Aparthotel "Costa Encantada" Review

I loved everything in the hotel, Desi from reception super nice and eager to help, we stayed a week and it is ideal to go with family, all staff of 10. But I want to name especially David, the lifeguard with a red cap, attentive , kind and an ideal treatment to children, I never saw a lifeguard as good as him, my children adored him. Thanks to David for everything, I hope you get my message, I really wish everyone was like you, we hope to see you next year, the excellent and varied food, the super friendly and close waiters, and I also want to name Omar from the team of Animation, we loved his feeling with David when it came to encouraging the children and the pool, even if the weather was not favorable, we stayed in the pool all the time. We will return without hesitation, I recommend it 100% thank you for making our vacation perfect.

Very nice hotel, great buffet, great offer for children. Car you would need but the beaches are a bit further away.

Soon I will stay at the hotel. Yesterday, March 3 in the afternoon at about 6pm. Call to ask how the parking issue was in the hotel area. The person who answered my phone was totally unpleasant. My question was simple, I just wanted to know if the hotel had parking and if it was difficult to park outside during the high season, I understand that from previous years, an orientation could give me. Well, no, he told me that it depends and that he doesn't know if the town is going to be full, the answer is what matters least to me, what bothered me greatly was his lack of interest and his lack of desire to help. I told him that I was hoping that when I stayed at the hotel the attention was better than the one he was giving me on the phone, to which he replied, that he had nothing more to talk to me, I asked for his name and he hung up the phone.
Anyway, a shame, that they have this kind of "professionals" as face and visible image of the hotel.

The staff was friendly, easy to speak to, good at english. The services and facilities were very good. Happy we've been there!

Great customer service. The rooms could do with a bit of an update e.g. curtains are a little dated. Overall the rooms are well equipped and the kitchen is a decent size. The beds are all single but they are comfortable. The buffet has plenty of variety at lunch and dinner.

All very well but there were a lot of people. Children's animation has not been much, I imagine that due to COVID-19 everything has been reduced a bit.

No star for 4 stars hotel, not deserved single star. Rude recepcionists, yelling " its spain here" when tried to make complaint. Leaking water trough sealing, broken aircondition.... bad place to stay

I do not recommend this hotel in times of covid, the safety distance in the pools is not respected activities such as aquagym, shows, etc. Excessive agromeration in the pool, free buffet and without security ... All using the same utensil to serve you ... A lot of disinfectant gel that the majority did not use, we were also demanding the distance between hammocks ... And we left early. Good food and very friendly and helpful staff. Too many foreigners who do not meet covid standards and there is not enough supervision.

Perfect to go with children a very familiar hotel and everything very clean we will go again!

I was for a dance congress and it's fine, the rooms have comfortable beds and a kitchen.

There is buffet service morning, noon and night.

Food is OK but it's the same stuff over and over again no variety and lacks options for the children. Cleaners are not very good. Some of the staff are OK but some are very grumpy especially with the children.

We have been my daughter and I three days in this hotel and it is a charm. We were looking for relax and rest and normally in the hotels of Lloret there is not, this one is different.
The apartment that we had was amazing, it was clean, cozy, big and everything new. Like ours there were only four identical rooms, it seemed that we were vip, we are very happy the truth.
The only thing to put some trouble and that can be improved is that so quiet that we had at dinner time there were too many people and a lot of noise.
At the time of the great food, there was almost nobody, you could eat quietly.
When we can we will go again, I recommend it.

Rooms clean and in good order. Restaurant very nice but too hectic and food not overly great. Other facilities at the hotel very good. Location close to a busy road but only a short walk to the resort centre.

We have spent two great days in the apartment. The excellent treatment, the excellent food, the excellent cleaning, the excellent rooms. Everything excellent We will repeat !!!

Although the rooms are quite traditional the hotel on the whole is very modern. The pool area is fantastic and there's an indoor pool for lane swimming.
The food at every meal was great and the table service for bar drinks is a nice touch. There was food available all day at the pool bar which was handy as breakfast ended a bit too early for us (10am) and dinner starter a little late (7.30pm).
Evening entertainment was OK, but the kids seemed to really enjoy it.
We were really impressed during our stay at the hotel and we would recommend it to any families.

A week at the top in this very complete hotel! Swimming pool, games room, entertainment .. Etc and then the large well-stocked dining room where we enjoyed ourselves !!!

A great Aparthotel. Very friendly staff and lifeguards too. The fabulous pools and the very varied buffet restaurant. The only downside was the activities and monitors of the mini club for children. Free parking. Highly recommended

I have to say that I loved it as its name suggests and highlight that the theme of the outdoor pool is unbeatable, perfect animation and especially a young man with Andalusian hair, you are exceptional, your concern for children, for the welfare of the children guests and even for their things (I speak in 1 person) really a 10. Good value for money. Ideal spot for my family. We stayed there each time we visited Barcelona and loved it.

Large rooms, great location close to the beautiful beach (10 minutes walk). Great, covered, free parking for guests. Good food - everyone will find something for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Interesting evening animations.

Very good facilities, swimming pools with several lifeguards. Great for children. Great apartment, big, clean and comfortable beds. No noise at night.
And the spectacular restaurant, good and varied food.

I don't give it 5 stars because in the pool there were Arab women who got into the pool with all their clothes on, even though there is a very large panel where they say the rules and in the hotel there was no manager to remind them of the rules and that. is very ugly.

Everything corresponds to the description on sites and reviews. The food is tasty, but the choice is not big, not Turkey)) everywhere is clean, helpful staff, cleaning and linen change every day. The pools are clean and in order. There are certainly disadvantages, but not big ones) the furniture already needs to be changed in the rooms, and the interior as a whole is sad in this regard) Palm trees in the area need help, yellow and neglected, they only spoil the view. When compared with the Turkish hotels, then of course not, it s not close) To the sea in a calm step of 15 minutes. This option suited us, the walk didn t bother, along the alley straight down to the sea past the shops with all the necessary and unnecessary nonsense))) The sea is fabulous, the transparency of the water allows you to see the fish at a depth, but when you put on a mask .... it's something )! The beach is excellent, I was surprised by the sand, like rice in size) In general, it's normal.

There are people who go into the pool with clothes dressed from top to bottom and that seems quite unhygienic, I think it should not be allowed, regarding the covid measures, the restaurant's theme is a fairly strong lack of control, there is no distance between The tables and the parents do not pay attention to the fact that the children can NOT take food alone, Paco is trying to put order, but for a single person it is very difficult to control the entire capacity, as a recommendation they should take turns by room numbers or in some similar way.

Brilliant hotel ! Just got back from 10days full board . Lovely food . Indoor pool was very good as the weather was cold and outdoor swimming pool were too.

Old and dirty apartments. We chose it for the pool and it leaves a lot to be desired. Full of children screaming and bothering. Buffet for guiris. It costs so much to prepare a medoterraneo breakfast?

My husband and I stayed for a week in all-inclusive. Rooms are outdated and not well-maintained. Furniture is old, couch in the living room smelled like smoke. Kitchen appliances are very old. Cleanness could be improved, there was a lot of dust on the lamps in the bedroom. Reception service was very understanding and helpful, buffet was also good, a lot of options to choose from, but the labels on food could be improved to be suitable for different dietary restrictions (lactose-free, gluten-free). Lloret de Mar is well-known place for "spring break parties". Unfortunately we did not research well and didn't know that it is a place where young people are coming to drink and party wild and hard. Therefore it is loud, with many disco and bars.

The magnificent location. The hotel is very big, the slides, swimming pool. Very friendly staff. Very good food. Too bad there are not many people because of the Covid. We will return for sure to see the total operation.

Pool is very big and cleaned regularly, and there is a great choice of food at the buffet. There is a little garden where you can walk up to the tennis court , which is very pretty. There is also a basketball and football court, and there are multiple activities going on in the pool such as water polo. The entertainment at night is very good. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the cleaner even tucked our teddy's into the covers, which was very good! The rooms are very spacious and the balcony has amazing views! The beds are also very comfortable! The only thing I would keep in mind is that the centre of lloret de mar is around 1km away from the hotel (which I am not complaining about!) and sometimes the lifts will take you to the wrong floor . Overall I had a great stay here, and I would recommend this hotel to families who want a nice peaceful hotel that is also really close to the beach and other amenities!!

Great service, friendly, good food, brilliant for children. We went October 2017 with three children between 4 -7 years old on full board basis. We would recommend and return.

I was lucky enough to stay at this beautiful property. After two years I often think back to the happy moments of this holiday and I lived many of these right here. What to say? Thanks again .. we'll be back !!

The staff were rude and unhelpful. There was a clear difference to how they treated white guests compared to black. The hotel is also located on a steep hill which if you're arriving by transfer, they don't driv you up there. Food was not good. Lacked options and staff were unwillining to cook to your liking I. E a pork chip well done. Rooms are dated and freezing as a draft kept coming in. Overall felt very unwelcome and wouldn't stay again

The staff were great and the place is very clean. Good food but after a week it becomes a bit samey. Really good pool. 10 minutes walk from the beach.

Population too old. The buffet is not very appetizing. The rooms are ordinary and the decor from the 70s.
To avoid

The hotel is very good, the free buffet is quite varied, attention would give it 5 stars, but I will not give them for some reasons.
1. Pool showers missing. Everyone gets inside without showering.
2. Arab women go into the pool with their clothes on, and nobody says anything to them. It's gross. No hygiene.
3. The entertainment at night is very poor.
4. Cleaning every day is not good at all. Sometimes they just make the bed and change your towels without cleaning the bathrooms and the floor.

Great place for a real relaxation. Large, spacious apartments, just the interior itself (even from several large rooms with kitchen, large balcony, or even a terrace with mountain or sea views), varied, delicious food (big shrimp, crayfish, salmon, mussels, chicken, pork, vegetables, sweets, fruits ....), near the sea 5 min. We'll definitely be back again. By the way, kids also have a lot of fun here, and a lot of kids here.
