Specifically, I would like to say that Deatra Soop in the Service Department is always a pleasure to work with. She is so friendly and helpful and I appreciate everything she has done for me and my Focus over the years. Thank you Deatra for your commitment to your customers.

I was on vacation in Glenville NC and my right rear brake caliber malfunctioned. I called Bobbie in the service department on Friday of Memorial Day weekend and explained my problem and asked if she could work me in? She told me to bring it in and she would try. That afternoon she called and said she did not have the factory part in stock, but could use a quality aftermarket one and have it ready that afternoon. I said I would rather have a factory part and could wait if needed. She had a price and said she would try to get the part the next day. Saturday morning she called at around 10:30 AM said my truck was ready to go. What a great experience with a dealership service department. Thank you Bobbie, if I'm ever in the area again and need help with my Ford? I know who to call.

Had a great experience buying my Focus ST from Hope Ball Cabe at Andy Shaw Ford. I very much appreciate doing your best to get me a great deal on this car. They actually special ordered this car for me and I was in and out in under an hour. No hassle with financing whatsoever. Thanks again Hope.

Made it so easy. Someone backed into my car. Needed new tail light. Part order placed, 2 days later Body Shop attached it incredibly reasonably. This is Not your usual, money take all, place we've found dealerships in the past to be. Andy Shaw Ford Rocks!

I purchased a Subaru Legacy at Andy Shaw from Hope Ball who was absolutely amazing to work with. She even offered to meet me half way to do an overnight test drive because Andy Shaw Ford was an hour and fifteen minute drive for me. She did everything she could to make my first car purchase as easy as possible. Before I even purchased my car we found out it needed some warranty work done and the sales manager let me drive a loaner car until the car I had my heart set on was finished at no additional cost. Whenever I'm ready to buy a new car I will definitely drive over an hour to return to Andy Shaw Ford. They really are the best!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I are so thankful to have a dependable vehicle! We have been through some hard times past couple of years and owning a new vehicle did not seem possible...UNTIL we went to Andy Shaw Ford in Sylva Hope Ball and Scott went to the extreme to get us into a vehicle!! Steve was wonderful to work with during the car buying process. I was able to tell him what sort of vehicle we were looking for and he found us the perfect car in just a few days! Everything went very smooth and he took care of all the stressful details. This was the easiest car-buying process, and we got a great car for a great price thanks to Steve!

Went to visit Hope Ball Cabe and did not plan on buying a truck that day but she made a deal I couldn't pass up. She is definitely an asset to the dealership. Scott wells was also a great guy to deal with. I will definitely spread the word and send this place and especially Hope more business!

I recently purchased a new Super Duty from another dealer (due to limited local selection) and found a deep paint flaw from the factory once I got it home. After getting the run around from the dealer I purchased the vehicle at about getting it taken care of, Danny at the body shop was incredibly helpful getting it documented and sent to Ford directly. I'm sure it will turn out perfect, just like the other body work I've had to have done over the years.

I went today and bought my first new car I m a 20 year old with no credit and after an accident 2 months before I desperately needed a reliable car to get to and from work and school safely. Andy Shaw was awesome. I had a great experience with my sales reps Kristen and Dustin with help from Hollie in financing. But the whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. I left in a 2016 Nissan Altima that I fell in love with. They were all AMAZING and very helpful to make this experience as painless as possible!

Brought our truck in for the "works" oil change. Mentioned a "squeak" coming from front of truck which can obviously be heard when it's idling in park. (The "works" includes checking belts.) Left with service department for oil change. They took the truck for a ride and charged us $100 for diagnosis. The squeak was a fan belt so the ride was not necessary. When I spoke to Sales Manager Scott Rodes on the phone 2/12/21 he told me the Service Manager David Rogers was out sick and would call me back by the end of the week. I called again to let Scott Rodes know I did not hear from David Rogers in over a week. I have been waiting to hear back from the service manager for over a month. I guess we have been taken for a ride. Will not return to this dealership because of the unnecessary diagnosis charge and the very poor customer service.

UPDATE: The morning after I posted this review I was contacted by the internet manager at Andy Shaw Ford who apologized repeatedly for their employees "dropping the ball" and she asked what Andy Shaw Ford could do to make it right. I only asked that they refund the $100 diagnostic fee to my husband. This morning we dropped the truck off because Andy Shaw Ford offered to give the $100 back AND replace the fan belt free of charge. When we picked up the truck in the afternoon we did not get $100 back, but we were given a bill for $0 (ZERO DOLLARS). Not only did they replace the fan belt, they also replaced a hub bearing FREE OF CHARGE which David Rogers told my husband was so bad it was dangerous. I'm here to sincerely say thank you to all the employees involved in making things MORE than right, and for going ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Bought a car from them December of 2017, battery died this January and I had to pay for a new one. I've owned the car for 1 year and they wouldn't cover the battery.

Edit: After taking with the management, they kindly offered to cover the battery at no cost to me. All in all my experiences with Andy Shaw Ford have been nothing short of excellent.

My experience at Andy Shaw Ford was nothing short of excellence in service. Hope Ball was so helpful through every step. She made sure I got exactly what I needed while still staying in my price range. This was my first experience at Andy Shaw and they now have a forever customer.

No better place to have your vehicle serviced, have body work done, and they have great deals on tires. Excellent customer service and no pressure sales staff.

Bought a used car with the assistance of Dustin Shuler. Good service, clear communication, and appropriate COVID precautions. Painless process, would use again, should I need another vehicle! They even arranged for a tow for my "trade in" clunker.

I absolutely love this dealership!! It's where I buy and have my vehicle serviced. I just recently purchased a new Escape with the help of Don Bradley and Hollie Johnson. This makes the fifth vehicle that Don has helped me and my family purchase. He is always my go to when I start looking. Hollie was fantastic and helped financing go easy and with no issues. Even though I bought my truck from my wife, which was a choice made easy over a divorce process. Lol I was a body shop customer before she started working there and a service customer as well. I've had to go you're twice for repairs for my van after accident. They are amazingly fast given the large amount of work they have to do the staff there is about as friendly as you could find anywhere else ever. This place will always be my first choice for car repairs.

We were headed to Bryson City for a week long camping trip when we started having issues with our F-150. The check engine light came on and the truck went into "limp mode". I called and they worked me in. They checked the truck over and test drive it but didn't find anything wrong with the truck. The only code they pulled was that is lost power. Renee was very helpful and kept me updated during the entire process. Thanks for your help!
