Ann Summers Review

My wife and i had a really bad experience in this store. Just because my wife can t speak English properly doesn t mean that she gets no help by the staff. Very condescending and rude manner by the manager. I wish Ann Summers employ people who value their customers. Such a shame for this branch.

Will not be ordering from again. Ordered items online for store collection in white city Westfields. When I went into the store for some reason they are refusing to hand customers their orders they have paid for already due to their till system being down. The staff have no idea when it will be resolved so I know don't know when I will be able to collect the items I've paid for. This is really poor service and won't be ordering from them again.

Situated opposite supercritical so easy to compare prices on lubes. The lingerie is at the front with promotions clearly stickered. Extras for pocket money prices are by the tills. The real meat and potatoes is behind a discreet wall at the rear of the store. All the staff are ready to advise you and if l can admit to being a novice about shopping in there at aged post menopause then no matter how nervous you are give it a visit. It's very enlightening to see couples in there together discussing purchases.

Big, great stock, and the staff are always friendly and chatty. Love the sales and sizes. Shout out to Olivia who served me on 3/5, had a lovely chat and she offered great help.

flan more likely to suffer a rash from these poor garments or die laughing at each other b4 the act ! Best turn off the lights if you must..

Served by the grumpiest rudest member of staff in here. Won't be coming back. Skinny black lady who was incredibly rude and just made it feel like it was an inconvenience serving us.

First of all, I have to say that I love Ann Summers. What logic has to offer products that you can not prove? I understand that the panties or thongs are for safety and hygiene, but that the socks with suspenders also, at least you could have a sample book so we can do to the idea when we have doubts. Buy a product that you can not try and you can not see how these, I imagine that they will not have an option to return, which I see unfair. Please, put some solution for this type of situations.

Just went to this store and 3 of the people working there were loudly complaining about management instead of assisting people who were interested in buying something very unprofessional!

Bought my wife some kinky underwear and some toys. A bit pricey but good product range. And this store was quite comfortable shopping, because you need to take your time.
