Jeremiah was so great! He helped me out in finding the right battery for my computer and figured out what the problem was! I'm so glad it was just a battery problem as well. If it was more than just the battery, I felt that I'd be in good hands anyway and he'd be able to help me find the most affordable way to fix my computer. I have a MacBook Air! Don't bring it to apple! They charge you $$$$ for something that can be fixed for $
