How to call a hotel where the staff is friendly, attentive and where everything is done for you to spend an unforgettable holiday? At no time did I feel like a chicken to pluck, quite the opposite. Everything is done to make the client feel good and many activities are proposed.
Very nice and accommodating..the staff very attentive and helpful.
Rather nice the rooms are spacious for a family of 4. The staff is friendly and available. The beach is ten minutes across the shopping streets. The buffet however remains classic and without embellishment. It's nice for a week with the family.
Our stay has been great, everything perfect. The pool with slides an enjoyment for children
It is a nice hotel for people who don't like a bit of fun. After 8 p.m. music / pleasure or any other form of entertainment is prohibited. After I had taken a girl from the Bumpers I had to pay an extra bed or our deposit was withheld. Scandalous!

Room is quite good, includes a small kitchenette. The food has been good with a good spread for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel is close to the beach and shops (including lidl) for lunch - all within walking distance. The service has been good. My diabetic girlfriend had low blood sugar and they readily provided food past midnight from the breakfast spread to help her out. Nice hotel, nice pool, nice bar, good service.

- cleaning: they take too long to clean the rooms in the morning. It happened to us that at 2 p.m. that our room was not ready when we left it at 8 a.m. ...

The issue of Arab women not complying with the rules in the pool regarding the clothing used, was the main conversation among users, since it is prohibited, but you do nothing. It is better to remove the prohibition so that they do not contradict each other and when hiring their services we see the reality.
In terms of Covid, the same, a lot of rule that foreigners do not comply with. You are responsible and not the client, as I have been able to read in your answers. They are required by law to inform and even evict those who violate the restrictions. It is a security issue, and very serious.

I have been between March 18 and 25, and my opinion about the hotel services: staff, cleanliness, convenience, etc., is simply extraordinary. Paid half-board, which included soft drinks at breakfast, coffee, tea, milk, fresh orange juice etc, but at evening meal this did not include these drinks and had to be paid for separately, even water! The indoor pool is not available in summer months, which was a great disappointment as I wanted a swim in peace without loads of kids for a while. Drinks are expensive, WiFi was 15 euros for 7 days, and didn't get much of a connection on first day - this is only my second day here, and connection is slow too, time will tell I guess, but yet another disappointment. The room is awesome though with little kitchen and living room and balcony, TV is quite a modern set, but only found 2 channels in English - both news channels. Evening Entertainment has been fun so far.
Absolutely loved our holidays here, spent a week here with my wife and 3 young kids on an all inclusive package. Great staff, facilities and atmosphere. Would love to be able to go back sometime and relive the memories
Nice and spacious apartments, pools very big and Nice, entertainment no very good, can be very noisy if you stay above the music bar, overall a nice stay but hotel lacks facilities. Not a 4star as rated only 3 at most..

The great room, the great food and the excellent treatment
We've been like 4 times here, so we already know the whole place. Quite busy from June to August, but plenty of things to do inside the residence, that you don't even need to get out if you don't want to. They have lots of facilities: a few outside swimming pools (a huge basin with a nice bridge over and different depths) and a paddling pool for babies, a bar near the swimming pools, enough chaise-longues, a swimming pool inside in case of bad weather; lovely restaurant buffet type with a grill from the morning to the evening, nice and efficient staff and a covered terrace to enjoy the hot weather; we certainly profited by the mini-club for our kids where the staff is really involved, having a widely nice program for kids from the morning to the evening (with lunch break of course); and I always enjoyed the entertainment program for the evening (magic shows, flamenco, etc). Rooms are very spacious and clean, changing sheets and towels every day, a small kitchen if you don't want to eat in their restaurant. Quite far from the beach, but still acceptable. I would definitely recommend it.

Large hotel, with beautiful pools, covered and open parking, a good breakfast (with the possibility of having an omelette of your choice), fast check-in. Not far from the beach, the center of llorett de mar is about 1.5km away. Medium cleaning (can be improved). We also had dinner a couple of times, good choice, decent food. We did not use the hotel services, given the short time of the stay.

Staff were very helpful especially Desire who went that extra mile to help us with our airport check in for our journey home. The standard apartment was nice if a bit dated but overall the hotel is very clean, comfortable with fairly reasonable prices at the pool side bar for food and drinks. We didnt eat in the restaurant so cant comment on this. Apartments at the side of the hotel are quieter than those at front.
Food is fast. Quantity without quality. Bland food, except for fruits that were fresh figs, watermelon and melon. Distributors of coffee, milk chocolate, coffee with milk are of very poor quality with the fleet essentially so that of the chemical and very bad for the health of the children as adults. Great hotel. Big rooms with good beds. There is a parking garage, which is a big plus if you have a car. Food is good at the hotel, always something for everyone. It's at a good location and the beach is very close by, approx 10 min walk.
Meanwhile our favorite hotel in Lloret. Since the apartments are a really nice size and the restaurant as well as the food is great. Outdoor pool area, as well as play area for the children is well-kept and clean. We are going there for the 4th time this year.

We went all inclusive Food is ok but after 1 week you will be sick of it same with the snack best thing is the slushies as kids love them. As for all inclusive drink be better drinking water as that's how they taste if you pay for a cocktail it tastes ten times better than all inclusive ones. And There is 1 bar staff member angel I think he gets paid not to smile crabbit little man makes you not want to ask him to pour you a drink as it looks like a hassle deffo wouldn't come back. Kids entertainment at night is good and shows are good.
