Very bad service, we tried to use them as it is nice to have a virtual office in the city. But they take forever to forward letters, we got our HMRC letter 3 months after the sent date on the letter. I have to constantly call them up and ask if there were letters with them and the answer is always no, then letters arrive weeks or months late... Never using again.
