Aparthotel "Costa Encantada" Review

Very good rooms, excellent food and spectacular swimming pool.

We had a great family holiday for the holidays of All Saints ... Like last year! The staff is topissime the accommodations are very good food is good and relatively varied animations for children are very nice! We recommend with eyes closed! We can not wait to return next year

The apartment very well, with the necessary and the best the terrace that was very large, we were very comfortable. The furniture is not very new, but it has everything you need, the bathroom very good. The right kitchenware, if you go there to spend a few days.
Regarding the rest, the pool and lounger areas are very good, as is the restaurant. We had half board, for my taste the breakfast was much better than the lunch. Highlight that there was a terrible paella ... and the regular desserts. The perfect breakfast, I loved it.
Lots of gel dispensers throughout the hotel , what I didn't like is that there were people without masks in some areas of the hotel. Nobody from the hotel told them anything. And in the restaurant sometimes many people, with zero distance in the buffet or between tables, could take a couple of turns to distribute and avoid crowds.

We were on vacation in August. The rooms would be a little old-fashioned, but overall they are comfortable and spacious, for a week's holiday without too many pretensions are fine.
Choose the all-inclusive only if you want to stay in the hotel all day, otherwise it is worth half or full board.
The food we found good quality and varied (around there much worse), the staff very helpful room staff especially with our daughter celiac where every day they prepared gluten what he wanted ... a special thank you to Paco, Florina and Vanessa who made our holiday very pleasant.

Very spacious apartment, very comfortable bed, excellent cleanliness, all the common spaces very spacious, the food very good and varied, the staff very attentive, in short it has been a first stay, we will return

In my opinion the best hotel in Lloret for families with children. The hotel is an oasis in the tourist center, with a huge swimming pool and luxurious gardens. Interesting entertainment program for both children and adults. Reasonable prices for rooms.

We are on day 5 of a7 night stay here and we are having a great stay,rooms are clean and comfy,we asked for a pool view on a upper floor and that's exactly what we got,breakfast here is great,plenty of choice,dinner however is a let down,fish,fish & more fish!nothing really for kids, we were half board and couldn't believe there was nothing to drink at dinner unless we paid for it?never came across this in all the years we have been half board,staff are mostly rude and unfriendly with a few exceptions (Gail on reception) pool area is great,clean with plenty of sunbeds,not much in the way of entrainment so we found ourselves going outmost nights, but all in all had a good time, and have had good value for money(still can't believe they charge for soft drink/water at dinner!!!

We have been 1 week and the truth is that the hotel is acceptable, the food is delicious, the facilities are good for their age, if you want to go with children it is ideal because of the pool with slides, they will have a great time.
The bad: the mattresses are blown, totally sunk, we had to turn it over and sleep on the HR of the visco mattress. That is why I have put 4 stars. Regular but good cleaning is already common in hotels in areas such as Lloret.
We would repeat but calling to see if they solve the mattress issue.

Nice hotel, nice rooms with Aircon and balconies. All inclusive available and buffet style dinning with snack bar when main restaurant is closed. Great for families with 2 swimming pools.

Spacious apartments and very dignified food. Something overcrowded breakfast and dinner but the immensity of the dining room absorbs well.

Recently stayed here for a stag Do- it's more of a family hotel than a stag do one, but the apartments were a generous size with good views from the balcony. It's located close enough to the strip that you can walk but far enough away that you get your recommended 10,000 steps in.

Resort with apartments: studios or standard, with the possibility of breakfast, half board or all inclusive (discounts on drinks from the menu 50%). The studio apartment has a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave. It has 2 beds, a table and two chairs, both inside and on the terrace, a bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. A / A. Large terrace overlooking the hotel pool and the children's activities area.
There is also a gym, games room, disco ... and a heated pool (closed when we went in August).
The buffet is varied: cold meals (salads, hot (pasta, fried, rice, fish / meat in sauce), and iron (fish / meat), desserts (fruit and cakes).
Breakfast also has a variety between sweet and savory, with many ingredients from the English breakfast.
The quality is not exquisite, but quite acceptable. The schedule is not too early in the morning (8-10), but lunch and dinner are too early (13-15h and from 20-22h).
Very familiar atmosphere, with mainly English and French clients.
The staff quite friendly and attentive. Curiously at the reception, there is a person who speaks English, another French, and another Spanish. What can facilitate or delay any management such as check in or general hotel information.

It's okay. The services and the people are a little badly located. The rooms great and the pool too. The buffet could be improved salads to add more seasonings

Unbeatable treatment, ideal place to disconnect and to go with children

Nice hotel and large rooms. Very clean. In the season a little too few parking spaces. The pool is open only up to 19 hours.

The best is the pool area, the food is plentiful and very good, the apartments are not bad, although they are a bit old.

Nice rooms, in need of some renovation, but everything is clean and tidy. The buffet is ok, best morning and lunch. A little bit tasteless in the evening. Nice personnel in all places, reception, cleaning, restaurant and bar. I am not sure it is a 4 star hotel in my book, but more like a 3 plus.

Very..!! very good food and has the 80's vibes. A good place to go back in time, eat fantastic "home made" Spanish cusine incl. Veal, lamb, variety of fish, squid, even burgers. Make sure to book the full board, or you'll be sorry. Fresh, grilled, cooked, whatnot. Plenty to choose from for vegetarians, fruit and sweets lovers. Perfect for families and couples, incl. a large pool. Friendly staff! Even the WiFi is somewhat acceptable for simpler needs, however not for streaming services. Parking both around the hotel area and two levels underground.

Very nice place, the beach of Santa Cristina (very close) spectacular, beautiful sea. Hotel with an international cuisine from 4 stars. A week of relaxation in the family. Beautiful swimming pool.

We spent a few days at this property and enjoyed the spacious apartments very much.
It is very clean, the staff are smiling and available.
The buffet varied however it was disappointing the last 2 days because the hotel had emptied
In conclusion we will come back to it.

Very nice place nice outdoor pool area outside very well maintained. Indoor pool a little small but for me it is help in case of bad weather. we are full board, it is very well apart from the water that must be paid for all meals and it does not seem very very commercial but after explanation with the room manager, he thinks make drinks included during meals . Otherwise the rooms are spacious and the staff very friendly.

superb hotel cleanliness restaurant good but just the security to see my brother-in-law is stealing his bag on the last day at the pool of Romanian people are mixing with the resident of the hotel to steal the bag on the deckchair here are the security agents are useless

Quite boring food, but great service. Nice rooms, a bit worn, though. The pool is good, but not that interesting.

The attention in general is very good, if you have any observations they will solve it, the hotel's situation is very well communicated !! Activities during the day for adults and children especially in a fun pool, the only thing is that they tell you to take out the garbage that you generate in the apartment and the container is two blocks from the hotel ... otherwise everything is very good, if I can we will be back for sure. Thank you

Really spacious rooms, lovely staff that seem passionate about their work and the area. All very friendly and welcoming. Would 100% stay here again.

Kind treatment with some positive detail to thank. A well-stocked restaurant with varied and well-kept facilities. The only downside is that in our case the apartment needed some reform as it was a bit old.

Very clean hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily and restaurant was clean. This is a good hotel for families, we had a nice week here. The food was good but a bit repetitive and lots of fish. Entertainment was good each evening. The staff were a bit miserable and hardly ever smiled. For an all inclusive hotel we had to pay deposits for towels and room safe and we were disappointed that a 4 star hotel didnt provide free towels. We feel that smoking should only be in designated areas instead of at the pool. All inclusive bar closes at 11pm even though entertainment went on until 12.30. Entertainment team Daniel and crew were brilliant

Magnificent location 300 mt from the beach and all services nearby, very cozy place with lots of activities, good paddle tennis courts, friendly staff. Great to go with family.

An hotel that offers one an amazing buffet with food: everything from lamb to different kinds of fish. The rooms themselves are fine, not exactly four stars (look to be from the 80s). A nice pool and overall a truly family friendly hotel including a play area for kids as well as a basket court.

I don't know who or why the stars in the hotels. But I have been in cleaner and cared for hotels with fewer stars. Water to eat at a price of gold 2.50 since bearing half board the drink does not enter the restaurant (or water). Ants in the rooms decoration a bit dated. when you arrive you expect a clean room but it wasn't like that. In the pool everything goes, huge mats, balls, etc ... the food is more or less well missing more fish and seafood being on the coast.

Big hotel. Rather too little parking in front of the hotel. But enough in the parking garage. Many families and therefore sometimes a bit loud. Both in the restaurant and in the hallway. Pool landscape good. Room ok. Breakfast ok. But was hardly ready at 08.00. Approximately 22min. on foot to the center.

We went Summer, which we won't do again, as I think me and my sister were the only adults there without children. Breakfast was a large variety and scrumptious. Swimming pool lovely. We had our room facing the pool, which meant we couldn't nap during the day because of volume from outside.

Nice hotel. Comfortable room but not very clean. The restoration is good despite there is a worry soundproofing too noisy. Staff not very welcoming with the french

Beautiful establishment. Very nice staff. A buffet for every hearty meal, everyone is happy. Heated pool top. Possibility massage, hairdresser really cheap and very nice. The black spot is the noise in the hallways in the evening or at night.

- The room we were in had a strong smell of tobacco.
-It was badly clean, they leave the room full of water with risk that you fall.
-The pool is great, quite big and inside they have the heated one which is smaller.

A bit far from the beach, and atmospheric bars but great for a family with children. There is private parking and free to book. The indoor pool helps out well when the spring is cold.

The food was ok but there was only mostly meat options with very little vegitarian option.

Very good place, for the price a superior quality. Very large area with courts of what you can think of gym and huge pool. Very nice rooms Unsurpassed buffet food very fresh and rich. Only problem a bit far from the beach.

Ideal for families with children. Qualities very adjusted to the price but taken care of. Very acceptable rooms and services (swimming pools, games ...) very good. The worst, the schedules are adjusted to foreign tourists and not to Spanish customs. The quality of the kitchen products is low but they are well cooked.

We spent 10 days with the family from August 20 to 30, 2020. Perfect all-inclusive stay, the buffet is excellent and varied, the swimming pool with the water park, slide and pirate scenery for the children is super nice, safety level is the same. At the all-inclusive bar level, there is plenty of choice of alcoholic drinks or not. I recommend and we will be back

Pretty good hotel facilities and food. I do not give it 5 stars for a couple of details that could be improved. The toilet bowl of the 539 is broken and there it goes. It must take a long time. And then the boiling water that there in the kitchen has a deplorable aspect resistances. From someone who used it without water or had it plugged in too long. And as wise is to rectify and solve the small problems of the room I have no more to give them the 5 stars. Thank you

hotel is very good, we are family with toddler and they have swimming pools outside of hotel. also inside one what we used often. restaurant food is good every day different food. it s around 12 min walk from beach.
