Animal America Pet Resort Review

My dogs are very particular and don't like new people. They got settled and enjoyed the company of the staff. I was very happy.

Pet Resorts of America's Doggie Day Camp is the best!...and so is Bobby, the trainer. My Golden Retriever puppy, Moose, absolutely loves the day care. He pulls me in the door, ready for a fun day of romping with the other dogs. And when it's time to leave, I have to pull him out the door! Can't say enough good things about them. The staff are all so caring and good with Moose. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Much thanks to Bobby and his staff!

No tears daycare! I leave and my dogs never look back. Bobby is the best and a wonderful trainer! The entire staff appears to enjoy their job and are genuinely caring and concerned. My dogs jump up and down when they see the leashes come out! It means they get to go to Pet Resorts Doggy Daycare!

We left our dog there a couple of weeks ago while we went on vacation. He absolutely loved it. We leave him there every vacation we go on because we know he's well taken care of. It always smells so clean and the workers are all very nice.
BEST PLACE TO BOARD YOUR DOG

Unfortunately, my experience with pet resorts of America was traumatic. We were excited to have found a day care and called to ask about our 2 year old pointer pit mix. We were told on the phone on 3 separate occasions, that they would accept our pointer pit mix for the trial day since he was not a pure bread pit. We faxed over all the documentation which also clearly states his breed, and confirmed again on the Sunday before that we were all set, that it wasn t an issue that he was a pointer pit mix, and that they had received all the paperwork. we were told that they loved all dogs, and that if he has any issues during trial day, they would just let me know but that we were all set for trial day. I left for work on Monday morning an hr in advanced and drive 30 mins to their daycare center only to be greeted extremely rudely by their front desk staff, who didn t even ask me for our information and demanded rudely that we immediately leave. I told her we had an appointment and everything but she didn t even look us up in the system or attempt to remediate their error. I ended up having to drive 30 mins back home to drop off Bali with my neighbor and then was 30 mins late for work. Later when speaking to manager, I was told that their staff must have just misinformed me. Train your people properly if your going to be charging $30 a day for daycare!!! And train your front desk on customer service! Would never step foot here again and absolutely don t recommend them!!!

We have been taking our Weimaraner, Dixie, to Pet Resorts for over a year now. If I could afford it, I would send her every day! She loves it, and we love it. The staff is wonderful and always so welcoming. A+++ for Pet Resorts of America!

The staff is awesome. I really feel that they love the "kids" and love what they do. Bobby is awesome! He is a great trainer and a great person. The place is clean and I love taking my dog there for day care. My sweet boy is always exhausted when he leaves.

Pet Resorts of America doggy day care has been a great way for our puppy to be socialized with other dogs. Bobby has a great way of working with the dogs and his staff is responsible and very caring. It is very convenient to buy a ten day pass and bring your dog in without a reservation.

Where do I begin...our boarding experience was horrendous.

Called me numerous times while away to ask when I was picking up - didn't give me the feeling the were ever fully aware of my dog's situation. A place that is purely interested in "up-charging" rather than interested in taking care of dogs...evidenced by the fact that they charge to walk the dog, take a picture, and most irritating of all -- TO GIVE ANY TREATS. It costs $2 a treat! It's a dog place...I mean come on. I get free treats at the bank for heaven's sake.

Then, worst of all, in this heat, my dog came out at pickup EXTREMELY hot to the touch. Very scared she was overheating the entire time and didn't have cool enough AC (especially since their runs are half in/half outside).

Worst of all, she had a huge gouge on her leg at pickup that was a day or two old. Never received a call to ask about treatment. When I asked about it, their response was that they noticed it but weren't sure how it happened. When you're paying quite a bit of money for someone to take care of one of your family companions, this is NOT the place. You're paying $30/night for absolutely NO peace of mind. Don't make the mistake of boarding at this location.

This was the second time I took my Cocker Spaniel to Pet Resorts of America. He seems to enjoy it and the way they cut him is absolutely adorable. We get so many compliments from our friends on his looks. Pet Resorts is our grooming place.

Pet Resorts took such great care of my sweet fur baby. She was happy and healthy and acted like a puppy (at 13 years old) when I picked her up after her first week. I m so glad we have such a great place to take our babies!

My dogs love Pet Resorts!! Bobby & the crew genuinely care about all the dogs and their knowledge and professionalism make me feel good about leaving my dogs there for the day.

we've used several boarding facilities in the Nashville area and have always been disappointed until we found pet resorts last year. We have always been completely happy with their services and I am fully comfortable leaving my 3 pups in their care. I'm so thankful for pet resorts!

NASHVILLE'S BEST PET RESORT!
While here visiting in Nashville, I realized that I needed a place to board my 2-1/2 year old Pit-Bull. I went online and found Pet Resorts of America nearby to where I was staying. From the moment I walked in the door with "Blue" my canine companion, everyone was so friendly and made us feel very welcomed! I was greeted by Shannon with a Tennessee smile followed by Emily the Dog Trainer who came and whisked Blue away to begin his Spa experience. Blue had an awesome time swimming and playing with the other canine guests for his 3 night stay! I will ALWAYS take advantage of the services whenever I m in town visiting! Thank you to ALL the staff in the front and back of the house that makes Pet Resorts of America the GREAT place that it is!
