All of these 5 star reviews are from employees and zombie accounts. This place is impossible to deal with. Garnishing my wife and myself for a little over 8 grand total. That's 50% of our net take home garnished. Thanks my kids are wearing arc cloths. This is a bad company to try to work with. They lied and said we can work it out. Three payments later they go ahead and garnish both of us. Just called them to get account specifics for our bankruptcy and they say they have no accounts for us. Its Insane that they haven't been sued yet.

I am a single mom can t pay $170, can only do half of that, but they don t care

First a bill was sent to this service with the wrong name. We never received a bill from our healcare company and then discover we have been sent to collections. Then you try to pay the bill through these people and it is impossible to login to their account - you have to seek and find for a tiny access code and it won't let you use it - horrible outfit who messes with people's lives with total disregard!

I usually never write reviews, but my interaction with one of the callers from this company just threw me off. I had to ask who was calling a few times to actually get an answer of who had all my information. Once I established it was the bill collector, she kept asking me when I woulf get paid and if I would like to set up a payment plan. I say that I would like to see the bill in person, since I never received it in the mail because I moved. The caller even asked me several times when I would get paid so they can harass me for not paying a bill that I haven't even seen the details of. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Don't know how they expect people to pay when they give the impression they are a scam.

have a blessed day and he proceeded to try and argue with me gave me the wrong date to go to court had been told it was extended to September this company is a joke and a thief thanks for running a six years old life

This organization is horrible. They lack in compassion and train their teams to treat those who are having financial difficulty with disrespect and intimidation.

After I initially read the reviews for this company, I was preparing for the worst when I knew I would be dealing with them on an old debt. However; that was not my experience at all. I appeared in court after requesting a hearing regarding a judgement that was on my credit report. I was able to get the judgement lifted and after talking with them, we were able to come to an agreeable settlement which worked out for both parties. My experience with BC Services was truly a pleasant one, although I hope to never have to deal with a collection agency again in my lifetime.

They were professional, understanding and fair. I'm glad I chose to communicate with them.

When your unemployed and they ask how your making payments. Really does it matter ypur getting your money very rude staff here

I think they enjoy making people lives miserable. The refused my monthly payment offer.

I wish the no stars option was available. I have called and left 3 VM s on the managers direct line and still no call back. My wife had a debt and they agreed to settle back in March. We sent the check in and thought everything was good. Then today my wife goes to work after returning from vacation, to have a letter saying they are going to start garnishing her wages. This was supposed to be settled in March. No one called us or notified us of anything. When we called today and spoke with them, they said they paid someone s else debt off with the check we sent in by mistake. Now they are saying since we didn t call to make sure our payment went through, they can no longer offer the settlement and they want us to pay another $2,000. Horrible Company and Management, stay away from these people and this company.

This company will make fraudulent claims and report negative claims to credit reporting agencies. They won't follow up on proof, they are completely RUDE and will also threaten physical harm as a method of trying to collect; even when there is proof to substantiate true statements. They should be sued!!!

Owed $36 for a cat the humane society. Somehow I didn't cover when i paid $110 to get my cat back. Anyway I was promised this would not show up my credit and boom Delinquent account for the next 7 years. your company is a fail, and should be shut down. Do not be leave anything they tell you they just want their $36 haha. If i could give 0 stars that would be especially for your company.

Don t answer their phone calls in anything close to a timely manner and are now proceeding to garnish wages during the COVID pandemic. Not to mention when I was calling to make payments it would take three people to find my account number. Never had so much trouble trying to give people money in my life. Hope you rot.

Jack Brown one of the supervisors there is the rudest person ever. He has made my experience of paying my medical bills off the worst ever it's no wonder no one wants to pay them. He will raise his voice with you, cut you off when your talking and he has his helpers harassing you at your place of work even when you tell them multiple times not to call your job they will. He doesn't listen to you at all and acts stupid as if he doesn't know what's going on. This place should be shut down because of him or he should be fired.

If I could give negative stars, I would. That is how terrible this company is. I have been trying to make online payments since I can see (and now know first hand) how shady this company is, but somehow I can not login with the account numbers that I am given. I have called 8 time and spoken to many incompetent people and incredibly rude managers and still cannot correct the problem. Today I was told that there is a note in the computer that "She (meaning me) keeps calling daily, but manages to lock her self out of the system". I will contact the BBB.

They are pure evil to people with disability. They refused to speak to my family on my behalf (I am deaf). I will be contacting ADA lawyer. How will deaf people pay bill collection if they refused to speak to their family members who are speaking on their behalf? I hope they will be out of business. I would give them 0 stars if the system has 0 stars.

I got a notice from these scam artists for a bill I already paid in full some time back. I sent proof of payment to them, and I will definitely be reporting this company.

Super rude !!!! No payment plan ! No nothing all they care about is the money

Was able to take care of old bill quick and efficiently

I called about two weeks ago to set up payment arrangements and this lady that got on the phone wanted me to pay a certain amount. I told her I couldn t because I have many other hospital bills to pay and she was extremely rude and said that there could be no arrangement. I got upset and told her I was going to make payments and that I would pay what I could to bring me debt down. Needless to say I just got a letter from their attorney saying that they re taking me to court. I don t think these people realize that it s hard for people with health insurance to pay for bills and probably worse without but we don t get things handed to us like some people and do have to pay medical bills out of pocket. How in the hell am I supposed to pay everything? I work full time, I m a full time student, and a mom of three boys with a heart condition.

Humans don't matter to them, only money. Why else by debt plus interest? Plus their hours are wrong on Google and their numbers seldom work. Had to reach them via email to get anything going.

Very easy to deal with helped me without hesitation or harassment. I don't believe this is a fake company because it went against my credit as a legit organization. However, my debts were from along time ago as well. They had put me under a do not call list(which I believe may have been my fault), so I was the one who had contacted them trying to fix my credit.

A bill of ours from Children's Hospital went here. Upon my first call from them they were already threatening me and incredibly rude. I felt like I was going to get a brick through my window next. We managed to get an arrangement made but here's where things get sketchy. They can't auto-withdraw the scheduled payments. You can't pay online. (I was told this after the credentials they sent in their letters didn't work.) They don't send any bills or receipts. The only time I heard from them after that was when we failed to make payments.

So you are expected to remember the date you scheduled, their phone number, and to call them to do it over the phone each month. Does that sound like a legitimate business to you? Especially with the legal red tape of these things, you'd think they would have been sued over and over again for no paper trail. I have no way of knowing how much I still owe or if things properly credited to my account.

Oh, and they are only open during bare bones business hours during the week. So don't bother trying to make a payment on a Saturday or after work.

They have been extremely easy to deal with, and have been very accommodating with me in letting me file with my secondary insurance to pay my kids medical bills. as in, letting me take MONTHS to get eob's and file to get payments. and they have not placed anything on my credit report. so pay your bills, yall, and they won't be crap bill collectors.

These people lie to try and collect money from VERY old disputed bills. They harass and tell you they are going to sue you and take all your money when reality is they are trying to make money from being the 5th collection company to buy 5 year old petty debt! Pathetic Losers! Quit Harassing older people that you think you can take advantage of!

They worked out payment arrangements with me. Then they garnished anyway! And during Christmas!

I have never written a review on Google, but today called for it. I spoke with Bell Salmen and you would think with me paying off the entirety of my loan it wouldn't be so complex. It was complex and she was extremely rude and short. I had to repeat the fact that I wanted things faxed to me as she kept saying, "Ok, it will be mailed out." She was fixated on gathering information and not listening to my request. Either you want the money or you don't, make things simple for the people trying to make things right. It's ridiculous!

Terribly unprofessional company, wrote them off as scammers and did not pay the $1234 they wanted. Seemed like a fake amount since I keep track of my credit. Turns out it was my wife's debt lol horrible company wouldn't tell me this though, they preferred radio silence to wrack up the interest haha bottom feeders.

I am not sure if this is a real collections company, though I can only assume they are based off of the reviews. However, they allow themselves to work with false/scam companies. I have recently been reached out to by BC in regards to a debt that doesnt exist. The company in question is Colorado Imaging Associates. I am a veteran and have quite literally never been seen by a civilian medical facility in the entirety of my adult life. Yet I've now got a collection claim against me? Oh and not to mention this "debt" has never been reported to the collections department with the Credit Bureaus. Convenient? Shady? Hmm.... BC, if you're aware of this scam and are involved in recieving money illegally by partnering with this company, shame on you. And I will be filing a full report with a lawyer in the morning. However, if you are unaware of these actions being performed by CIA, then remove them as a client because they will bring you down with them.

I can t remember her name, but the lady who called me was pretty nice, even when I was a jerk. We got a payment plan worked out and it was all good. The only annoying thing was they called me at work, but said she will note my account to not call my job anymore.

had to file a police report due to a Mr Brown calling and making threats of physical harm if I didn't pay a debt I provided proof of paying. tried making a complaint to them directly and ended up being screamed at being called a lying C word

I just got off the phone with these folks. A very nice lady made it quick and easy for me to make a payment and said I'd never have to hear from them again.

Well we did have a settlement that was working well until all of a sudden they send me a letter in the mail saying I have to pay the amount in full immediately and the total on the bill conflicts with the total at the beginning of this month when I called to get the remaining total. Out of all the companies I owe money to this is just unprofessional and terrible. And this is not even mentioning all it took to get to this point and how it all started.

Never give out personal information....its already a charge off and the damage is already done paying off debt does nothing to resolve your credit score

They were reporting on a seven year old collection account that was dropped and disputed that had a zero balance, but still refused to give me a letter documentation of the non active zero balance account

These people have got to be the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Bell was disrespectful and flat out rude, when I asked to speak to someone who was a decent person she hung up on me.. . I have been making payments to these people according to a payment arrangement made months ago. They decided out of the blue that I wasn't paying enough and is now garneshing my husbands checks. Without contacting us. I don't know why they think we can pay more than we are already paying. I swear she would sell her own mother....

Was able to negotiate a settlement for one of my three accounts, but the other two they wanted the full amount. Oh, and the the other two accounts were way older accounts. Horrible customer service and the agent was very rude. They can go kick rocks now.

This company is curupted. Tried to take me to court over $1800 in medical bills. I have friends with 30,000 in medical bills that don't bat an eye at a debt collector call. Refused to settle if paid in full. Most companies will jump for joy if you call in pay and offer a settlement discount. I basically was told "oh well" no empathy even when I was on the phone crying hysterically.

This collection agency is actually pretty good, got some friendly employees that work well with you.

Update to my previous review. I was fortunately able to pay this bill in full today. After expressing my frustration to the man on the line and informing him about the review, I attempted to say, "I realize this is not your fault..." but before I got out the first two words he HUNG UP ON ME. Classy folks there.

These people would sell their own mother for a quarter. They are mean and ruthless and love to harass people. They nickel and dime everything. I d be ashamed to work for a company like this. How can they live with themselves every night?

Zero stars!!! They just tried to collect a debt that I don't even have. They were not able to give me any information, I asked for an itemized copy of the charges with dates of service and for whom, we'll see if I get it.

Would give zero stars if I could. Continue to hassle me when I paid the 2 accounts with them.

Received a call that I owed money... 5 years later after I had paid it off. Was told they have sent letters, calls, etc every month since... not one! Because... I PAID IT OFF AND THEY DIDNT RECEIVE ANY INFORMATION OF THE PAYMENT. Make sure you keep alllll confirmation numbers up to 7 years after. Or they will try to screw you over

This is not a spoof review. I am a real person..... I don t know who I spoke to today, but she was very friendly and extremely understanding! She offered to set up automatic withdrawals until the amount was paid in full! Was honestly the nicest person I spoke to about a debt! Once again I am not a damn robot. Some people really are understanding and nice because they have probably had to pay a debt before also!

Id actually give zero stars but that is not an option. They are trusted with our personal information, yet they use false names when contacted. Today i first talked to Vin Black,(admitted fake name, said it was for his security). Then i talked to Kristen Young, (grays anatomy). Other folks have had conversations with Peter Griffin(Family guy). Recieved no mail notice, just robo call. Also told me it was to late to pay the company that the debt was from. Guess what, i was able to pay company directly. I will be contacting Better Businesss Bureau. See if they really are a member. Just wondering how far their lies and fake names go.

Caller felt like a scam artist. Wanted a lot of personal information about my child without telling me why they were calling or what their company even did.

Can't place calls back to the phone number they call from. They ask for a lot of personal information before even telling you who they're with. Even then they wont tell you what it is about. I had to Google their "business" name to even know who they are. Started calling my work phone but won't tell me what it is about.
