Left our car for repairs while on vacation. The day before we returned, we called to find out about the vehicle, only to be told that NOTHING had been done the entire time we were away. They claimed to have done some warranty work but when we took the car off their lot and brought it to another dealership, there was no record of the warranty work being done. They couldn't bother to do the work we asked them to do and couldn't even bother to have their body shop give us an estimate on some damage we wanted repaired. We had made an appointment before we left so there is no excuse that 10 days later, they hadn't bothered to do anything. We will never buy another Ford and recommend that NOBODY trust this dealership with their car. They will let you down, repeatedly, just as they have done to us.
