Soon I will stay at the hotel. Yesterday, March 3 in the afternoon at about 6pm. Call to ask how the parking issue was in the hotel area. The person who answered my phone was totally unpleasant. My question was simple, I just wanted to know if the hotel had parking and if it was difficult to park outside during the high season, I understand that from previous years, an orientation could give me. Well, no, he told me that it depends and that he doesn't know if the town is going to be full, the answer is what matters least to me, what bothered me greatly was his lack of interest and his lack of desire to help. I told him that I was hoping that when I stayed at the hotel the attention was better than the one he was giving me on the phone, to which he replied, that he had nothing more to talk to me, I asked for his name and he hung up the phone.
Anyway, a shame, that they have this kind of "professionals" as face and visible image of the hotel.
