I recommend Costa Encantada we had a great time it's clean there is animation shops to buy souvenirs the pools are great sports coaches in the pool that accompanies you

Had a very nice big room . Kitchenette was well equipped. Dishes were dirty (also the plates in the restaurant). Bathroom was nice- everything available. Air conditioning -SUPER . Balcony was enough with drying rack-also great. Pool was very large and always free chairs. Central location, but not right in the party area, which was very pleasant. 3 beaches also easy to reach on foot. Food was excellent. Something for everyone, also suitable for vegetarians. Delicious fish every day and very large selection-even at breakfast. Parking in the parking garage was a bit short. Friendly reception. Entertainment program for adults in the evening was missing partially. There was always something going on for children. Otherwise a great hotel. We would go there again

Good hotel, good food, clean apartments. The only drawback are the cards to enter the room which are constantly demagnetized (keep them away from the cell). And then breakfast is a bit late for those who want to hike ... We skipped 2 if we wanted to see something

Quiet hotel especially at this time of year (March), clean rooms, with good beds and a very varied and rich buffet. We will be back.

Good for the price. 50 euros full board one night for 3 people in 1 bedroom apartment. Apartments to be renovated, it was equipped but we did not use the kitchen. A lot of stale tobacco smell when entering the apartment. You get used to it but it shows a lot when you open the door, even if you leave the windows open. There are new apartments but we didn't see them. Great pool but crowded with people from the first hour. Better in low season. Buffet food pretty good but expensive drinks. There is outdoor parking and one covered with two floors. I think it is ideal to go with children but not as a couple or with friends. Better look for a hotel for adults only.

Although the facilities in general are not bad, the cleanliness of the rooms is very poor. On the other hand, I do not know that anti-covid measures are observed in the dining room.

Second time visiting and it seems not much entertainment is offered. No pool games anymore nor adult entertainment.

We have loved two families that we went, it is the second time we are going in two months excellent buffet, all the spectacular pools for families, the very helpful employees and the super friendly lifeguards except one who was very rude with a red cap and answering terrible For the kids, horrible experience with him, we weren't the only families who thought that about him, we lacked a hair to make a claim, otherwise the hotel was great.

It is a very suitable place to go with small children. They have 4 well-controlled swimming pools with access all of them for children. The small pool we were practically alone. Then they have another one with slides and pirate ships and water features.
On the other hand we were pleasantly surprised by the room, very clean and with plenty of space.
Finally the very good and varied buffet. .

Fantastic hotel, the unbeatable treatment and entertainment of 10

Very large and new apartment complex. It has some very beautiful pools and both the rooms and the different places are very spacious. The only downside is that it is somewhat removed from the beach but in a 10-15 minute walk you get to Fenals beach.

Pleasant stay, superb swimming pool for children and adults, welcoming staff I will come back for sure!

For many years we go there at Easter. Nice spacious and clean rooms. Despite being a buffet restaurant it is still manageable, never crowded, great food.

Going back this year, only thing I think they could improve on is by adding some slides for the kids in the pools. Great location though, best of all worlds

Nice rooms, very comfortable. There's an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, so you can swim no matter what the weather is. Kids club, disco, library, theatre, sauna, sports and more, everyone can find something. The food is very tasty and varied.

Sensation of spaciousness, security, relatively silent, clean 10 minutes from the beach. We have loved the great aquagym pool, activities all week and especially the food.

A charming hotel, to go with great family. Children can enjoy a pool and games for them. The elderly will enjoy a place as their own name indicates with charm.
