Took then close to two weeks to fix a ruptured water pipe outside the apartment building, they are with a utility management corp that have over 100 plus complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the laundry rooms are appalling, and parking space is at a premium. This is for The Colony Apartments in Universal City Texas.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY. CARL DAVIS @ THE HAMPTONS does nothing but put the blame on you. Refuses to take calls and when you do get him on the line it is nothing but excuses. He mailed my deposit to the address where i just moved, when he clearly has the new address. Unprofessional at its finest. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVEN CONSIDER WORKING WITH THEM.
RIP OFF MANAGEMENT. THEY WILL TRANSFER YOUR CASE STRAIGHT TO COLLECTION AGENCIES WITHOUT SORTING IT OUT WITH YOU FIRST. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I just recently had an incident where maintenance was dispatched to my home for a leak under the bathroom sink. On the way out they decided to take my firestick and leave a phone charger plugged in my tv as if it were the firestick. Of course I emailed the property manager and she immediately took the side of her staff saying she doesn t believe her staff would do anything like that THE NERVE! So I made up a leak to have your maintenance come over so I can accuse them of stealing! Who has time for that?! So I got the police involved simply because the manager was defensive and combative instead of showing empathy and compassion for something the maintenance is notorious for doing according to the officer who was dispatched.
So don t be trusting and if the bldg is burning to the ground, they better not walk into my apartment in my absence.

I recently had one of their maintenance guys assault me. This was not the first time. The front office manager Nancy of summer stone apartments was well aware that a year ago he was not allowed in my apartment because he tried to kiss me in! not to mention it was in front of my daughter. I notified anterra the second time this maintenance guy assaulted me because apparently front office did not handle it the first time. They allowed him into my apartment and I walked into hell when I got home. (long story short.) Anterra conducted a short investigation and now nothing has been done. I've called the police on the individual and there is now an ongoing investigation and a court date. He was given his sitation for the assault at the front office a month ago, yet he still works here and has access to my home. Apparently, retaliation isn't a thing anterra thinks exists. Since then, I've called the regional manager several times. Took over a week to get a call back from her and no one, including front office, I called mainly because my rent will now increase by $160 and I was notified of this RIGHT after I placed in an official complaint. Pretty convenient. I recently spoke with Nancy at the front office about his continuous employment with the apartments and all I got was catty unprofessional jabs and, as always, she passes the blame to corporate, policy, or a machine. It's a waste of time to attempt to resolve anything with the employees at anterra.
This particular maintenance guy also is sleeping with other residents, several are willing to speak to front office about it, but they couldn't care less.
Your safety and well being means nothing here. You're just an apartment number and if you cause any issues, they will do everything to get you out to cover their agenda. I wish I wasn't being bullied out of my apartment because their employee decided to be handsy. I cant do much in my situation aside from move but this behavior and reaction from Anterra is disgusting, unprofessional, and unethical. I'm a single mother that works from home, and sadly I feel unsafe here where I live AND work. Please do not stay here for the safety of your family. it isn't worth it.
I ve been a resident at this apartment complex for two years now with no issues, on October 13th I decided to have my baby shower at this location paid my deposit a month before they changed the management the new management is now (DELRAY APARMENT HOMES) I was told by one of the employees that we could stay at the location pass 10 pm. On the day of the event, we were allowed to start at 2 pm by the assistant manager. Just to list a few issues; while my event planner was setting up the alarm system went off, the ac broke down while we were in the room can you imagine being pregnant with a bunch of guest children included in a hot room over 80 degrees. We had to go out, get a fan and open the door facing the pool. We called the leasing office multiple times to assist but no one came to fix it. around 9 pm I saw the maintenance guy in the gym area me thinking that he was here to fix the ac ohh no he was actually there to close which I wasn t made aware off until 10:30 or 10:45 with screams that we needed to clear the premises. I wish the time was made clear to me weeks before or right before the event, but no one did I was with my mom, event planner, brother and other people who can testify. I made sure to come by the office multiple times and ask the employees about the closing time but no one said 10 pm. The guy at the front desk actually said it was okay to stay past 10 pm which we were all excited about. With all that happened we didn t even want to say there. I ve also asked to see or get a copy of the camera footage but they declined my request. All I wanted is for me and them to have proof of what happened, and since they claimed that we didn t clean the location all I wanted is to see it for myself. I had to leave after being screamed at by the maintenance guy because it was so hot and I was feeling dizzy so I didn t get a chance to see the room reason why I requested a copy of the footage but that request was denied. My friends were told by the maintenance guy that they should leave everything that they will take care of it and leave the premises which they decided not to do but clean as much as they could, they barely had any to do a deep cleaning we were running out of time the footage can also prove that. Since I paid $50 cleaning fee I thought it will cover swiping the floors and bathroom that I was aware that we didn t do because there was no time to complete footage can prove that. Monday morning I went to speak with the manager but instead of apologizing for leaving us in the heat and having the alarm going off on us we where blamed and basically called a liar by the assistant manager LAUREN. Hours later I came back to see if I could view or get a copy of footage I was told that it wasn t possible. Again I paid a $250 deposit, $50 cleaning fee and $200 refundable I asked what the purpose of the $50 cleaning fee was but she couldn t answer all I know is that I will have to wait 30 days for the cleaning crew which includes the maintenance guy and he s wife to send a bill. All I wanted was for the manager to hear what happened but nope they blame a pregnant woman for not cleaning when we barely had time. Nothing was made clear only word to mouth from multiple people which was very confusing. I wish a contract was drafted that way we will have it in black and white now it s she said he said situation. I was treated very poorly, screamed at, insulted and disrespected by the new management that shows you the type of integrity they have. One thing I can say is that they lost a good tenant paid my rent on time for two years never had any issues with the previous management. This was supposed to be one of the best nights of my life and it was ruined because of them. Lesson learned I m sure if I wasn t black this wouldn t have happened this way thanks again. Update!!!! The new management (DELRAY APARMENT HOMES) finally gave me the cleaning bill and I was charged $190 for the entire office not just the room we rented. Thanks again
CENTURY PARK IS WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!! I wouldn't wish this place on my enemy. First, there is a property-wide cockroach infestation. Or should I say there is a property-wide cockroach infestation that the property management acknowledges and does not care about. In our particular unit, we had cockroaches all over the walls and one even laid eggs in the clock of our oven. I have pictures to prove it. I started by putting in a work request for maintenance to come spray for it. The maintenance man actually said "yeah this isn't even that bad, the other side has it way worse." I was in building 9, for anyone reading this that is having the same issue. After months of this worsening, I went to the building manager and asked if I could leave my lease at the scheduled end date with slightly less than a 60 day notice. She refused, citing that they never let anyone leave without a 60 day notice for any reason. She even backed up her nonchalant attitude about the welfare of her residents by saying "yes there is a woman who lives here who has stage 4 cancer that we would not even let out of her lease." WOW.
If anyone who currently lives at Century Park is having these issues, TAKE PICTURES. Document everything and every conversation. Then send a calmly worded letter, certified, to the Anterra Corporate office at 12201 Merit Drive, Suite 270, Dallas, Texas 75251 and firmly state your demand to leave. Richard Hoffmann is the President of this company and Stephen Hansen is the VP/Controller, make your letter addressed directly to them. Maybe they will not read it, but their assistants will definitely pass along the message. It worked for us. Good luck.
Update as of September 7th... a violent fight broke out in the parking lot. This has continued to escalated to a living situation that would make anyone concerned for there safety. ****Stanford court apartments: I have had nothing but issues with the parking situation. New management is doing nothing to relieve the situation. I have asked several time about parking for my new vehicle. Management stated several times no towing is happening while the figure out the parking issues, yet my new vehicle still got towed. When I confronted the management office about my vehicle being towed they proceeded to raise there voice at me. I was talking in a manner that allowed me to voice my concern about the misinformation I was given by the office. Instead of offering a solution, I received a rude tone and manner from the staff. I also dealt with residents smoking in the apartments below me causing my apartment to constantly smell of smoke. I strongly recommend living somewhere else.
If I could give this company a negative star as a rating I would. Susan Fields who is the regional manager does not value her current tenants. The managers over at Hyde Park at Montfort are not only rude, but very unprofessional as well. There has been a string of ARMED ROBBERIES over the last two months, and the apartment complex did not bother to contact the residents until after the third occurrence. This type of management does not make for a safe environment for its tenants or their children.
DO NOT TRUST THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. They will scam and con you every chance they get. I ve never seen a company as crooked and twisted as this one. Someone needs to invest their practices. You all are playing with people s lives and some of the things you do are completely in humane. Blood sucking leeches ruining Texas.
Hello, I am a resident of Stanford Court and since last Friday, November 19th, 2016 I worked with the hot water system. After that, under pressure and I do not have hot water in my apartment and the outside temperature is very cold and only very cold water comes out. I have reported this situation and today we are Tuesday, November 22, 2016 and it has not resolved. They charge very expensive the bill of water and the supposed fuel for hot water, as not to have this service available. I hope you give the importance that this situation requires.
I have been working with Anterra Management since January 2010. As President of a National collection agency located in Dallas, TX, I can easily attest Anterra Management has been one of the best companies I've had the opportunity to partner with. Their staff has worked there for years and if an issue arises, there is always someone to listen and help. They are easy to work with, polite, and well trained. Only good reviews are from company workers bad company will rip you off from every penny you own through all sorts of gimmicks in their contracts in any of their owned properties stay far away if you value your money and not being run into being dirt poor

Ludicrous company. They don't regulate their onsite property managers at all. I moved out of one of their properties back in April. The manager hit me with ridiculous damage charges that were complete lies. After fighting with them they cut the charges in half but said if I didn't pay it they'd send me to collections. Outrageous way to treat a tenant. Anterra will do nothing to prevent their managers from acting this way cause it just puts more money in their pockets. I will NEVER live at another Anterra owned property every again.
Everyone I have worked with or spoken to at this organization has been beyond pleasant and professional. I recommend this management company to anyone seeking a new home or a new management company.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Apt 913 is absolutely infested of roaches, ants and even lizards. Believe it or not, the roaches born even into the refrigerator. I was bitten by a fire ant that sent me straight to the ER. However, after reporting the pest issue the problem continued. Note: THEY DIDN'T PAY A PENNY FOR THE ER AND TREATMENT!
The administration made me proof medically the fact of the allergic condition and threatened on me with 2.5 months of fine because I requested the release of the contract even though my Dr. expressly requested the dwelling evacuation.
They played with me during 2 months to finally accept my release but still they charged me almost 1 month fine because according to them I reported a roache bite but it was a fire ant bite.
The manager is over God and is almost impossible talk to her, besides, her assistant is the most disrespectful and arrogant person ever. Literally, the manager told me that "Anterra has 1000 more important issues to resolve than mine" I asked her......" is there any issue more important than the life of one of your tenants?" her answer.....NONE!
If you LOVE living with insects it is your place......just look at the pictures.
I tenant of complex name Reserve of Centreport, 3720 Post Oak blvd Euless tx 76040 on Oct 3rd 2018 discovered mice and or Rats! Living in the wall of my unit! I was awakening at about 545am to retrieve water. Turned on the kitchen lights. And discovered my 20 piece chicken nugget box on the floor empty! The family of rats or mice ate them at least 16 and left no crumbs! I then heard them as I stood there behind the refrigerator(at that time not sure what they were doing) I immediately vacated the unit! and waited in my car until the leasing office opened! I then spoke with Anna Oshima, she was the only one working this day! I was told that her boss the property manager Elizabeth Gomez would show later, but she never did. Elizabeth Gomez the property manager will play hide and seek with you. She has with me 2 yrs now! As she hates to deal with issues as I was told by one of her co workers. Elizabeth Gomez has a very non chalet attitude She comes and leaves early all the time. Saying she sick but I see her at store later that same day! And leave anna alone that can make no discussions. Her appearance is very unprofessional as she has big gages of earrings hanging in her ears Her former Asst.Tyrice quit for these reason! And all you will get from Anna is a blank look and fake smile a node like she listening a yea and an Ok! and her writing things on sticky pad As she is just the front desk clerk. which then locks the door at of the time during business hrs. cause she is out and doing stuff and no help from property manager.
Back to story At this time Anna, called maintenance. Myself and maintenance went back to my unit. To discover the whole that was chewed through the wall by the rats and or mice(photo is enclosed). The complex had exterminators come out. To discover the same whole and rat droppings in my kitchen. The complex resolution to this was to simply seal the whole back up. and place something to make the rats run outside. Which is in my opinion is a patch job! and a temporary fix to a very serious problem with rodents! This is not the first time, I have had issues with this complex! The first encounter was a leak that was believed to be in bathroom toilet. They tore up my bathroom, In and out of my apt all times of the day for at least 3 months on and off. Not only destroying the bathroom, but my personal decorations in the bathroom as well as the doorway entrance and in the front portion of the living room. One day in particular I return home and my front door exposing in plain sight a great deal off my living room, and belongings was wide open! The maintenance men was in my apt! No notice and my door wide open! I was then told by Elizabeth Gomez, I would have to use the bathroom at the gym. Which is across the way from my complex. And or use the model unit. which is even further away from my unit. That they would not pay for me a hotel. Even though my Only bathroom was in opt! Keep in mind this process was from Feb to till April 2018. A lot of the times the toilet removed, and my unit smelling of human feces from the open pipes in the toilet area which they covered with cardboard (picture enclosed). I simply asked for 1 month free rent for the 3 months of inconvenient time to me. I was declined and told no. Come to find out a month or so later they returned for the same leak! To discover there was never a leak within the toilet or pipes or floor, BUT a hole in the bathtub. So all the unconvinced time of months not really knowing what the issue was but assuring me ,that what there were doing was what was causing the leak. They then threw a grey plaster over my white tub. And that was there fix!
I was ready to move then. But liked my apt in all I had done with it(personally) Until Yesterday October 3rd 2018 A lot of things I can let go. But knowing there are RATS RODENTS living in the walls of my unit! AND COMPLEX DOESNT CARE!!! nor alarm the other tenants in that building I could never be comfortable in that apartment unit again....Needless to say I END MY LEASE EARLY AS OF THAT DAY! OCT 3rd 2018!
They just want to take out as much cash from you as possible while not even attending to basic maintenance yet they will pile fees nonstop for everything
Add Summerstone apartments to the list of inhumane treatment centers managed by this company. It is apparent that this is an outfit that truly couldn't care less about people. My only wish that the consequences of this companies actions and practices find their way home expeditiously. For all who read this. Spread the word via all social media platforms. These people should never receive anyones hard earned money until they decide to give a Damn.
I've lived at an Anterra property in San Antonio for a year now, and I absolutely love it. The owner of the property hired Anterra to manage it, and they're doing a wonderful job!
Anterra Realty is fully committed to their clients. I am truly grateful for our history working together and I hope to continue our successes.
