ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT CHOOSE THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR LETTERS to ARRIVE!!!! Letters do NOT reach you or are forwarded way to late, ONLY once you chased them and then they blame the Royal mail of course. We paid for the full year of service but were forced to change the registered address after just few months because we never received the most important letters on time and ALWAYS had to chase them. We have missed out on a very important HMRC letters and deadlines just because they cannot be bothered to send them to you when they receive them. I agree with other comments of people who said that staff are lying and that you waste time on calling and speaking to them.

Worstest experience i had, customer service below zero males like ladies dropped the phones or online not dealing to the end saying smth and disconnected like ladies.. wow.. , awfull company to deal with, they not understand business needs, rood and unprofessional, only cheap sale they need, waist of time, i reccomend to choose other same service, same, but more loyal. Also i heard letters they not resend and everything with delay. Also with them you like not exist they not support you. coz they not understand how you feel as business. I would change this customer service team especially males..they should open own business to understand others.

Pathetic customer service on the phone. Rude and dismissive even though their own portal is filled with flaws where you cannot upload documents. They ask you to follow a step, you do it and if it's not to their satisfaction you receive no notification, you need to keep chasing!!! Outrageous service!

The website was easy to use, once I had completed the online form I received a follow up email from Frank regarding the application to Companies House. Everything was listed clearly and I was able to amend a few details. Once submitted online, the company as formed quickly and documents received on time. I wish I could post without giving even one star - the staff were very unhelpful, though I think it may have been more of incompetence than anything else. Very bad service, we tried to use them as it is nice to have a virtual office in the city. But they take forever to forward letters, we got our HMRC letter 3 months after the sent date on the letter. I have to constantly call them up and ask if there were letters with them and the answer is always no, then letters arrive weeks or months late... Never using again.

Purchased online and received the company within 24 hours, helpful and fast

Update: The issues have been resolved and I am happy to continue using the Capital Office services.

Good support, moved from another provider who didn't ever reply to my emails Capital have so far been very quick to respond which is something i expect in 2020. The address looks good, price was as expected and the scanning service works really well.

Since I joined Capital Office service, I have had nothing short of appalling service. The front desk is dismissive, no calls about an issue are ever returned ( I always always have to follow up and ask what's happening with any issue that they've created e.g. where are my return packages gone that have been signed for members of your team when delivered). I have in total had 8 packages go missing due to negligence shown by members of staff in the reception team and the postal team. I had team members within postal teams dismiss my requests with 'there is nothing we can do' even though they've lost my packages. How can a company claim that there is nothing they can do after losing your expensive customer return packages!?!? I am completely gob smacked by how issues are dealt with and how often issues occur. This company has caused me nothing but stress and great money loss in the hundreds!
