we bought my wife's 2012 Verano here. it was, overall, an excellent buying experience. our sales representative was knowledgeable and fair. i recently went in for our first oil change, and the service department WAS ON IT. oil change and tire rotation took less than 1 hour (although i was there the moment they opened).

my only complaint was with the online reservation system to schedule an appointment. i requested an appointment and call back asap on a Saturday. i did not get call back until wednesday. i had to push out my appointment by a week, but there were no negative consequences to our vehicle as a result.
