Very nice place and super accommodating. We had some trouble with our motorhome while traveling and although they did not have a lift for it the still looked at it in the lots and took it for a ride. Told us what their thoughts were and told us what to do. Great place with a fantastic team.

Best severice department ever. Was on vacation when I had problems with my f350 Bobbie ,Johnny and his mechanics and the parts department went above and Beyond to get my truck fixed so we could get back to Florida safe. My husband and myself had an amazing experience at Andy Shaw Ford in Sylva NC. Our salesman was Dustin Shuler and we would recommend him to anyone. He was extremely easy to work with and knew the Ford products. I appreciated that he listened to what we were looking for and did not pressure us. When I feel pressure I personally run for the hills and they aren't that far...lol We both would go to him in the future. In fact there is a red Explorer that I have my eyes on but please don't tell my husband.

I was on a joy-ride through Sylva when, unfortunately, my Mustang broke down. I was rather blue, considering my trip was abruptly cut short, but fortunately for me there was a Ford dealership in town! I spoke with Bobbi-Ann and she advised me that she would get me back on the road the same day. Me, having the luck that I do, was expecting the worst, but she was absolutely telling the truth! Not only was I back on the road the same day, I was even charged less than the estimated price, and the job was completed in less time than I was originally quoted! Bobbi was very nice, enthusiastic, and energetic! Just talking to Bobbi renewed my optimism and faith that my weekend getaway wasn't ruined! Andy Shaw, whoever and wherever you are, you are very lucky to have a lady like Bobbi on your team and I hope you know her worth to your organization! Not only did she relieve my stress, she got me back on the road with a smile on my face! What should have been a terrible day turned out to be a great experience! Andy Shaw hooked it up! I had a dream that one day I would be driving around town in a bad bad pick up and Dustin put me behind the wheel of one fine piece of American machinery. The owner Larry is a character too I must say. A goofy surfer from Florida that knows how to deliver. I purchased a 2008 truck from Andy Shaw Ford today after looking other places. My husband died Nov 15 as a result of our truck being declared a total loss. They were extremely helpful and got my car in the shop the next day. It was the next day ONLY because I couldn't leave it the same day but they were ready to keep it. John 'Matt' Tollie is an outstanding person. He is a good family man and a very hard worker. He treats people with respect and kindness always. Special recognition is to be given to Deatra and John in the Service Dept as they are super to work with, find the time to provide an accurate quote on repair/service work AND find an opening, quickly, to suit YOUR schedule. They LISTEN to the customers' needs. We have found that all of our repairs have been done quickly AND accurately the first time and Andy Shaw Ford stands behind their work. Prices are competitive and they have even beat other vendor pricing several times recently.

Bobbi in the service center is incredibly respectful and understanding. You rarely see service like hers!

I have always taken any car repair to Johnny Marr who works in the service dept at Andy Shaw Ford. He is always able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem in an efficient manner. I have always been pleased with any repair work he has done on my vehicles purchased through Andy Shaw Ford.

I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Andy Shaw in June 2020, had I known what I know now I would've never given them my business. Out of the 9 months that I owned the car it was in the shop for half of that time, I do appreciate them offering to fix everything, but at the same time they knew what they were selling. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with what I ve dealt with, I will never refer anyone to them and will personally never be doing business with them again. I finally got rid of the car and hope that someone will just take it to the junk yard, that s where it belongs.

This dealer refuses to return my calls that request service new F150 2018 purchased in May 2018. The truck has been going into overdrive (without the gas pedal being pressed) when making a turn and is hard to get stopped. The vehicle may look nice, but with how dangerous it is, this truck is useless to me.

The Andy Shaw Ford bodyshop did an amazing job repairing my car! Danny Washburn was great from start to finish. He kept me informed of the progress of repairs and did everything in his power to make the process as easy as possible. I was introduced to the team that did the repairs. Left our car for repairs while on vacation. The day before we returned, we called to find out about the vehicle, only to be told that NOTHING had been done the entire time we were away. They claimed to have done some warranty work but when we took the car off their lot and brought it to another dealership, there was no record of the warranty work being done. They couldn't bother to do the work we asked them to do and couldn't even bother to have their body shop give us an estimate on some damage we wanted repaired. We had made an appointment before we left so there is no excuse that 10 days later, they hadn't bothered to do anything. We will never buy another Ford and recommend that NOBODY trust this dealership with their car. They will let you down, repeatedly, just as they have done to us.

I am giving a 5 star rating due to the fact that everyone I dealt with at Andy Shaw was so helpful and knowlegable and were able to get me into a much nicer car during my visit. I was able to drop my original car off with Scott Rodes to be apprasied while Kayla Hobbs, the sales lady I dealt with during the whole buying process, let me take the ford fusion I wanted to trade for on a test drive. She was well knowledged and very friendly the whole time. Scott was able to get me a fair trade in price for my car and Hollie the Finance lady, helped get me afforable payments for the ford fusion I traded for. Kayla, Scott, and Hollie were very nice and seemed to genuienly care about taking care of me during my Business there. Overall, the whole experience was a smooth and quick transaction made great by the employees at Andy Shaw Ford!

Our truck was wrecked on New Year's Eve. State farm recommended we take it to Andy Shaw. We did. It took over 6 weeks just to get an estimate. We had to call several times, most of the time not getting a call back from Danny. The few times that we did hear back, we were given dates and timelines that were never met. In February when they finally got done with the estimate, we were told it would be 3 weeks. It has now been 7 more weeks, And our truck is still sitting outside in the same shape it was in since they received the truck on January 2. If they cant do the work in a timely manner, tell us so we can take it somewhere else. I am recommending to State Farm to stop sending their clients there. And I strongly recommend no one take their vehicles there either. And I would be ashamed if I was the owner and my name was behind this type of service.

I bought my 2013 F-150 December 27, 2012. I have had it serviced there every time it needed service and regular upkeep of my truck. They have bent over backwards

Don't buy a Ford focus, power steering motor went out and they want to charge 1800.00 to replace.

I bought a used vehicle from Donald Bradly here about 3 years ago. Donald is a great guy and was willing to help out however he could. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would definitely recommend giving Andy Shaw a try!

Life can suck at times and I wasn't ready for more car payments again but working with Josh Stevenson and everyone else up at Andy Shaw, they took a very bad situation and turned it good. I called him a miracle worker. We have been without our family vehicle for 6 months now and I wasn't ready to give up on it but I must say, I LOVE this minivan Josh got us into. The kids do too. A huge thanks to everyone up there and to Josh, for helping me to have a better day with a smile and a kind heart.

I had my car repaired after an accident there. Their body shop personnel are wonderful people. They took good care of me and my car. I would recommend Danny and his crew for all your body shop needs.

In and out pretty quick. They didn't call to tell me vehicle was ready. $52 for oil/filter and rotation. Not bad?

Allen was super informative not pushy and very honest with all aspects of the transaction. We even tried to check out other dealers inventory, but none could compare to the inventory, service and professionalism of Allen and his associates at Andy Shaw Ford.

Bought a used truck for a great price. Whole process was quick and seamless. The staff was friendly and helpful. I later had a problem with my fuel pump and Dustin Shuler and the rest of the Andy Shaw Ford crew helped me get my truck back up and running. I bought my vehicle here and then got into an accident so thought it would be a good place to get it repaired. After they fixed it, the paint job peeled and the air-conditioning quit working, so I brought it back to the body shop one month after they fixed it because of the issues and Danny in the body shop tried to charge me again to fix it after my insurance company just paid him 1 month ago. It is still under warranty for the labor they did for fixing my vehicle incorrectly. So now I have take them to court. This body shop cuts corners so then you have issues down the road. He tried to tell me to just trade my vehicle in. It was a brand new vehicle until they got their hands on it. It's time for me to buy my daughter a car, I was going to buy it here, but thanks to Danny in the body shop, he cost them a customer.

This review is for the body shop. Last summer had my car hit in a grocery store parking lot. State Farm recommended I take it to Andy Shaw. I did. They fixed it. I had to take it back a week later to fix a driving light they had installed wrong. No apology, just the vibe that they were annoyed I brought it back. Then recently I hit an animal one night and did damage to my car. Again State Farm recommended Andy Shaw. So I took it there again. 6 weeks later it's still there. I called 7 times to find out the status. 5 times I got voice mail and left a message for a call back, never got a call back. The other two times I talked to the receptionist and I was told she would have Danny call me back. No one called me back. My wife called numerous times with the same outcome. Finally my wife called State Farm and told them of our situation. So State Farm called Andy Shaw and shortly after that Danny called my wife back and said the car was in the paint shop and would be ready next week. I understand problems arise. But come on at least let the customer know what's going on. Horrible customer service. UPDATE: My wife was told last Friday my car would be ready Monday(today). We waited till 4pm or so till my wife called the body shop. No answer (got voice mail) left a message and no call back. Will have State Farm call tomorrow.

Working with Sandy Frazier was easy and comfortable. I would recommend purchasing any vehicle from this dealership even if you have to make a bit of a longer drive to get there! I will definitely be returning when the next vehicle is needed.

On June 30 2017 I got my third car from Donald Bradley and Andy Shaw Ford , One new Ford Focus , One Pre owned Ford Escape and a New 2017 Ford Escape and Mr. Bradley will do what ever it takes to make you a happy customer and if I'm going to get another car or truck I will good and see Don at Andy Shaw Ford.

I have always had a hard time going to places like this because it was always impossible for me to get approved with my credit. But Hope found me the perfect car for the specifications I requested and the sales manager worked his magic to get me approved. It felt more like going to visit friends than a business transaction. We have had good experiences for years at Andy Shaw. From the receptionist, Kathy Strickland, who is always helpful and professional (and who calls us to see how our service went), to Bobby in service, to the sales staff - everyone is friendly and genuinely helpful. We have bought 5 cars here!

The work was good--no complaints. They had to special order in some parts for me, so it took a few days to get my car back, but they were very nice, kept me informed, and were generally thoughtful about the delay. Might be worth posting that they work on cars other than Fords. :)

I had to take my car into the body shop. Dave was so nice and informative. He offered to have someone drive me home but I had a ride home. The idea that it was offered meant a lot. Their work is beautiful. It took 2 days and they were on time with the work. Results were beautiful.
