The site has closed recently after the ATT/DirecTV merger, partly due to sheer incompetence by the management, partly due to literally half of the workers at any given time being minority single parents under 25, and partly because of outdated/poorly maintained equipment that crashed at least once a day.

Horrible place to work. They do not train their workers very well and the only people who could ever get hired here are irresponsible idiots (mostly teenagers). Among other things, someone stole a peach and a cookie out of my lunch sack, and those are two separate occasions. My coworkers would have races with their chairs, some would have pushup contests. It was like spending the night at your friend's house and your friend is really stupid and their are hundreds of them and you are only there because you're getting paid. One of the DirectTV ladies was telling all the agents not to offer discounts and she said it so loud the customer I was speaking with heard her and I was sitting over twenty feet away from her. That did not look good obviously so yeah, this place sucks.
