Recommendations for improvements include fixing broken step in diving well. Very sharp and a liability. Vacuuming pool before or after open hours, someone to take ownership and pick up trash versus ignoring it and blowing it to the side, provide lifeguards with new sun protecting umbrellas, encourage timeliness of arrival of lifeguards to let swimmers in. Grateful for the facility, but the company can and should do better. Briscoe Park pool.

This company does a great job at hiring local high schoolers and allows them to have real work experience. The guards are great!

Had a pretty excellent experience both working there and attending pools guarded/maintained by the company. They always seemed to be on top of things when it came to PR with the various HOA's that I'd dealt with over the years that I worked there. Excellent company to guard your pool as well as for getting a first job!

Horrible experience with the company and it's only the last week in June!!!! Guards are not trained well and management has no idea what's going on or when things will be completed!!
