I love this restaurant. I hsve never be ed n disapointed. Delucious food. A must visit.

Service was nice, food selection was standard for Cheesecake Factory.

This time I decided to order medallion of filet mignon with rice and corn. I regretted not having ordered the usual pasta, because the rice was dry and hard and all the food was unsalted and tasteless. On the other hand, the cheesecake was great.

Great full menu. Beautiful decor. Service was pretty good. Overall a great place to go with friends.

I've always had a good experience at Cheesecake Factory unfortunately there is always a first. My coworker and I went there for lunch. We got seated and greeted right away. It took a bit for our waiter to take our order but we figured we were still good on time. We watched as the people who got sat after us receive there food. I had ordered two appetizers thinking that would be a bit faster. My co worker ordered shrimp scampi. We waited and waited and waited. We couldn't get out servers attention because he wouldn't even look or way. Finally at 10 minutes before we have to be back our food arrives. We ask for a couple of condiments for our food that never arrived. We finally get the attention of the manager who seemed very put out that we were asking for boxes after taking two bites of our food. He took our food and returns several minutes later all the while we are trying to get our waiters attention to get the check because we are now late. Needless to say we left hungry and greatly disappointed. I should say I used to work for the company and I know how much they pride themselves on their excellent service and food. They got 3 stars because the food was great. It's a shame we'll never go back for lunch.

Great food and specially delicious cheesecakes! The founders opened the first restaurant in Beverly Hills in 1978 and you can sit in the area where the business started.

Food was superb, however there's a wait and the place to wait is a very narrow hallway. Very crowded at 9pm.

The service was fantastic! Our waitress was friendly, and attentive. They have light versions of their food that is very good. If you want a piece of cheesecake, try the mango mousse key lime pie. Perfect for the summer! It has coconut in the crust for a very summery finish. Prices were moderate and the restaurant is surprisingly large and clean inside with lots of little hideaway spots.

Excellent service, great wheat bread. Ordered chicken veggies with farro off of the skinny menu. It was delicious but a few stalks of asparagus and a few kernals of farro. I was hungry after the meal. My partner ordered the Asian lettuce wraps. They forgot the peanut sauce. It had a delicious flavor. Would return.

I eat pasta but no cheese cake I recommend taking pasta otherwise nice restaurant

I have been to other Cheesecake Factory restaurants before and the food is always good. This place has terrible service though. I arrived and told the host I wanted a table for two outside. She told me to seat myself and she would follow me with menus. She never came with the menus so I had to ask a busser. My server took 10 minutes to come greet me. I can understand when a server is busy and takes awhile, but to make it worse he was very rude and had terrible energy. Then when my boyfriend arrived our server never came back so my boyfriend shared my food. Finally the server came by and we just asked for the check because by that point I just wanted to get out of there.

Food good like every other cheesecake factory but service lacked friendliness and food/even our drinks took a long time

I love this place. I frequent it quite regularly. It's an awesome restaurant. It's worth the extra effort to find parking to eat there.

Love everything about the Cheesecake Factory! I went to this place for dinner while visiting Beverly Hills. Customers have the choice to sit outside on the patio or inside. The overall ambience of the restaurant was great! They have a huge variety of food items/drinks to choose from and of course cheesecake! The portions are huge. Well worth the price. Furthermore, its quite convenient - there's parking on the street for a reasonable price. We paid $3 for an hour and half. The server was also a delightful lady who provided her opinions when asked. Everything was perfect! Will be back when visiting again.

the pasta da vinci is incredible. I have been a huge fan for years.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited almost an hour for our table I was thirsty and asked where I can get some water he said there's a Rite-Aid down the block and around the corner failed to mention that it's almost 2 miles away severely disappointed haven't even sat down to eat yet

The Cheesecake Factory in Beverly Hills is one of my favorite spots to visit. You can park in the parking lot across the street. There is always parking when I go there. The restaurant is clean and the services is always good. They are friendly and I always take my friends and family when I'm in the area.

The Cakes are excellent, they have the restaurant also.

Very busy location. Some people were waiting for over an hour (no buzzers) for a table. Food is always good here. This time we had the Chicken Madiera and Fettuccine Alfredo (good value). The waiter took almost 20 minutes before checking if we needed anything or wanted parmesan. Because of the busy rush the waiter made a few mistakes with his customers.

Everything is perfect over there! The waiters and the ambience are really nice. You can choose if you wanna sit inside or outside (perfect for a sunny day) both are really cozy. You should absolutely try their classic strawberry cheesecake, you won't regret it. They also have a lunch menu, every dish is worth it, totally delicious!

My favorite place to go to! The food is always great! Staff is friendly!

It is eaten spectacular and not only the cheesecakes stand out. There is even one with dulce de leche flavor

Aside from cheese cake, I love the steak and pasta. Great quality foods!

Food is good like any branch but the service and the place is horrible .. The bathrooms are so dirty and we found a cockroach in our table we told the manager all what he did is to change our table

We visited this location while vacationing in LA, on April 26-2018 to celebrate my husband's birthday. At the front entrance, the host and the server was having a disagreement as we were waiting to be seated. We have been to several other Cheesecake Factory in the south. We were disappointed with the service at this location, Beverly Hills Rodeo. The waiter (Phillip) was extremely unfriendly. His attitude was not reflective of what we've experienced in our previous visits in other locations. This was visibly noticeably especially to our two teenagers. The presentation of our plates was beautiful however the taste and the temperature was less that what we expected. One of our boys got sick immediately after eating his meal. The manager did come over and offerred her apology with undertones of defence instead of being sympathetic to the situation. She did however request our information for a follow up as well as offering our teen a soda. This was after it was pointed out to the manager our teens sickness could become sinficantly serious if it's food poisoning. Needless to say we all ended up not feeling wel at the end of our meals.

Worst service ever!!! Glasses were dirty, waiter would slam the drinks on the table, and walks away mid sentence.

Got extreme food poisoning at this place. I was laying flat all weekend of my vacation. Don t go there or watch closely what you order and eat.

All good but not the best service in this branch compared to other branches! Maybe because we sat outside?

One of the best things here is the California Omelette. You wouldn't think to order it, but it has everything great: I like to substitute guacamole for avocado, and it comes with two cheeses, sour cream, veggies, -- add some tabasco and it is just wonderful!

Waited 20min for creamer and sugar and by that time my coffee was cold. Never came back with the molasses bread. Forgot the side grilled onions until requested again and they arrived cold. T-bone was smaller then usual and green beans undercooked. If this would of been my 1st visit it would of also been my last but I've been to other cheesecake restaurants and have always been satisfied. But todays visit was very disapointing.

Great location and great staff! Wonderful place to grab a quick drink and walk around Beverly Hills. They are very busy quite often, so calling ahead may be worth it depending on when you plan on going.

Good service, wonderful food and super filling! If you want to eat cheesecake for dessert I recommend sharing it, because the piece is huge!

The cheesecakes are amazing! It s always very busy so the wait can be a pain. There s shops close by though to spent the wait time.

Very good food with a great value for money ... Cheesecake fan

Went here on a Thursday afternoon quite a few empty tables so obviously not that busy. Quite a wait to even see our waiter who then never gave us refills, we had to ask for them. One of the people in our 4 person group ordered a well done burger. Burger came to the table and was clearly not well done. Couldn't get the waiter to come over to our table to fix this issue. Then the manager eventually comes over and just recooks that burger and puts new toppings on it. This whole issue took 30 plus minutes to fix. Then gave us a whole new burger to take home and that wasn't even well done. Still quite pink in the center. Will never return to this location again.

Although the service was good there was a situation with several menu items unavailable.

I love eating at this restaurant and has several choices of main dishes, appetizers, salads, atmosphere great, beautiful restaurant and very large portions dish compared to Europe restaurants. God Save America

Nice place for brunch along the Beverly Hills Rodeo. Food was generally decent. The cheesecakes were good, but we generally preferred the original as the flavored ones were too sweet and the taste of the cheese was overpowered by the other flavors.

It is kind and the food is delicious. I tried three kinds of cakes and everything was delicious. Especially Hershey's chocolate cheese cake fit my taste.

The Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive seems to have some nice and luxurious restaurants, but it's no different from any other town.
There are a lot of high-end restaurants, but you can find the right price for every corner of the alley.

One of those places is <The Cheesecake Factory> .. It is located in the middle of Beverly Triangle, the center of Beverly.

#atmosphere
I think this is an old branch.
Unlike other branches, it is old and darker.
But the atmosphere is very different from Usher at the entrance.
Is it a calm and sophisticated atmosphere?
Of course, it may be attributable to the feeling of being at a rodeo, but it feels soft and old-fashioned.
Is narrow instead
It's the smallest size among the five cheesecake factories I've been to, so it feels a lot different from a typical pack of large size.

#food
It tastes packy, but it's better than The Grove
It wasn't the flavor of being beaten by the sheep and felt, but it was quite eaten.
The basic Caesar salad was good, and it was a simple slider, but it tasted faithful to the basics.

Among the cheese cakes, your favorite key lime cheesecake and the newly released celebrity ??? I ordered a license.
After all, in the United States, we learned the lesson that we should not only order visually.

If you organize a restaurant called Chipack ...
At present, it is the best family restaurant in the United States, and the menu lineup is diverse and pretty good, so it must be a place where large-scale customers can visit without hesitation, but the taste of each restaurant is different and delicious. The feeling of burden is stronger than the feeling of, so it doesn't seem to mean much as a restaurant.

Loved it. Favourite restaurant we went to in California. Nothing like it in Australia.

My son was very sick after visiting the restaurant. The chef does not know how to cook steak medium cooked came overcooked twice! Avoid at all cost!

Aside from not being able to accommodate a party larger than 4 due to social distancing restrictions, the food was good. Came quickly. Server was bomb. Hostess is very serious about social distancing, lol.

We went to the Beverly Hills location it was after 9:30pm walked in and the bar was open we sat down and the bartender was really nice he took are order and shortly after are food started to come out.
The cauliflower was so tasty and the spicy ceaser salad was so good and the tex mex rolls keep me coming back over all the service was great and I will go back there again.

Nice location but parking is a little tricky before 6pm when valet arrives. If you have not tried The Cheesecake Factory.....you need to. Food. AMAZING....Cheesecske....INCREDIBLE! Drinks....DELICIOUS.
