Worst business experience I have had in recent memory. Took my daughter's laptop in to get a new battery and replace a cracked screen. Simple right, well......
They had me order the parts (they chose/ordered but I paid) and parts were delivered to them. They ordered the wrong parts, never notified me the parts had come in, never checked the parts to the original to confirm delivery of the correct parts, now after they have sat on the parts for weeks, I have to return them and reorder the correct parts. I am still stunned by their complete incompetence and utter disregard for the mess created.
P.S. I have, since posting this revue, been contacted by the owner in attempt to rectify the situation and change my negative review. In light of my previous experience I chose to decline their offer and have edited this review accordingly.
