was free because all he had to do was make an adjustment to the operating system. I am still laughing cause he told me to come back when I have a real problem! Not only will I come back but I will send anyone needing computer repair to them. Jeremiah & Nicole are not only the most knowledgeable techs I have ever seen but they are honest because they could have just charged me the $75.00 and I would have never known the difference!
