I was on a joy-ride through Sylva when, unfortunately, my Mustang broke down. I was rather blue, considering my trip was abruptly cut short, but fortunately for me there was a Ford dealership in town! I spoke with Bobbi-Ann and she advised me that she would get me back on the road the same day. Me, having the luck that I do, was expecting the worst, but she was absolutely telling the truth! Not only was I back on the road the same day, I was even charged less than the estimated price, and the job was completed in less time than I was originally quoted! Bobbi was very nice, enthusiastic, and energetic! Just talking to Bobbi renewed my optimism and faith that my weekend getaway wasn't ruined! Andy Shaw, whoever and wherever you are, you are very lucky to have a lady like Bobbi on your team and I hope you know her worth to your organization! Not only did she relieve my stress, she got me back on the road with a smile on my face! What should have been a terrible day turned out to be a great experience!
