My HP Desktop would not fire up and I took it to this store which my neighbor referred me to and they did an excellent job fixing it without having to replace any hardware or reinstall Windows. The head tech Jer is incredible, he went through it and cleaned and tuned it up and it runs better than before it had a problem. At the same he was training interns from a local college and apparently practices what he teaches to his techs, do it right even it takes extra time. It put a lot of faith in me when he said that. Once the job was done he spent time with me explaining how to prevent such things from happening again and how to keep it running good. The service fee was very reasonable. I really like this company so I am giving them 5 stars.
