Excellent food, awesome staff treatment and the pools for the kids have been great.

If I go back there for 8 years, there will be a reason. Apartment for 4 people with large veranda and fabulous view of the pools. Good restaurant, entertainment, atmosphere rilassante.Ampi outdoor spaces, parcheggio.Consigliatissimo for families

Awesome ... delighted with our stay at the aparthotel costa encantada ... we are going back in september ... to avoid in school period if you wish the.calme ... the restoration is extraordinary ..

I recommend this hotel
The service is ok.
The rooms are suitable for large families, there were 5 of us including 3 children.
The menus are very varied.
The pools are well sized and there is a children's pool with multiple slides.

Family stay, perfect swimming pool for young and old children. Clean establishment, clean accommodation, simple cuisine with lots of fruit.

No hackles, sliding closet broke, breakfast is a disaster as every day four same sorts of cold cuts, squeaky chairs in the room, internet is for the cat, very noisy rooms, pool is great and pool bar

We have spent a week with all inclusive - very clean facilities and room, swimming pools for the whole family (large or small) activities for children and adults - we will repeat.
The only bad thing is that the beach of Lloret del Mar is made of coarse sand and stones - nothing pleasant for the feet and to relax.

The hotel is very good, good facilities, the pools are very good but it is more focused for children, hotel more for families you could say. As for the Buffet there may not be much variety but the food is very good.

I read good comments and I thought it was something else. Disenchanted The all inclusive service a deception and the hotel, the location and the services you have are not as expected.

It's the second time I'm going and with two children of seven and twelve. Happy to come back. Hosted in apartments, good cleaning and excellent employee treatment. We would come again. Hotel located at the entrance of Lloret and very quiet. Highly recommended

The hotel is great and the buffet wonderful. BUT I did not feel completely comfortable as the hotel is at its peak, impossible to find a sun lounger by the pool, I doubt that the regulations' capacity are met. In the dining room the same, tables too close together too many people. Very easy to have a regrowth in such a crowded place.
In other circumstances we would return safe

We are 10 years old traveling to this aparthotel for holidays as well as for weekends and for us it is the best there is in Lloret de Mar. The treatment of all staff with people is unbeatable as well as the attention received at all times. The apartments are correct, so it's nice to have a pleasant stay. They have kitchen in case you want to make the food in the apartment, but you can go to the restaurant, which is self-service type and it is very varied and complete. It's a place so you can go with the couple as well as the children so there are apartments with capacity for 4/5 people. There are 2 swimming pools for adults, 1 for younger ones and one for children. Fitnes area, tennis courts, landscaped area and 2 covered garage floors. They also have wi-fi (for payment). Be, I do not know if I can leave something to comment on, but for us when we were there the 1st time, I've been here again and we can recommend them all. For us the score would be 10 stars and not five.

Without a doubt one of the best hotels/holidays I've ever had.

Me and my girlfriend have been back to this location 2 years running. We had been attending drum and bass festival and really needed a place we could relax and recharge after every night and this was the perfect location.

The room we had was incredible it was perfectly spacious with an amazing balcony that overlooked the pool and you could see the sea in a distance. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole place was absolutely spotless.

The all inclusive was absolutely brilliant, you had a large variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available until late at night and pool snacks including wedges, pizza, chips and buyers available throughout the day.The buffet was huge and had a fantastic variety, I cannot imagine that somebody would not be able to find something they would like. The breakfast was exceptionally good offering a large choice of English and continental choices, with a range of juices as well.

The location for us was perfect. It was further enough way from the main lloret strip for some peace and quiet away from the hecticness, but close enough that we could walk to and from the festival without any issues. You also have Fenals beach within a 10 minute walk, which is a beautiful beach.

The pools were huge and specious and never at all felt too packed. You could always find a sunbed although inconsiderate guests would often get up at 7 and place towels over the best ones and not return until 5pm. This isn't the hotels fault though.

The staff are one of the biggest highlights for us, all of them are so friendly and really do their best to make sure you have the best possible holiday. A few standouts were Jonathan and Angel.

It's alright, nothing luxurious but decent to stay and travel around.

It is ideal for families. The only thing I did not like is that you have the entrance at 4:00 p.m. and the exit at 10:00 p.m.

Spotlessly clean, good entertainment, good pools but too many inflatables allowed. Wide variety of food on offer but restaurant opens too late for people with young children, 7.30pm. Would definitely recommend all inclusive. If you can book transfer yourselves to and from airport. It's a 20 minute journey but turned into a hour and a half due to all drop offs and collections at hotels.

This is a fantastic hotel. With great food. Always lots of different choices everyday. The staff are so friendly. It's making it a really special holiday.

Excellent food in restaurant, great location, nice spacious rooms room cleaned daily with fresh towels but for some odd reason cups and glasses used from kitchen area were never washed up or replaced and work surface not cleaned and we were not provided with any cleaning materials to do it ourselves?
Car parking at this hotel is a complete nightmare lack of it being available and to many guests trying to park even local roads are full up, desperately needs an extended car park.
Been before and would still stay again though.

Nice well run hotel. Not the best location but easy walk around and get to the town.
Nice great swimming pool and lots to do for kids. Buffet restaurant well presented with good choice of food. Small supermarket on site with all what you need.

4 stars for the value for money very good at this time, 210 e for 4 nights half board, end of May, indoor heated pool, against hotel noisy, worse in the high season. Correct buffet for the price, correct breakfast, but fruit juice based on industrial powder,

Hotel is lovely. Appartments are good sized, with a kitchenette that has a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, sink, plates and cutlery. We were all inclusive which was really good for the adults but have to say there really wasn't a choice for kids other than pizza and as we have two very fussy kids they lived off the pool bar potatoe wedges. The Pools are great and there is an indoor pool which was nice and warm. The pool bar serves numerous drinks and cocktails (not strong cocktails so we stuck to vodka which was fine) there's also another pool bar/restaurant that serves food from late morning to around 6pm, which was burgers, hotdogs, wedges, and salad. I could have sat at the pool every day lol. There's an amusement area with stuff for the kids that cost a euro each so worth getting change. There's also a play park and kids club but we didn't use the kids club so can't comment. The hotel is on a slight incline i.e. a steep hill. But you get used to it. Near numerous shops and literally a 10 min walk to a lovely soft pebble/grit beach (soft/fine grit). Overall had a great stay and Would definitely return.
Although I will say one thing, there was trouble with another Spanish family who were literally terrorising the whole hotel, they had numerous complaints about them yet nothing was done. Thankfully they left after day two of our holiday and I think all of the kids and their families rejoiced at that. They were awful, fighting with other kids and everything. Yet the staff done nothing. But apart from that a great stay. Would recommend.

It is a great spring. It is perfect to go with the family very comfortable with shop inside. The food a little regular. It has parking and that is appreciated.

At the top ... do not hesitate ... The staff is very welcoming and at your disposal ... The buffet is good and well stocked enough! A delight !!!!

It more than met expectations. Clean facilities, good organization and a certain charm. We had a very spacious room, with a large terrace. It has a swimming pool, gym, reading room and a number of services to take advantage of on long stays.
As for the food, it is a buffet, very varied and generally of remarkable quality. In the food we made there was a mixture of very rich dishes with other desangelados (a very poorly executed paella, for example). The desserts, the most improvable: the weak pastries and the fruit very well.

Very nice hotel, the common areas are clean, well maintained and spacious, considering the capacity!
We were accommodated in a family apartment with living room, open kitchen and bedroom. Perfect for a family stay.
Very friendly staff, many activities offered for children and adults all day long, a quality show every evening, indoor swimming pool of average size but very practical in mid and low season to occupy the children!
Good quality buffet food and plenty of choice.
15 minutes walk from the city center. And a huge plus in this city: free underground parking reserved for hotel guests!
I recommend with my eyes closed, certainly one of the best hotels in Lloret.

We had a very pleasant stay in a hotel made for them. Families. The pool is great, the perfect kids club, the food is good, good fish all the time for those who don't eat meat. All the staff are top notch ... we will be back with no problem

The pool is enjoyed by all children and adults and the food is the same, I do not give it 5 stars because the apartments need a fix. For everything else great

The hotel was at 50% occupancy and this meant that no space was very crowded. Very cool facilities and delicious food.

Year after year the facilities improve and the staff is friendly and attentive.

Meets expectations .. very family atmosphere, suitable for children and varied food ..
