Huge organization. Professional and well organized.
They were the people who were suppose to schedule my MRI and let me tell you they are slower than molasses. I was out of work a full week (which I don't get paid for) and I still haven't heard anything.
If I could I would give a no star review with this explanation. I have had appointment scheduling issues, not the end of the world, I had some equipment mailed to me and it was all correct but there was a miss communication with the shoulder sling I needed for surgery, this resulted in me making a dozen phone calls to these lovely people, being transferred and transferred spending half a day to get what I needed and then had to be fitted for this equipment two days before my surgery. Inconvenient but not still worth a terrible review. On the day of my surgery I was told that I would receive an ice machine, I was told I would leave with it, this didn t happen I suppose because of one call, they called me about an hour or so after I got home from surgery to make sure I had the ice machine before surgery, these are the same people that scheduled my surgery for 7 am that day. I informed them that I was home from surgery and needed this machine they said they would mail it, I was told that it would be brought to my home that very day as requested by my surgeon. One call informed me that they would see what they could do, called me back around 430 and said they couldn t get it to me but would process for an overnight delivery. So they lost from 11 am to 5 pm before shipping, here it is the day after surgery all of my pain blocker is gone it s 1 pm and still no ice machine. So when I look back at what one call has done for me I can effectively say that they messed up every step of the way, I was delayed weeks initially on getting an appointment and couldn t schedule or do anything on my own, they shipped but didn t ship equipment that I needed to be fit in at a preop for surgery never showed up , and now as I pace my home in pain the day after surgery I don t have equipment that I should have left with yesterday. So yes less than one star, very unprofessional and extremely disorganized company, not what I expected based on the level of excellence the company I work for expects. I hope to never have to deal with one call again and have asked for a better option from my employer. Sincerely from the person you failed.
Edit, ice machine showed up the day after surgery around 2pm but did not contain the shoulder attachment. One would literally think that this was intentional, because how could it possibly be this bad. Now two days after surgery no shoulder attachment, One Call did say they would send it while they also blamed it on the shipping company. Did not say when it would arrive, so as I sit and wait with holes, sutured and screws in my shoulder, I m hoping all of those employees as well the people I work for can agree that this is how they would want their loved ones to be treated. Completely unacceptable.
As a whole, they do not adequately pay their employees, they are unorganized, and it is a toxic workplace environment. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
One call care management is the worst to deal with. They don't know left from right. The representatives are terrible. I never had a worst experience in my entire. These guys are terrible they get Zero.
Received an e-mail from One Call wanting to schedule your diagnostic procedure(s) which have already been approved by your insurance . This or these procedures were requested by your physician . (No doctor was named. Just your Physician ) All of my doctors do their own scheduling and none of them had ordered any procedures or diagnostic testing. My primary care doc suggested that it was a scam and to ignore it.
Out of curiosity, I Googled One Call Diagnostics and found them to be a real company, however, I still wonder how legitimate they are. After reading the reviews, I am also wondering if they have added scamming to their menu of services .
NONE of my doctors had requested any kind of scheduling services from this company. Now I am wondering how they got my name and email address. And to what purpose. When I tried to call them to attempt to obtain that information, I was put on hold forever. I never spoke to anyone.
Over the past 9 months, I have submitted over 60 inquiries for multiple claims via the Provider portal for our clinic to get a serious underpayment issue resolved and have received no resolution from upper management regarding this recurring issue. I have tried the customer service and spoken with claim supervisors over the phone, asking for this issue to be resolved on a global level. In most cases, I have obtained only claim-specific resolution as a result of the inquiries submitted through the portal, and the proper remaining payment months after reimbursement was initially due. In other cases, the portal response has been to submit a corrected claim, even though the claim was properly submitted as a clean claim the first time, which requires a new inquiry and more time wasted. I have attempted to obtain a corporate contact to address the issue on a global rather than claim-specific level, to no avail. I have not been offered a solution to prevent the problem from occurring in the first place. This never-ending issue has become a costly and burdensome problem for our practice and needs a resolution, fast.
I had to deliver an order from the Flame Broiler on San Marco to the One Call center. Some of the call center employees are everyday regulars at Flame Broiler. They are amazing and very nice people. So glad I had a chance to meet them!
Terrible company to work with, unprofessional, difficult to get staff on the phone, lack of integrity.
worst company ever. ever since they took over handling my brothers WC case with deliveries, dr. appts, ambulance transport, it's been nothing but headaches. they could never get anything right and not to mention now I'm being told that they don't have a contract with any Lab companies that can come to the home and draw lab. they look out for the insurance companies and not the patients best interest.
If I could give them a half star I would. This is a useless step in the industry, and they are unresponsive.
The worst company ever to work for, there is no growth, they promote the people who do absolutely nothing. Half of upper management are either sleeping with the associate or with each other. You don't receive any type of appreciation, they came up with this stupid idea the most Kudos you receive they are each a thousand points, However, the store we go to use these points the items or the good items anyway start out at 5,000 and up, what a joke! The Turnover rate is horrible but they don't care because they can fill your seat faster than you can blink . The quality is horrible because they either fire the good ones or the good ones find something better. From the look at all these reviews they won't be in business to much longer. ***DO NOT EVER WORK HERE***

I was an independent driver with them for a short while until I got wise. They tell you that commercial insurance is not necessary to drive for them and that you are covered by their 'umbrella' policy but they won't supply you a copy of it. They tell you that California's law that requires you not to be a 1099 driver (AB 5) and instead, be an employee of the company, is not relevant to them.
Run, don't walk, away from this company, in my opinion.
Good news is they paid me although MTM pays better and they do require commercial insurance (for a reason)!
I could never get a hold of anybody in management. Everything is handled by entry level phone operators. They do not pay their subcontracted transportation providers reasonable mileage rates, especially in California! The company I ran couldn't afford workers comp insurance for our drivers, yet One Call Care gouges the insurance providers. Very bad business model. I told the contracts supervisor she is worse than a government worker! If given the opportunity I would examine and reengineer most of their processes pertaining to transportation and accounting, and recommend which employees need to be replaced.
not impressed. this firm supposedly manages the delivery of my workers comp related services. I'm missing my physical therapy appointment because these clowns didn't clarify who was supposed to arrange my transportation. When I called to get the deal done, I got some silly nonsense from the clown on the other end about only delivering a "product". Go pound sand.....
I use to work here, even from the inside the company is terrible. Supervisors are all fat and lazy, job standards are unrealistic because they are short staffed because turn around rate is weekly because The company is terrible. The reason why your claims aren't being processed is because no one is working on them, someone quits they don't reassign the file until 3months layer.

Their automated phone system is terrible. The staff often do not speak English so I can't understand them and they do not understand me. They often pretend to understand but get my requests all wrong. Made a hotel reservation through them and told them I needed an accessible room. When I got to the hotel they said the room was not reserved accessible. They lie and put down the wrong dates or times. Just terrible.
Im a vender for one call care they dont apreciate the work we do they talk to the venders like they are nothing and they dont understand the deference between a conractor and an emploee some little kids runing the company they make more mistakes than anyone working with them is very unstable and they dont apreciate a thing which makes me sick . custmors always complain about them and honestly i have never heard one good thing about this company . If your thinking about contracting with them its probably the worse idea they will eat your time and your money by paying close to nothing for the trips for the kind of work we do they have never paid the wait time you ask for i own a company myself and contract with big companies without mentioning names one call is the worse .
I found there staff to be pushy and rude. They attempted to convince me that they worked for the physicians office and hide who they actually worked for. Additionally they contacted me after I made appointments suggesting that my bill would not be paid if I did not fully cooperate with their questions about my health choices. They are not lookingnout for working folks!!!!
This company is very unorganized! The left hand doesn t know what the Righthand is doing. This is literally a joke. Don t expect your request to be processed in a timely manner.
I drove for this company from Lompoc Ca to Oxnard Ca and they never paid me because the patients appointment was canceled. Would have been nice to know the appointment was cancled BEFORE I drove the injured worker 2 hours to his destination. This company is just DREADFUL!!!!!!!!!! I would give negative stars if I could.
4 stars due to being difficult to get to entrance, especially if you're a pedestrian. You have to go through the parking structure fromthestreet. Address isn't readily visible. Otherwise, it's a lovely place. Has a coffee shop just inside the entrance, to the right. Main floor bathrooms are a little far, but very clean and large (I'm in a wheelchair).
Wow.What Bad Service. Horrible. Seems like the lady I was talking to was sitting on the toilet bowl talking to me. I wouldn't trust this place to lick a postage stamp. Low end of the stick. Type of people. Beyond unprofessional.

To make matters worst, Onecall is attempting to blame everyone else for their mistake. They will lie and tell you management is not there when you could have just spoke to a person in management. They will refuse to pay when they make a mistake - and you cannot speak to the customer resolution team - or accounts payable. Unorganized. 0 class. Will cause you to recall all the F words. Stupid employees. Every time I had an issue, you have to tell them the story all over again. At the end it's your fault.. They accuse driver of being late. But they forget that they just called you on an urgent request to drive 100 miles away. They expect you to be there in 10 minutes. Then punish you for it. No one knows what the other is doing. They sent me on a trip last week. . They called me urgently! I drove 42 miles to pick up customer. She wasn't there. Her son told me she didn't want to go.
They wouldn't pay for trip. Turns out, they already sent a driver. And I drove 84 miles for $15. Crooks.dont take their call. Let them suffer. Let their employees go pick up. There are other companies that pay much more. Like $1.89/ mile. $20 wait time. And $1.50 for dead miles.
The absolute worst experience working with them on a provider side. They cant keep track of records sent. Had to send claims, notes and authorization over a dozen times, wasting my time and energy because their office is completely unorganized. I GREATLY ADVISE NOT TO ACCEPT PATIENTS FROM THEM!!! It's been 7 months and still haven't received payment.
I encourage all providers to get together and file suit together for non-payment and late payments. I have heard so many times that this company doesn't pay their Bill's!

I worked at OCCM and not fair to call everyone working their idiots! Remember these people you get on the phone taking the abuse are told what to do by the management! Many times I asked for help so an injured worker could get the care needed but,was told well for whatever little reason just close the file. Also when I have been asked if management could be spoken to you are told by the "manager on the floor" take name and number and someone will call back customer. Please I wouldn't stand for that and I can't believe this company is still around! Manager's , multiple on floor won't help employees or customers just let the little guys take the fall!! Too busy goofing off!!
Horrible experience with this company!! Still have not received the DVT prophylaxis brace that I need by Monday. I have been lied to about when I will get it, was sent a small limb sleeve. Pure negligence!!!
I had to deliver from Uncle Gene's Seafood(postmates) to a guy name Daniel G. Worst experience ever!! I first called to let the customer know the restaurant was out of coleslaw. Then got yelled at being called vulgar names just because the food wasnt delivered, in the middle of the lunch hour, to the business in 20 minutes. Not to mention I had to wait for the food to be made. Some people just wasnt raised right ! Good luck delivering to this guy at One Call
VERY BAD SERVICE . THEY CALLED ME TO CANCEL MY SERVICE 2 MINUTES BEFORE THEY HAD TO PICK ME UP . AND I RESCHEDULED AND TODAY THE ACTUALLY TOLD ME I WASN'T RESCHEDULED. WHEN I WAS SPEAKING TO THE REPRESENTATIVE HE. WAS TRYING TO SPEAK OVER MY VOICE . YOU HAVE VERY UN PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING FOR YOU AND THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE TO MY WORST ENEMY .
I had a terrible experience on the phone with these people. The person was in a rush, had no idea what they were talking about and I kept getting transferred to everyone else. Train your employees to focus more on the quality of the call and not just get it done and over with. I will not be calling these people again. I will call whoever else expect these people.
They say they will call back and never do. Ive been waiting on answer to an injury i got and they have taking there time even though its a serious injury.
If you need prescriptions filled for home health care needs? Dont expect this joke company to fulfill these needs. All they are good for is sending you basic supplies you can buy at any medical supply store.
Even 1 star is too much for them. They have an awful customer service. I have to use them for transportation to work and back to home and the drivers don t show up most of the times, and after waiting usually 20-30 min when I give them a call they say that they don t know what happened and they will send another driver which takes about another 20-30 minutes.
If I could leave no stars I would, worse company to work for, your not properly trained before you get on the floor. They rush it, and they want you to meet unrealistic goals your 1st couple weeks on the floor. We had 3 different supervisors in the 3months I worked there. We started off with 14 people only 6 made it threw training and out of that 6 it s only 3 people left. Turnover rate extremely high. All my supervisors gave me different information just a miserable place
I've been working with one call as an independent driver and translator. The staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had a problem getting paid, and any issues that have arisen were resolved easily. I'm very content and happy.
If there is a negative star this company deserves it, do not believe the lie that it will be passed to management. Management is the problem. This company owes its vendors so much money it is ridiculous, I don't know why adjusters still works with this company. They have the ability to run a company out of business and Onecall is not remorseful about owing. If a poll is ran on all their vendors, I'm pretty sure 90% will give an unfavorable response. 45days net turn to 90days or longer.
Do not fall into signing up as a new provider, they owe...plus you send notes to the coordinators and with your invoices still they are missing notes. Very incompetent.
I was discharged from a post-surgical rehab center after being hit by a car several months ago. the facility ordered a wheelchair and a tub seat for me. The wheelchair that was delivered had a broken arm rest with some sharp plastic exposed on it and the seat was filthy. In addition the chair was very uncomfortable. I was discharged last Tuesday and the tub chair was to be dropped shipped to the location where I am staying on Thursday. It is now one week later and no tube chair!! After several months taking sponge baths, all I want is to be able to have a nice hot shower! The rep who originally called to see if the items were delivered to me, never returned four messages I left for her. resorted to dealing with a supervisor and still, one week later NO resolution, no new chair and I just learned the tube chair was delivered to my home, not to the location where this company knows I am staying!

IMPORTANT. If you are visiting Jacksonville Baptist after 8:00 pm, PLUG "One Call" into Google Maps. When you arrive bear left up a hill, turn right to park. You are now on level 2. Go to elevator take it to level 1 and check in through the Emergency. Have your driver's license ready and they will let you in the hospital. This is the only way in after eight. After checking in follow signs to main lobby. When exiting hospital (reverse the process), at night, follow signs to Emergency.
Husband had infection in knee replacement. Hospitalized a week, sent home with picc line for antibiotics. One week later, One Call Care called & said the infectious doctor ordered him back in hospital & a room was waiting, so I drove over 100 miles there, sat in ER over 8 hours and was sent home with no treatment. We are supposed to be paid mileage, but after YEARS of requests for mileage paperwork, we are unable to get in touch with a real person and email gets a response but no real resolution. We are only asking for a piece of paper to send in for mileage!
Always get right through to speak with a person and they always go above and beyond to help me!
We will never deal with this company again. Be forewarned to all providers, they make promises and don't pay their providers. You will keep getting promises for them to call you back, but you will never get a live person in the department you need. Please do not accept any medical runs from this company!
Slow slow slow, been 2 months for my back brace and then IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE. My equipment was suppose to be ordered and ready so i can be released out of the hospital. The hospital went ahead and released me anyway but because of them im suffering without the backbrace for a whole week. Been having complications called them one week later after surgery and IT STILL HASNT BEEN MAILED OUT! I want a different provider and a different company.
Its hard to recover after having surgery because of theyre diligance. This is all workers man comp you would think that would make a difference nope not one bit.
If youre having surgery run away from this company as fast as you can they will make it harder for you to recover.
I suggest the company to look at employees when hiring who know how to schedule, every time I get a call from one call it s from a individual who barely speaks English or understands medical codes and you have to repeat please send the order and they don t, but when you apply well qualified and get denied it s sad a company wants under par work instead of somebody who knows your company, schedules patients but your employees can t finish their job. Says a lot sorry your hiring isn t dedicated to patient needs and your only worried about language. I m sorry you lost an employee keep up the sorry work while I go out of my way to get a order because your scheduler can t bother to do the job.
Awful at getting us monthly supplies. I have to call them every month because they always forget to send something.after 10 years of sending the same supplies they should get it right. I am sure they are over billi g workers comp.
